Villa Milena

If you’re choosing this property because of the pool move on. It was filthy upon our arrival, green with algae and full of rotting apricots. The manager got on it and had a pool guy on site within two hours. She, Rita, was great, but it was not her property. The pool guy told me it was the first time on site, so there is no professional or scheduled maintenance of the pool. We had no hot water for most of our stay, and I should have said something early on but I didn’t want to deal with it. The upstairs bath tub is unusable due to extremely low water pressure, so myself and four teenagers had to share a very small shower on the lower floor. The house and view are really nice, it’s just that the owners seem to be penny pinching on the maintenance. Budget 20 euro per day for parking at the hotel next door.

Villa Milena is an absolutely wonderful house with the best view you can imagine! Rita and Davide are fantastic hosts - their communication and responsiveness are spot on. They planned 3 full days of excursions for us as well as multiple rides to and from Sorrento which made for an easy and amazing experience! We also enjoyed having the hotel right next door for popping over for a drink or dinner!

The view was exactly what we hoped for. Check in was easy and they gave us amazing recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay on the Amalfi Coast. Beautiful home, beautiful view, away from the busy town of Sorrento. Everything you could possibly want. Especially the view of my Vesuvius! Trip of a lifetime

Amazing villa and unforgettable view of the gulf of naples, with Vesuvius across the way and Sorrento down below. Very friendly and easy to work with the property manager. You need to park on the street below near the Hotel View'D'Or (view of gold) and walk up an incline a bit - not bad -all worked out great. The villa has a great table in the shade for eating your home-cooked italian fare, we felt almost like native Italians being there.
