Nice hotel a short walk from the old town. Great pool, a welcome retreat during the heatwave we experienced. Breakfast options were nothing outstanding, basic buffet fare. No food apart from cheese or charcuterie plate offered at other times. Bar staff were friendly and accommodating. Checkin staff could be more welcoming and friendly, we felt awkward each time we needed to interact with them.

Our 3 night stay at Arles Plaza was fantastic. The family room was a lovely size for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was quiet and a pleasant temperature. The room was cleaned and tidied everyday and coffee pods replenished. The mini fridge was useful. There were free drinking water fountains dotted around aswell as glass and plastic recyling points.The pool was divine with always enough loungers and space to swim. The reception staff were polite and professional. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil. There were free retro computer games and a pool table. The location was perfect for drives out to the ornithological park and other areas of the Camargue. Also it was 7-10min walk to the old town/amphitheatre in Arles.

Un cheveux sur le lit en arrivant dans la chambre. Hall d'entrée correct. Petit déjeuner basique. Pas de place parking moto.

The decor is weird but whatever. The AC worked in one of our two rooms- the other was stifling. The bathrooms had dirty floors. Getting to a restaurant involved walking through a sketchy area. The staff was really nice though!

Das Zimmer war groß, allerdings bröckelt die Wandfarbe etwas ab. Es wirkte etwas karg. Das Bad war super. Pool und Whirlpool waren sehr Modern, das Glassdach allerdings sehr alt, sodass viel Dunstwasser von dem Glassdach regnete. Man konnte baden, sich dort aber nicht aufhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung im Kino-Stil hat uns gut gefallen.

The bedroom (we booked a triple bedroom) is very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom is clean. The receptionists were very nice, they explained everything clearly. We particularly appreciated that there's a parking, so that we didn't have to worry about our car

A clean and modern hotel with excellent location to Arles. Perhaps not walkable to the town, but close enough for quick access. Property feels safe and secure with a gated parking lot access. The room provides basic overnight amenities for an adequate stay. Complaint is related to the lack of ventilation in the room. The toilet room has no vent fan, nor does the shower room. So if sharing the room with others, the smell and steam makes for an uncomfortable in-room environment. While there is a thermostat in the room, the fan power and speed seems to be centrally located and would not turn on via the wall controls. The lack of air movement throughout the night makes for stale, humid air. The humidity is so bad that water droplets collected on the window and puddled on the window sill.

Un hôtel propre dans son ensemble mais un réveil brutal à 5h30 du matin, le téléphone de la chambre sonne, personne au bout de la ligne, le matin même ne nous allons-nous plaindre à la réception qui nous dit que c’est une simple erreur qu’ils se sont trompés de numéro de chambre. Je trouve également limite le fait que les deux réceptionnistes présentes nous ont clairement rigoler au nez quand elles ont appris que nous avions été réveillés à 5h30 par erreur.

The room was nice. The first person that greeted us should not be at the front desk: very unfriendly, rude; not a good representative of the property. The second person that greeted us in mid afternoon was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is close enough to walj into town. We did not partake of bfast as we thought it expensive.

Hotel Arles canceled our reservation two days before we arrived. They offered another hotel which we accepted, but we could not get confirmation that we actually had a place to stay until one day before we arrived. We were on a river boat cruise when this happened, and it was more than inconvenient to try to obtain the confirmation. I would never book this hotel again due to bumping a reservation at the last minute.

Un très bon séjour de trois nuits. Bon rapport qualité prix. Excellent accueil, l'espace piscine et jaccuzi très agréable. Des jeux pour les enfants et un espèce cosy sous la verrière. Une très grande propreté dans tout l'établissement. Merci à toute l'équipe (accueil, restaurant et dames de ménage) pour votre gentillesse et vos sourires.

Bel établissement proche du centre ville avec piscine et spa tres agréable. L'hôtel est une ile au centre d'un quartier à l'abandon. La ville en général souffre d'un manque d'entretien tant du point de vue de l'état du bâti que de la propreté, y compris dans le centre historique. Quel dommage !!

The Arles Plaza was very pleasant. The staff & amenities were very good. Convenient parking for our car. It was a 20 minute walk into Arles Center, part of which had poor street lighting & very narrow sidewalks.

O hotel e enorme, quartos grandes e confortaveis, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. A atendente Sarra foi muito competente e bem simpatica O que nao gostamos e que fica distante da area histórica da cidade e, para voltar a pe a noite tivrmos dificuldades para pegar um taxi e ha uma area mal frequentada no meio do caminho

This was a basic hotel. It was clean but there was no dining, no option for inclusive breakfast. The bar wasn’t always open and you had to find someone to get you a drink. The pool is not as big as it looks in the photographs and was under cover. It’s a good 3 star property. The four stars it claims seem a bit of stretch given the facilities at the hotel.

Excellent séjour à Arles dans cet hôtel. A 20 minutes a pieds de la partie historique. Le stationnement libre service gratuit est très pratique. La piscine a ete très appréciée. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas eu de snacking les 3 soirs faute de personnel. Mais sinon, tout etait oarfait. Je recommande !
