Top notch service and a hotel like no other. Truly remarkable and a one of a kind experience. Staff were attentive to every need and pleasant without being overbearing. Multiple times heads of departments checked in to see if everything was okay and if the service was good and if we needed anything.

From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was transported into a fairytale. Every person working within these walls plays a part in crafting a world of wonder, ensuring each guest is swept into a realm of enchantment, if only for a few nights. And they succeed—beautifully, effortlessly, wholeheartedly. They are the soul of the palace, the reason guests return time and again. They are the ones who breathe life into the kingdom. Here are just a few names I remember—though I wish I could recall them all. Rajnandani and Ishpreet both are guest relations (amazing) the front face of this amazing palace. Ram the driver, Ester at the spa, Chetan, Jakhang, Chand. Thank you for a truly magical and unforgettable stay.
