Very comfort, peaceful and tidy house. Breakfast was hearty and tasteful. Owners were super friendly. I would choose this place again.

This was our first stay at the Dunedin and we were absolutely delighted with the location and comfort of this Victorian guest house and the dedicated hospitality offered by its hardworking owners. We feel that we have discovered a lovely base in Penzance to which we will return in future.

Just loved my stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and very accommodating. The room was located on the first floor, which was great, was spotless and very comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast. The French press coffee was delicious; choice of fresh fruit was extensive. The eggs and toast were cooked to perfection. There was plenty of on street parking available and their location is an easy walk to downtown and the harbor. Highly recommend for either solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy location to stay while exploring Cornwall.
