The pool and hot tub were fantastic, but the best part of our stay was the breakfast each day. The food was delicious and the guy working in the breakfast area was great! He was friendly, helpful and informative. Overall, an excellent experience.

Clean room, huge shower, quiet room with full hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Clean well kept breakfast dining area. Good food excellent service. Checked in late and they were slow to show up but free cookie to wait and fire in the fire place. Nice and different lobby with stairs to 2nd floor. Elevator in the hall. Overall a 4.8. The place needs more parking when it has so many reserved spots for rewards members, handicap and employee of the month. I am not saying not to have them but at late arrival for two nights all were empty forcing us to squeeze in a space in the back and enter thru the pool. The place has the realestate, add more parking.

Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice. The only thing that was confusing was getting into the parking lot. If you follow the GPS, it will take you the wrong way. It will take you away that you can’t get into the parking lot.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve slept on platform beds (my own bed included) and have never had such a poor nights sleep. Also, the bed sheets had hair in them and the comforter was stained yellow from use. The pillows were also less than desirable. Instead of being normal pillows, they are smaller square pillows with no middle ground firmness. They had ones that were super puffy that elevated my head to the point that my chin was nearly touching my neck. The other pillow firmness was next to nothing where it was basically as if I was sleeping with my head directly on the mattress. The other thing that was kind of gross was all the black curly hairs all over the shower wall. It’s like it wasn’t even cleaned after the last guest. I’m not sure I will be staying there again. However, the rest of the room’s cleanliness was seemingly ok.

Everything was great except the carpeting our room needed a good cleaning, it was pretty bad. Other than that everything else was great. The staff was super nice and we really liked the gentleman from the kitchen, wish we would’ve gotten his name because he deserved recognition for his friendliness, my husband and I enjoyed talking to him.

The property was beautiful. You had to cross a bridge over a stream to get to it. The lobby and front staircase were very nice. The room was large and clean. Will be back to explore more of Amish Country.

We liked everything about the facility but the air conditioning unit in the room. When the unit came on it vibrated and was so loud we had to unplug it at night so we could sleep. Everything else was great

This hotel was very clean in every way. There were plenty of towels, bathroom amenities were decent, the tv offered lots of channels, and the beds were comfortable. The window treatments were excellent and the temperature control mechanisms worked well. Coffee was always available in the dining area and parking was easy. On the down side, we would have liked more choice for breakfast, particularly better yogurt (e.g., the only option was a thin low fat); fruit options (e.g., there were no bananas), and available mix-ins for oatmeal (which was only instant). Also, the waffle maker didn't seem to cook all the way through the waffles. Note that this hotel is close to the interstate highway, which means road noise is always present. If you are unaccustomed to road noise, this might bother you. Ask for a room at the end away from the road.

Was charged $40 per night for our dog. Didnt see anything about a charge on the hotels.com app. Front desk said "if you would have booked with us you would have seen it." Breakfast was ok but a lot was empty when we got there at 9. Ends at 930. Beds were comfy and room was nice. VERY THIN WALLS. Heard everything in the hallway and room next to us and above us/stair next to our room

I stayed for 4 nights and night 1 one realized it was a mistake. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and outdated rooms. The last night I requested a late check out at front desk for noon and the front desk said it shouldn’t be a problem I’ll let you know after talking to management in the morning. Weird they didn’t just say yes and left me hanging. I never heard anything so I figured it was all good. Then 2 house keepers banged on my door at 1115 and yelled at me saying checkout is at 11. I told them I requested a late checkout and they said it couldn’t be granted and I needed to go talk to the front desk and that there’s a $50 fee for noon checkout. This is ridiculous I didn’t check in until 11 pm the night I got here yet they are threatening me with a $50 fee for taking an extra hour to check out when I thought it was all taken care of. This hotel is roughly $100 a night yet it’s a $50 fee for 1 extra hour. Ended up rushing out of the room by 1130 and was not charged a fee as they told me if I’m out by 1130 no fee. Never in my whole life have I been treated so poorly by hotel staff or been denied a noon checkout. To top it all off after being treated terribly and rushed out the house keepers that harassed me came outside to smoke and then left to go get food. I witnessed this all because my girlfriend had to finish her makeup in the car and the house keepers car happened to be a by mine in the parking lot. Don’t make my mistake and stay at this joke of a hotel.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was clean and and modern. The staff was very polite and helpful. Especially Josh at the front desk, Tim serving breakfast and Sally and Sherry in housekeeping. Everyone we encountered was awesome. The hotel Location was convenient. Cookies in the afternoon were a bonus! We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The construction wasn’t an issue until I was woke up at seven in the morning with very loud power tools happening in the room next-door. Let the front desk know about it and I overheard him telling the manager and she couldn’t seem to care less about our situation as I wasn’t the only guest that complained about the noise. Thought that was extremely rude of her, but did not pursue anything further because of her attitude. Breakfast is mediocre, though staff taking care of breakfast area were very friendly and kind.

Professional front desk staff, but upcharged from Expedia price when I asked to extend one day. Also, $40 per day charge for well-trained crated dog excessive. Was given an end room adjacent to highway and the TRAFFIC NOISE WAS VERY LOUD.

This hotel was very clean in every way. There were plenty of towels, bathroom amenities were decent, the tv offered lots of channels, and the beds were comfortable. The window treatments were excellent and the temperature control mechanisms worked well. Coffee was always available in the dining area and parking was easy. On the down side, we would have liked more choice for breakfast, particularly better yogurt (e.g., the only option was a thin low fat); fruit options (e.g., there were no bananas), and available mix-ins for oatmeal (which was only instant). Also, the waffle maker didn't seem to cook all the way through the waffles. Note that this hotel is close to the interstate highway, which means road noise is always present. If you are unaccustomed to road noise, this might bother you. Ask for a room at the end away from the road.

Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice. The only thing that was confusing was getting into the parking lot. If you follow the GPS, it will take you the wrong way. It will take you away that you can’t get into the parking lot.

I will make this hotel my choice every time I come to Ohio. I live in NC, and when I come to Ohio, I usually stay on the outskirts of Cleveland, drive into Cleveland for the day, and drive back! I will always make this hotel my stay! It was nice, clean, and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The pool is excellent, and the hot tub is hot! The breakfast is good. It's not just hotel breakfast; there is different stuff each morning! The coffee is good. The workers are all so lovely! This hotel is very well-kept. I was delighted with my stay and kinda shocked cause the other comfort inns I have stayed at weren't this nice. One con I have is that breakfast isn't long enough. It goes from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., but sometimes, when I travel, I like to sleep in while I'm on vacation, so just know that breakfast is over at 9:30 a.m., but that's the only con I have.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic, but the best part of our stay was the breakfast each day. The food was delicious and the guy working in the breakfast area was great! He was friendly, helpful and informative. Overall, an excellent experience.

The Only problem I had was with the rude long hair skinny cleaning lady she was very rude. The front desk personnel was exelente help with missing personal ítems told me where to get things needed by stores close by. Would have been 5 stars of not for the cleaning lady.
