Wir haben uns das Wochenende über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne neue Saunalandschaft mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Sehr schöne neu renovierte Frühstückslounge. Essen sehr gut. Das einzige, das uns nicht überzeugt hat war die Wurst zum Frühstück.

Schönes Wellness Hotel wenn man im Haupthaus untergebracht ist. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer im Nebengebäude. Um den Wellnessbereich nützen zu können muss man dann ca. 100m zu Fuß gehen. Umkleiden sind vorhanden. Abendessen gibt's dann im Nebengebäude, Frühstück im Haupthaus.

Nur das Haupthaus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Die Standard-Zimmer sind alle im Nebenhaus, wo auch die Gaststätte ist. Der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist über eine ziemlich steile Treppe möglich. Wir sind ins Haupthaus umgezogen, weil unser Hund einen Hüftschaden hat und sich die Treppe nicht zutraute. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft, wenngleich unserer Meinung nach etwas überteuert. Die Matratzen sind gut, allerdings die Zimmer hellhörig. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, die selbstgezapften Kaffeespezialitäten aus der WMF-Maschine hätten heißer sein dürfen. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht, allerdings haben wir uns gewundert, dass für Bademäntel und Puschen ein Aufpreis zu bezahlen ist.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est sympathique, les plats du restaurant succulents, la chambre et le côté wellness nickel. Le seul petit bémol c’est que l’eau de la piscine est un peu trop froide et que le sauna n’ouvre qu’à 15 h et donc on ne peut pas en profiter avant de repartir

Agréable hôtel situé en forêt noire Personnel au top, excellent service à l’hôtel, au restaurant situé dans un autre bâtiment. Nous avons opté pour la demi-pension et n’avons pas regretté. Choix de plats variés et différents chaque jour, un vrai régal. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et buffet bien achalandé. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Chambre 538 au dernier étage, spacieuse, propre avec balcon mériterait d’être restaurée comme celle adjacente. Grande piscine, 3 saunas, salles de relaxation, tout est top et récent avec très belle vue sur la campagne et la forêt Petit bémol à la piscine de l’eau jaunâtre coule du plafond, condensation ou fuites ? Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 4 nuits et je recommande volontiers cet hôtel pour un séjour de détente au calme à la campagne

Hotel im gesamten gut. Pool und Saunaanlage super. Parkmöglichkeiten in beiden Häusern sehr gut. Frühstück weniger gut. Trockene aufgebackene Brötchen, täglich das gleiche Angebot. Hingegen das Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Wenn man im Haus Sonnenhof untergebracht ist sind die Zimmer sehr klein und ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet. An unserem Zimmer war direkt der Abzug der Küche, so dass man den ganzen Abend, wegen der Küchengerüche die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, bei der aktuellen Hitze und ohne Klimaanlage weniger gut. Trotz täglicher Reinigung war der Zimmerboden täglich sandig, beim einmaligen Handtuchtausch wurde ein Handtuch mitgenommen aber vergessen ein neues hinzulegen. Beim Check Inn fragten wir nach den Bademänteln für den Wellnessbereich, die Antwort war, da Sie nur Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht haben. wäre dies im Preis nicht enthalten und müsste gegen Gebühr an der Rezeption abgeholt werden, was dann letztendlich doch nicht so war, die Wellnesstaschen standen mit Hanstuch und Bademantel im Zimmer. Ebenso beim Check Inn: Sie haben ja "nur" Economy gebucht, daher müssen sie ins andere Haus. Die beiden Aussagen gleich zu Beginn etwas fragwürdig.

Unser Zimmer war leider ein wenig finster sodass den ganzen Tag Licht nötig war. Da meine Frau gehbehindert ist war das Zimmer mit den dazwischen liegenden Treppen, hinauf und hinunter nicht gerade hilfreich. Da nützt ein Lift nicht viel. Ansonsten freundliches Personal Betten in den Zimmern sind zu hart Wir hatten Halbpension, das dreigang Menu war hervorragend !!!!
Unser Zimmer war leider ein wenig finster sodass den ganzen Tag Licht nötig war. hôtel très bien situé au calme , très propre , le petit déjeuner est fantastique digne des déjeuners en Allemagne,il se prend a l hôtel par contre le restaurant est a 100 mètres franchement cuisine agréable vraiment très bon je recommande et le personnel est aux petits soins. coté spa 1 sauna naturiste et deux autres saunas non naturiste une grande piscine qui mériterait quelques degrés de plus... difficile de rentrer dedans mais bon on si fait une fois dans l eau. la chambre le point noir si vous prenez le premier prix ( 260euros pour 4 personnes avec petit déjeuner) sur les photos on voit deux lits séparés on se dit qu il y a deux chambres pas du tout les lits sont collés obligé de reculer un lit pour ouvrir la porte du frigo...pas top franchement désagréable le fait d avoir deux lits côte a côte... le personnel bien dans l ensemble sauf a la réception le 21 et le 22 aout même pas un bonjour lors de mes passages... têtes baissées pas même un regard...assez choquant pour un hôtel 3 étoiles supérieurs... vraiment désagréable j avais l impression de gêner...voila vous savez tout sur cet hôtel a part quelques petits désagréments je conseille ce lieu

