Stayed 3 nights

I bought a 3-day stay with clear pictures of what I should get. They informed I might hhave to change room if I stay Sat-Sun - no problem since I arrive Sun. Then they inform I have to change room Tue-Wed. We call and we can cancel, but still 3 weeks later the hotel and hotels.com can't figure out the refund. The house was ok but the property not very fresh anymore. Reception closed most of the time so you don't get any service.
