We enjoyed the sandy beach with crystal clear water, our 4-years old child enjoyed kids club with amazing Sylvia, we enjoyed aqua fitness with Peter (I think), the staff were very helpful and friendly although I would prefer if more of them speak English and not only Spanish (Catalan). We used main restaurant providing buffet service, the meals and their variety was good. We used also beach restaurant for lunches and we were satisfied, the quality of meals was goods and prices reasonable to the location. Our room was a little bit outdated and would need some refurbishment or repair – the sliding doors to the balcony cannot be easily opened, some furniture is old and needs to be replaced, but mainly beds and pillows were not comfortable. Overall, despite of some disadvantages we would certainly return back to the hotel in the future.

Séjour ultra reposant, l’hôtel est tout confort. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse, rien à redire! Nous avions un bungalow à proximité de la première piscine, proche du restaurant principal c’était l’idéal. L’hôtel est très bien décoré, c’est vraiment de bons goûts. Les animations pour les enfants sont top et le sport avec Andrea super! Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire sont par rapport aux clients qui resevent les transats toutes la journée des 8h pour la grande piscine et la plage… franchement dans un hôtel de se standing ça ne devrait pas exister.

Per essere sinceri appena arrivato non ho avuto una bella impressione: cattedrale nel deserto, ecomostro, check-in lento…poi ho incominciato a vivere questo albergo e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal comfort della camera (letto e doccia su tutto), dagli ottimi ristoranti (spiaggia e interno hotel) con una vastissima scelta di pietanze, dalla spiaggia (una delle più belle di Formentera) e dalla bella piscina. C’è anche una discreta ma efficiente animazione e la possibilità, nei pressi della reception, di prenotare escursioni e noleggiare auto o scooter. Insomma il bilancio è molto positivo, ma non vi aspettate che sia a buon mercato.

This was a wonderful property- staff was amazing with many recommendations to explore the island. We were able to rent a motorcycle at the property. We enjoyed the two pools and the beach. Water was crystal clear. Included dinner and breakfast were delicious with many options. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Dated in parts. Food very nice. No cava/champagne at breakfast, but probably not great starting the day that way anyway. Waiter Sebastian singing while working was a nice sign - happy staff / happy customers! Sun beds on the beach are public, but not too terribly priced at €18 for 2 inc parasol. Beach next door is €30 for the same!! However, you have to claim quite early and you need to pay soon after 9am - or they remove your stuff!!! Happened to me 3 times - I was in holiday mode! Bed wasn’t the comfiest tbh, quite hard and just a sheet on the mattress. Worst was the air conditioning - it was so loud. I have earplugs as husband snores terribly, but he’s nothing on the aircon units! Also, they don’t go below 19 degrees - I’m all for thinking about climate problems, but it just meant that I could never turn it off. So overall, mattress, aircon racket and heat - sleep was poor on this trip. But the proximity to the beautiful beach and sea (much nicer spot than other locations on mijorn beach), good food and great service, make it that I will return here. Thank you to amazing hotel beach staff who performed incredible first aid on husband’s foot - BEWARE of hidden rocks within sand everywhere here!!

O Riu tinha tudo pra ser ótimo, a praia é linda, mas a acomodação é velha os roupeiros cheiram a mofo, as toalhas de banho são fedidas e velhas. No checkin nao fomos acompanhadas até o quarto nos largaram no meio do hotel c as malas, depois conseguimos um rapaz que nos acompanhou pq eram muitas escadas. Falta cuidado, falta mimos aos hóspedes, falta cuidar da imagem da marca RIU. Decepcionante.
O Riu tinha tudo pra ser ótimo, a praia é linda, mas a acomodação é velha os roupeiros cheiram a mofo, as toalhas de banho são fedidas e velhas. No checkin nao fomos acompanhadas até o quarto nos largaram no meio do hotel c as malas, depois conseguimos um rapaz que nos acompanhou pq eram muitas escadas. Falta cuidado, falta mimos aos hóspedes, falta cuidar da imagem da marca RIU. Decepcionante.

Sehr schöne renovierte Anlage mit traumhaftem Strand. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Funktionale, saubere und grosse Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet, qualitativ gut aber nicht überragend.