Everyone was super friendly and the Wellness area was great. The breakfast was good too but it was everyday the same. The bathroom in the neighbour house was also very little. All in all we were Happy though.

Hotel im gesamten gut. Pool und Saunaanlage super. Parkmöglichkeiten in beiden Häusern sehr gut. Frühstück weniger gut. Trockene aufgebackene Brötchen, täglich das gleiche Angebot. Hingegen das Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Wenn man im Haus Sonnenhof untergebracht ist sind die Zimmer sehr klein und ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet. An unserem Zimmer war direkt der Abzug der Küche, so dass man den ganzen Abend, wegen der Küchengerüche die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, bei der aktuellen Hitze und ohne Klimaanlage weniger gut. Trotz täglicher Reinigung war der Zimmerboden täglich sandig, beim einmaligen Handtuchtausch wurde ein Handtuch mitgenommen aber vergessen ein neues hinzulegen. Beim Check Inn fragten wir nach den Bademänteln für den Wellnessbereich, die Antwort war, da Sie nur Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht haben. wäre dies im Preis nicht enthalten und müsste gegen Gebühr an der Rezeption abgeholt werden, was dann letztendlich doch nicht so war, die Wellnesstaschen standen mit Hanstuch und Bademantel im Zimmer. Ebenso beim Check Inn: Sie haben ja "nur" Economy gebucht, daher müssen sie ins andere Haus. Die beiden Aussagen gleich zu Beginn etwas fragwürdig.

Nur das Haupthaus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Die Standard-Zimmer sind alle im Nebenhaus, wo auch die Gaststätte ist. Der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist über eine ziemlich steile Treppe möglich. Wir sind ins Haupthaus umgezogen, weil unser Hund einen Hüftschaden hat und sich die Treppe nicht zutraute. Accidentally booked room here, as I thought it was closer to where I was going to be. Called and let them know, seemed to be understanding over the phone. Then upon contacting Expedia, hotel refused multiple times to give a refund for the accident, not a positive experience.

It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. The economic category one doesn’t have a lift. The Bathroom didn’t have door but curtain. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee in the room. We booked in 3 rooms and with elderly parents it was challenging.

Agréable hôtel situé en forêt noire Personnel au top, excellent service à l’hôtel, au restaurant situé dans un autre bâtiment. Nous avons opté pour la demi-pension et n’avons pas regretté. Choix de plats variés et différents chaque jour, un vrai régal. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et buffet bien achalandé. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Chambre 538 au dernier étage, spacieuse, propre avec balcon mériterait d’être restaurée comme celle adjacente. Grande piscine, 3 saunas, salles de relaxation, tout est top et récent avec très belle vue sur la campagne et la forêt Petit bémol à la piscine de l’eau jaunâtre coule du plafond, condensation ou fuites ? Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 4 nuits et je recommande volontiers cet hôtel pour un séjour de détente au calme à la campagne

Wir haben uns das Wochenende über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne neue Saunalandschaft mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Sehr schöne neu renovierte Frühstückslounge. Essen sehr gut. Das einzige, das uns nicht überzeugt hat war die Wurst zum Frühstück.

Grundsätzlich ok. Ein SPA-Manager wäre nicht schlecht. Morgenbuffet im Hotel war ok, aber nicht mehr. Dafür war das externe Restaurant (Abendessen) 200 m weiter unten eines der besten Hotel-Restaurants für mich.

Expedia fails to protect its customers when the service is not delivered as expected. During our stay, renovation work started directly above our room at 7:00 a.m. without any prior notice. However, after our departure, they refused to offer any compensation or resolution. What is particularly disappointing is how this situation was handled by Expedia. It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. The economic category one doesn’t have a lift. The Bathroom didn’t have door but curtain. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee in the room. We booked in 3 rooms and with elderly parents it was challenging.
