LE BERDER Logement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux et fonctionnel situé au 1 er étage d’un immeuble ne comportant que 2 appartements. Le fait que l’espace nuit soit séparé de l’espace de vie est un vrai plus. Orienté plein ouest. Parking en zone bleu au pied du logement mais attention: limité à 1h30 de 09h00 à 19h00 et interdit le samedi matin de 06h00 à 14h30. Autre parking gratuit à 50 m en zone blanche donc pas de souci. L’endroit est calme et paisible la majorité du temps mais s’anime le soir à l’ouverture du bar-restaurant qui se trouve sous les fenêtres et le samedi matin jour de marché. Idéalement situé pour visiter la presqu’île de Rhuys. Nous y reviendrons.