Der Aufenthalt wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn der Schaden im WC schneller behoben worden wäre. Leider mussten wir 24 Stunden zu viert mit einem nassen Toilettenraum, wo es von der Decke tropfte leben. In der Nacht konnten wir nur schlecht schlafen, da es ständig in den Eimer tropfte. Wir haben dafür keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches erhalten. Das hätten wir von einem 4 Sterne Riu Hotel nicht erwartet! Das ist kein guter Service.

Albergo posizionato benissimo, nel tratto finale della spiaggia di Migjorn, in mezzo fra Es Arenals e Calo des Mort. Struttura non di recente costruzione ma comunque ben tenuta e pulitissima. Camere ampie e seppur non nel fiore degli anni, fornite di tutto e sempre pulitissime. Le due chicche sono la piscina sulla spiaggia con bar e ristorante che funzionano benissimo, e la bella terrazza bar. Il cibo è davvero ottimo: sia la colazione che la cena sono a buffet, entrambe molto ricche e con un’ottima offerta di prodotti di qualità. Un plauso va fatto allo staff: tutti davvero molto professionali ed estremamente gentili. Il che non è scontato e fa un’enorme differenza. Peccato solo per la spiaggia dell’hotel, che a causa di qualche mareggiata si è rimpicciolita, lasciando un’entrata in acqua rocciosa ai limiti dell’impraticabile. In 5 minuti di cammino ci si può spostare però a Es Arenals che è una delle spiagge più belle di Formentera.

Hotel Riu La Mola è da sempre una garanzia in tutto. La posizione della struttura, il servizio, la pulizia, la qualità del cibo, l’accoglienza e le costanti attenzioni al cliente fanno sì che questo luogo rimanga nel cuore. Chi va una volta non può più fare a meno di ritornare! Altamente consigliato per famiglie con bambini ma non solo. Io ho lavorato da remoto godendo di un’ottima connessione, di pace e tranquillità.
Hotel Riu La Mola è da sempre una garanzia in tutto. La posizione della struttura, il servizio, la pulizia, la qualità del cibo, l’accoglienza e le costanti attenzioni al cliente fanno sì che questo luogo rimanga nel cuore. Excelente. Poco más podemos decir que no hayamos dicho antes. Es la 5ª vez que nos hemos alojado y siempre perfecto. Delante de la playa, habitación amplia y bien equipada, media pensión, desayuno y cena excelentes, opción de almuerzo delante de la playa a la carta. "El personal" está pendiente que no te falte de nada, que más se puede pedir... siempre se nos hace corta la estancia.

The food is slop- more American buffet style. Towels were always “coming in 15 mins” but never did. Wifi was atrocious to say the list. Heard they’re renovating - it’s desperately needs it. Not a 4 star in any way shape or form

Nice hotel. Dated in parts. Food very nice. No cava/champagne at breakfast, but probably not great starting the day that way anyway. Waiter Sebastian singing while working was a nice sign - happy staff / happy customers! Sun beds on the beach are public, but not too terribly priced at €18 for 2 inc parasol. Beach next door is €30 for the same!! However, you have to claim quite early and you need to pay soon after 9am - or they remove your stuff!!! Happened to me 3 times - I was in holiday mode! Bed wasn’t the comfiest tbh, quite hard and just a sheet on the mattress. Worst was the air conditioning - it was so loud. I have earplugs as husband snores terribly, but he’s nothing on the aircon units! Also, they don’t go below 19 degrees - I’m all for thinking about climate problems, but it just meant that I could never turn it off. So overall, mattress, aircon racket and heat - sleep was poor on this trip. But the proximity to the beautiful beach and sea (much nicer spot than other locations on mijorn beach), good food and great service, make it that I will return here. Thank you to amazing hotel beach staff who performed incredible first aid on husband’s foot - BEWARE of hidden rocks within sand everywhere here!!

Don’t be fooled by their slick YouTube videos, like I did. This property is a best a 3 star resort, trying to pass it self off as a 4 to 5 star resort. We stayed in their “best” room, a bungalow. It was small and poorly designed, void of character and austere. The reception staff is poorly trained. They act more like you’re being booked into a county jail than checking into a nice hotel. It’s in a remote area, nothing is within walking distance. The worst part is that when you watch their YouTube videos, you’re left with the impression that they are on a beautiful beach, with easy snorkeling nearby. In fact the beach is small and the water is so rough, they prohibit swimming, and it’s unsafe to snorkel. The best thing about the “resort” was the buffet, which had a lot of options. The food was generally edible. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our vacation in Spain and this one was the only one that was mostly disappointing.

