Hôtel Regyn's Montmartre

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. Only there one night but it was perfect! The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was perfection! Comfortable beds, pillow and temperature. The elevator to the 4th floor is very small, but we made it work! Overall a great property add would book again and again!

Property is run down at best. Property needs updating and common areas are dingy. Elevator is TINY and stops between floors so you still have to being bags up one flight of stairs. View is incredible of the Eiffel Tower and the location in montemarte is desirable.

What to say about this hotel? If you're young, fit and romantic I think you'll love it. The view of Sacre Court from my room was delightful and I have some excellent photos. However, if you're older, with restricted mobility, I would advise caution. As mentioned in other reviews, the lift is TINY, so if you're in any way claustrophobic, steer clear. In addition, my room was on the 5th floor, possibly with best views, but the lift only goes to the 4th. This was a nightmare for getting my suitcase up and down, but even with hands free, I found the steps challenging, and the bannister felt less than secure. Add to this problem the fact that the carpet was coming away from several stairs to create a health and safety issue which would never be allowed in the UK. I was thankful that I was only there overnight. The individual staff members were on the whole pleasant and responsive to requests and the hotel is in the ideal location for exploring lovely Montmartre.

Localização muito boa! Próximo ao metrô e ponto de ônibus, vários restaurantes. Hotel tem elevador (o que conta muito em Paris) Fomos no inverno, o quartão não tinha ar-condicionado, então pra nós não fez diferença. Nosso quarto era espaçoso e tinha vista pra torre! Lindo! Me hospedaria novamente

2 single beds were requested but upon arrival not done although night porter was helpful in trying to sort. Plug sockets in awkward positions. Location good and beds comfortable. Very clean hotel but lift very small. Shower in high sided bath so need good mobility. Breakfast good and relaxed setting. Staff helpful but may need to change the taxi company they use as were charged double for short journey in non rush hour with driver who fleeced us. Overall a pleasant stay.

Pent rom - rent. Ren seng, men litt hard. Nydelig utsikt, smal trappegang og gang under oppussing. Liten heis. Den benyttet vi kun når vi fraktet bagasjen.

Nice little boutique hotel . Good location Short walk to pubic transportation. Nice view of the town and the church thought little open balcony . Alot restaurant and little shops nearby . . Eric a manager very kind and helpful . The room is spacious compared hotel in paris . Only thing is no air conditioner ( iam ok bc the fall weather was much cooler ) and a tv have no English chanel . (If you out all day maybe its ok ) . Overall this is decent nice hotel short bus drive to all atraction .

For a two star hotel is was great even provided a fan as there was no AC. Metro was just outside. Plaza had nightly entertainment!

Super beliggenhed, super venlig personale og super værelse med udsigt over Paris/Eiffel tårnet. 2 små minusser, der var elkedel på værelset men ingen kaffe/the. Og så var der ikke aircondition, det kunne vi godt have brugt med de 30 grader der var da vi ankom.

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Metrostation Abbesses. Das ist super, jedoch ist es im Sommer in den Zimmern sehr heiß, nicht klimatisiert und nachts draußen sehr laut. Du darfst nichts im Zimmer vergessen und ins Ausland zurück fahren. Ein nachsenden der Sachen ist unmöglich! Ich musste also nochmal dorthin fahren und die Sachen abholen. Sehr ärgerlich!

I dont like to talk bad about hotels or business. But this experience was traumatic. Extremely dirty the carpet. The bathroom smell pee all the time, the curtain extremely dirty. The beds have shadows of blood. Its very noisy, you can heard everything. The area is very unsafe to walk in the night. They dont have water to offer to the guests in the lobby You need to leave your key wvery time that you go outside. Some staff was nice but other ones very rude. The hotel looks cute in pictures but its very dirty and noise. I stayed for two nights for my honeymoon and damaged my trip a little bit. Its not two star hotel. Its one star. They need to clean more and change the carpets.

You can’t beat the location in Montmartre and Eric the desk clerk was fantastic. The hotel is run down, dirty, loud, and needs a major update.

The hotel has three positives. 1. Steps away from metro station. 2. Reception staff lovely and 3. Comfortable beds. The negatives are the cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Issue with hot water for shower and room facilities were very low such as tea/coffee, mini fridge, iron or phone if you need to ring reception.

The view was excellent. Other than that, this hotel has nothing positive going for it. The little mini fridge had mold in it. The shower was miniature. Housekeeping serviced my room when I had left the "do not disturb" sign on the door. And they have a very strange policy of requiring you to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave and requesting it back by providing your room number when you return. This did not make me feel comfortable and the answer I received when I asked why was not satisfactory. They claim it is in case you drop your card outside then they won't have to make a new one. Unless all you're looking for is the view, don’t bother. You can get the same views without staying there.

A very friendly hotel, clean and comfortable, excellent location, great value for money.

Det eneste som er positivt med dette hotellet er beliggenheten. Teppene er kjempe skitne, det så ut som det aldri var støvsugd under sengen. Veggene mellom rommene er svært tynne, du hører alt! Absolutt alt. Dusjhodet var svart av sopp eller lignende og dusjforhenget var ikke vasket.

