Good things: Quiet and good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Bad thing: Laundry room for guests was too small and the dryer was not working. Staff was helpful and said they'd use the housekeeping dryer which was nice, but I hung things up on hangers in the room and they dried overnight.

The pool area was open, but smelled awful. There was mildew and mold on the chairs, walls and hanging from the vents. My daughter has an allergy to mold and I wouldn't have brought her to the pool area to swim had I known.

Our room was spotless and comfortable, and I really appreciated how accommodating everyone was — even when I needed extra towels and washcloths late at night. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and full of options for everyone in my family. My husband has a gluten sensitivity, and it meant a lot that he could still enjoy a great meal with plenty of choices. The pool was perfectly warm and clean, which made it a relaxing way to unwind with our kids. What stood out most was the genuine care from the staff — like when I realized I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one for free with a smile. It’s the small things like that that make a big difference. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Blind broken in first room. Management knew and didn’t mention up front. Then said nothing could be done about it as they were sold out and offered no partial refund. Tried to cancel through hotels.com but manager denied request without penalizing first nights stay and taxes and fees. They didn’t care that we were there for vacation and looked forward to sleeping in but light wouldn’t allow for that. Room also smelled like smoke getting covered up and had trash on the floor. They moved us to another room the following day which had a huge wet spot on the floor as well as something sticky. Treadmill in gym was broken and there were no clean towels. Bathroom on main floor was a mess and had no paper towels. Will never go there or another holiday inn again.

Great place to stay! Rooms were immaculate they actually smelled great when you walk in! Lots of space/storage in the rooms if needed. Staff were friendly, and breakfast had different varieties each day! Will definitely be coming back when in the area!

Very easy to get to. We had a big roach in our room-yuck. The carpet also had a bad stain on it, rugs need to be steam cleaned and tears in furniture repaired.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked my stay through Hotels.com, when I went to check In the guest service person charged me again. When I called back the next morning the desk person sounds like she had just woke up from a nap and didn’t help me resolve my issue. I actually had to drive 2 hours back to speak with a manager, in which she did help me process my refund. My room was also disgusting, one of my pillows had a huge blood stain on it!

Upon check-in and entry to our room, we discovered that at least one bed had not been changed. The sheets were obviously slept on, with dirt, hair, and very wrinkled, and had just remade. The night clerk was apologetic and helpful, but moving to a handicapped room, an accessible room with the huge bathroom was not the upgrade to us that she thought it was. The carpet in the “upgrade” was full of sparkles and dirt. Not our idea of a comfortable stay.

Pleasant stay for one night. In room bathroom can be more clean. There was old shower grime and the floor was dirty where the toilet was which was disgusting. I cleaned the bathroom floor myself & the towel was black that’s how dirty it was. Only 40 min to Atlantic City which was a plus.

Check in was seamless. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. The room was well appointed and immaculate. I was very impressed with it. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. The bathroom was very nice. The water pressure was great and the hot water was indeed hot. The continental breakfast was fine (as good as those go). I stayed for 6 nights and had no issues. I would (and most likely will) stay again

Room was 85 degrees on one of the hotest days. Hallway had no air either. Got in at 10:45pm ready to sleep and can't cause room is 85 degrees. Going to take a good hour or more before I can even think if trying to sleep. I had a reservation so they knew I was coming even called to tell them I'm not getting in till between 10 or 11 PM. Another person asked for towels no towels available. Wanted sheets they where being washed come back in an hour. Guess they won't be going to sleep for a good hour so so also. I like IHG properties but I'm writing this one off and going back to Marriott.

For the most part this was a great hotel. I was very disappointed in the TV option. There was no ability to stream anything or watch Netflix, just basic cable. Our tournament was delayed by rain so we had to watch TV. Other than that it was a mostly quiet, clean, and good stay.

The property is newly renovated. It’s very clean and all rooms are spacious with great amenities like refrigerators and microwaves in every room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely in the future.

I rate it poor. They overbooked hotel. Neve called us when we arrived we were told. They said we were booked at a different place 25 minutes away. When we got to other place no reservation and the rate was much hire. Vorhees was much better though.

It rained the entire stay the room had a leak in the window sill and down the wall. We stayed 3 days and we had to chase down house keeping. And we called to extend the stay and the manager was quite rude.

Our room did not have working cable TV and the staff was not very attentive and never resolved the issue. They did not try to make the situation right. We also experienced many staff members out front of the building smoking and cursing. The property itself was clean and the room was comfortable but the service was very poor.

It was pleasant . Efficient service. Very helpful and friendly staff . Got a shower cap from front desk with a smile . A cleaning lady vacuuming in corridor help me adjust room temperature and came back in an hour to check whether it’s working !! Great personal touch 👌

They had charged my card when i arrived for wrong amount then spoke to them 4 more times and even i got here. And the prices changed four times. And still had to call the manager to see what it should be.

They stay was pretty good. We were missing towels and rags in our room. It was really peacefully and was able to get some rest. The hotel was really convenient and close to stores and shopping areas. The breakfast was okay, the juice was hot which pissed us off and there were no options for almond milk. I will stay here again.

I always try to get a Holiday inn when traveling. I have stayed here before so I was confident it was going to be ok. 2 things were not good. I could not take a bath because the plug didn't work and the water coming out of the spigot was brown. On Sunday morning we went down for breakfast at 7:10 am and all the hot food was gone...breakfast started at 7. When I told the kitchen people, I received the answer...oh yeah..it ill be 10 to 15 minutes before they could make more. Well we had to be somewhere early and waiting around to eat was not in our plans. I have never experienced this situation at any Holiday inn before. The room was not cheap at $245 a night. Really not worth the money I paid because this hotel is usually top shelf. Sad.

The room was so nice and clean, small issue with outlets next to bed but otherwise great. Breakfast on Sunday was chaotic.... food was good, but by 920 they were out of things and pancake maker didn't work. Attendant was not the best, but the front desk staff addressed the issue. All in all, a great stay at a great price.

Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was included, but was mediocre at best and coffee was not very good. Heater was unplugged in room upon arrival, but we simply plugged it in and it worked fine. Overall, convenient location, and we’d stay there again.