This was a wonderful property- staff was amazing with many recommendations to explore the island. We were able to rent a motorcycle at the property. We enjoyed the two pools and the beach. Water was crystal clear. Included dinner and breakfast were delicious with many options. I’d definitely stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn der Schaden im WC schneller behoben worden wäre. Leider mussten wir 24 Stunden zu viert mit einem nassen Toilettenraum, wo es von der Decke tropfte leben. In der Nacht konnten wir nur schlecht schlafen, da es ständig in den Eimer tropfte. Wir haben dafür keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches erhalten. Das hätten wir von einem 4 Sterne Riu Hotel nicht erwartet! Das ist kein guter Service.

We booked half board. We were unable to get into the a la carte restaurant which was disapointing to say the least. The buffet restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was awful to out it bluntly. The food wasnt hot and the choices were limited, no freshly prepared food available for us. The lunch time menu is limited and the staff loitered around us. The staff were not friendly and everything seemed like hard work for them. Whilst the asthetics are beautiful and the setting is perfect the experience was not. I feel like they really need to work on their interaction with their customers. Overall disappointing stay and not the experience i had hoped for

Muy buen hotel en todos los aspectos, comodidad, ubicación, servicios, comida, personal... Lo único que la playa justo de bajo el hotel es rocosa, pero a 4 minutos a pie hay una playa de pura arena. Y se debería mejorar el camino de acceso desde la carretera porque es un camino muy tortuoso para ir en moto. Resaltar la calidad y variedad de las comidas. Y lo mejor la amabilidad y profesionalidad de sus empleados. Volveremos

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage an einem wunderschönen ruhigen Strand. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet und bietet genügend Platz. Trotz einer großen Anlage fühlt man sich nicht im Trubel und es ist alles schön ruhig. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind top, ebenso das Essen!

Albergo posizionato benissimo, nel tratto finale della spiaggia di Migjorn, in mezzo fra Es Arenals e Calo des Mort. Struttura non di recente costruzione ma comunque ben tenuta e pulitissima. Camere ampie e seppur non nel fiore degli anni, fornite di tutto e sempre pulitissime. Le due chicche sono la piscina sulla spiaggia con bar e ristorante che funzionano benissimo, e la bella terrazza bar. Il cibo è davvero ottimo: sia la colazione che la cena sono a buffet, entrambe molto ricche e con un’ottima offerta di prodotti di qualità. Un plauso va fatto allo staff: tutti davvero molto professionali ed estremamente gentili. Il che non è scontato e fa un’enorme differenza. Peccato solo per la spiaggia dell’hotel, che a causa di qualche mareggiata si è rimpicciolita, lasciando un’entrata in acqua rocciosa ai limiti dell’impraticabile. In 5 minuti di cammino ci si può spostare però a Es Arenals che è una delle spiagge più belle di Formentera.

Y se debería mejorar el camino de acceso desde la carretera porque es un camino muy tortuoso para ir en moto. Resaltar la calidad y variedad de las comidas. Y lo mejor la amabilidad y profesionalidad de sus empleados. Volveremos

This was a wonderful property- staff was amazing with many recommendations to explore the island. We were able to rent a motorcycle at the property. We enjoyed the two pools and the beach. Water was crystal clear. Included dinner and breakfast were delicious with many options. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very large and clearly designed with families in mind. It offers plenty of space and facilities, but overall it feels quite standard. A decent option if you’re looking for something practical, though not particularly unique or memorable.

Don’t be fooled by their slick YouTube videos, like I did. This property is a best a 3 star resort, trying to pass it self off as a 4 to 5 star resort. We stayed in their “best” room, a bungalow. It was small and poorly designed, void of character and austere. The reception staff is poorly trained. They act more like you’re being booked into a county jail than checking into a nice hotel. It’s in a remote area, nothing is within walking distance. The worst part is that when you watch their YouTube videos, you’re left with the impression that they are on a beautiful beach, with easy snorkeling nearby. In fact the beach is small and the water is so rough, they prohibit swimming, and it’s unsafe to snorkel. The best thing about the “resort” was the buffet, which had a lot of options. The food was generally edible. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our vacation in Spain and this one was the only one that was mostly disappointing.
