Sanita Não estava particularmente bem limpa. Quarto foi renovado, mas, ainda assim, acusa o peso dos anos. Hotel antigo. Para uma noite é suficiente, mas não voltaria. Cobrar 17 euros por pessoa para usar a piscina interior é um abuso. Já foi certamente um bom 4 estrelas,mas já não é.

Perfecto para visitar Santiago y alrededores ademas con un perfecto spa para relajarse. Aunque se ve con años de construccion, la limpieza y el personal hacen del lugar algo especial. La comida no es para un 4 estrellas pero estaba bien

todo fue perfecto , exceptp por la maquina de aire acondicionado que era vieja y hace mucho ruido. el desayuno y la cena con mucha variedad y con muy buen sabor , la atencion del personal excelente , su spa muy recomendable

The staff are exceptional. The bar staff were simply wonderful and the receptionists were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. The spa is amazing. I had a great time, thank you very much

La cama estaba claramente sin cambiar. Sin entrar en muchos detalles, había pelusas y pelos tanto en la sábana bajera como en las almohadas. Por si no fuera suficiente había manchas rojas en una de las fundas de una almohada.

reserved two rooms: 1 was nice, but window to very small courtyard gave a feeling of claustrophobic. Bath tub was dirty/dusty. 2nd room was even more claustrophobic than the 1st. beds in niche opposite and far from window that looked into small space of walls inside the hotel . Very bad layout... :( Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. However...not a 4* hotel :(

Wir haben u.a. ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht. Ausschlaggebend war für uns die Verfügbarkeit einer Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlage hat im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert. Wir haben ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und bekamen eine Kategorie darunter. Weder die Preferenz der Zimmergröße noch Bett stimmten und es war die Einzelzimmergröße, welche unser Sohn hatte. Als wir dies bemängelten, wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, welches am anderen Ende in einem Nebengebäude war. Dazu mussten wir in dem Aufzug zweiten Stock, einmal um das gesamte Gebäude um dann schließlich zwei Treppenaufgänge zu Fuss gehen ( was nicht möglich ist, da wir auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen waren). Das Zimmer wies Nachts um 1.00 Uhr noch 29 Grad auf. Ich war gefangen im Zimmer, da ich aufgrund der Distanz und der Treppen nicht in der Lage war den Weg zwischendurch zu bewältigen. Wir reisten vorzeitig ab.

Muy bien el hotel. El aire acondicionado un poquitín ruidoso. La habitación es amplia y con luz aunque sin vistas. Es la planta primera y tenía delante letrero y aparatos de aire acondicionado. La televisión no sa veía muy bien y tampoco funcionaba la neverita. Una pena. Me gusta tener siempre una bebida fresca.

Hotel necesitado de una reforma. Nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a la salida de humos de la cocina y se oía continuamente un motor que no sé si sería del aire acondicionado. La habitación estaba limpia pero descuidada. Le hace falta mantenimiento. El desayuno variado y bien.

Used this hotel as a base for exploring Santiago. We had a car so the few minutes drive into town was no problem with lots of free on site parking at the hotel. Parking in Santiago itself is tricky but we found an excellent place called Parking Municipal Belvis just a short ten minute walk to the historic centre. Hotel itself was big, clean and with spacious rooms. Just the job. We were on a touring holiday so if you're not in a car then probably not for you as not walking distance into Santiago and public transport is patchy.

todo fue perfecto , exceptp por la maquina de aire acondicionado que era vieja y hace mucho ruido. el desayuno y la cena con mucha variedad y con muy buen sabor , la atencion del personal excelente , su spa muy recomendable

La comida deja mucho que desear, te dicen que es buffet y de buffet solo es el desayuno ( muy poca cosa y cada lo mismo), la cena es menú, y un menu bastante malo, lo mejor del hotel es el spa con la chica que está en el, los camareros del hotel super amables .. no repitiremos!!!!

O hotel no geral tem boa apresentação e os funcionários são de uma simpatia extrema. O SPA é bom. Quanto às refeições poderia ser bem melhor: falta de opções alimentares e no pequeno-almoço falta de reposição de alguns alimentos. No geral é um bom hotel.

Das Hotel hat angeblich 4 Sterne, ich habe bei einem 2 Sterne Ibis Hotel schon mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gehabt. Bei jedem Frühstück waren mindesten zwei Busladungen Renter da. Das Brot und die Brötchen waren mindestens vom Vortag, das Rührei war kalt, kam aus dem Kühlschrank, man hat mir geraten, es in der Mikrowelle warm zu machen. Jede Kante der Zimmereinrichtung war beschädigt. Das einzige was lobenswert war, ansonsten hätte ich auch nur ein Stern vergeben, die Better waren sehr gut.

Room available 1h late, have to wait with pregnant women in the car. Aging building. A/C terribly noisy and not working. Poor sound insulation. Heard everything next door, discussions, kids running, dog barking. Finally the dog barking next door, woke us up at 3 AM ! Really not worth 4 stars.