The location was good, right by the metro so easy to get places. The room was small (expected for Paris and older building) and needed updating. The floor is carpeted so if you left the windows closed too long it got a bit musty. It can be noisy but the window had decent sound proofing.

There was no wifi in the rooms. Also rooms are extremely small.

Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms, nice view but, and this is unfortunately a big BUT, the building lacks sound isolation, the walls could be paper walls. On third floor I could actually hear the métro. Fortunately I also had a loud couple next door that kept me awake until past 03 o’clock.

Basic, no frills hotel in Montmarte. Great location and price. Clean, comfy bed, bathrooms were fine. Only downside was thin walls, but other guests were generally quiet by night.

Staff were all wonderful! but unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel, due to severe lack of any sound proofing. We could hear our neighbours talking between rooms, we could hear their TV and also there is very noisy plumbing. The pipes are a real problem, you can hear a loud honking noise if anyone is running the hot tap or shower. Even if you're a heavy sleeper and can sleep through your neighbours talking, if and when they have a shower the honking pipe noise will wake you.

Looked for a place that could provide a view of the Eiffel Tower and this did not disappoint. It was a dream, and the surrounding area was so ideally located and charming. Just FYI, the closest metro station has A LOT of stairs so use the elevator. Also the rooms are quite small, which was ok for our brief layover but I think would be a pain for a longer stay.

Location was really good! The room was really small and the walls was covered in some kind of fabric which felt not so fresh. We spent 1 night which was fine. Good price and area was nice with restaurants, cafes and bars just around the corner

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The room, though small, offered us an amazing view and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was all incredible. Marie was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay - and our entire trip - absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel was also ideal. We had a metro station pretty much right outside our door which enabled us to get everywhere we needed to be. We went during the holidays, so there was also a Christmas Market right outside which was an amazing added touch to our experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent value, Marie was most helpful. Room clean and lovely view spectacular. Easy walking distance to shops and cafes. Subway stop and green space edges property. Will stay here again.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen und das Personal überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist in einer Minute in der nächsten Metrostation. Alles gut, würde ich jederzeit und werde ich sicher wieder buchen.

When my teenager and I arrived, the location still had not addressed my question via the Travelocity website after booking. Fine no problem we’ll just go with the flow as we always do. The lady at the front desk was super helpful with my minimal French language and beyond sweet to us. The room was to be expected and no complaints other than maybe air it out due to a slight smell of stagnant moisture in the air. Again, not an issue as the windows open and I’m fully capable and it really didn’t bother me afterwards. The quaint elevator for 3 fits 2 with luggage snugly and I found it hilarious and fun. Probably one of the things that made me smile the most coming back to our room bc I just found it fun and funny. It was uncomfortable leaving the hotel, bc they claim the keys demagnetize when you leave so they want you to leave them at the desk. I did once and when we came back in the afternoon I never did it again for our stay and the key worked fine. Where it got bad was the older gentleman who worked the night shift. He was rude and short tempered with minimal people skills unless you are French. Fine, I’ll keep smiling through it I’m not going to let his bad attitude ruin my stay that I busted my behind for. The morning of checkout, he asked if we were leaving and I confirmed. He asked for the key and I mistakenly left it in the room. He started snapping at me bc I didn’t leave the key with him when we went out the day before and tried to charge me 6€. I walked out.

I absolutely love this hotel! From the beautiful view from my room, to the delightful staff, specially Marie. I can't wait to return. Merci!

What a nightmare! The staff was incredibly rude and dishonest. The room was filthy, and the shower had mold in it. I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy!

Really good 3 night stay Metro station outside the door Loads of bars and restaurants outside the door as well. 1st class location Room cleaned every day Typical Paris hotel in many ways (room small) Would 100% stay here again

The location was also ideal, with easy access to popular sights, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Regyn's Montmartre and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. I look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is located in a great lively area. The staff were very helpful and nice. The little breakfast had the best croissants. The rooms were small but charming. I would def stay there again.

Good location, close to Montmartre, Pigale Square and Moulin Rouge.

It was well located, room was very small, and the breakfast was not worth the extra ten euros. The shower was tight for taller people - similar to the tiny one person elevator. But overall a good value if your needs are basic lodging.

Breakfast was very good. Croissant are from a local bakery. The best. Staff at the hotel were excellent

Complessivamente la visita è stata molto buona, il personale disponibile, gentile ed accogliente. L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione e rinnovamento soprattutto nelle camere. In generale l’hotel è in una posizione strategica su quello che per me è il più bel quartiere di Parigi, comodo a tutti i servizi e alla metropolitana! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque onesto.

We had an amazing 2 nights here. The view from the room was amazing and the location was perfect for Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size with clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and it was great to be able to leave our luggage on the last day. We had time for a leisurely breakfast before check-out. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Funcionários atenciosos. Quarto limpo e café da manhã excelente. O elevador é muito pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

European hotel in heart of Montmartre. Room was small but all you need and with so much to see in the area, you won't be in the room long. Floor reno being done but was fine. Have beautiful wood stairs. Will be quaint once all done. Breakfast was great with friendly service.
