My room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure.

Das Hotelzimmer war bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten sauber. Die Zimmerausstattung reicht für kurze Aufenthalte aus. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man gut zu Fuß die Altstadt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr nah. Die Tiefgarage ist überteuert (25€ pro Tag; 2,50€ pro Stunde), daher auch nicht überraschend, dass hier kaum Autos stehen. Das Parkhaus des Kinos, welches ca 800m entfernt ist, ist deutlich günstiger (6€ pro Tag).

Zimmer war für ein Doppelzimmer recht klein - aber soweit oK. Badezimmer war eng und konnte nur abwechselnd benutzt werden. Im Hotel selbst kein Restaurant - nur Frühstück möglich. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip aber alles völlig ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind viel zu klein. Auf der Buchungsseite wird das Hotel mit 3 Sternen beworben, in Wirklichkeit ist es aber nur ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Wenn man mit Kind reist und in der 3. Etage wohnt, dann ist es mehr als Unpraktisch, wenn der Aufzug ausfällt. Das Frühstück ist gut, und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind super Isoliert, man hört von anderen Gästen gar nichts. Für eine Partyübernachtung ideal, für Familien leider nichts.

Diese Unterkunft möchten wir nicht bewerten. Es war das schlechteste Hotel was wir in über 40 Jahren besucht haben! Jede Jugendherberge hat mehr Charme als das Hotel! Das Empfangspersonal kann für das Konzept nichts, sie waren freundlich, aber leider unflexibel. Die Reinigung in diesem Hotel erfolgt erst nach drei Tagen! Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr schlecht. Unser angeblich frisch gereinigtes Zimmer war im Badezimmer eine Katastrophe, extrem verdreckte Toilette und Toilettenbrille und mit Wasser verdünntes Duschgel. Den Rest sparen wir uns! Beim Auschecken wurde wir nicht gefragt, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, einfach Karte abgegeben und das war’s!

Sie Zimmer sind ok, das Leitungswasser war zum Zeitpunkt des Buches nicht trinkbar und man musste sich immer Wasser an der Rezeption holen. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und das Schnarchen und die Gespräche der anliegenden Zimmer sind gut hörbar.

Das Bett war für eine Person ok, wäre für 2 vielleicht etwas schmal (160cm). Trotz zentraler Lage direkt am Bahnhof war das Zimmer ruhig. Direkt im Gebäude ist ein Parkhaus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Kaffee außergewöhnlich lecker ☺️

Gutes Hotel mit 2 kleinen Einschränkungen. Trotzdem würden wir hier für 1-2Tage wieder buchen. 1. Wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer. 2. wegen der Nähe zum HBF laut bei offenem Fenster. Allerdings ist die Klimaanlage gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

ホテルの部屋自体は新しく清潔感がありよかったですが、スタッフの方に対してストレスを感じる宿泊でした。・チェックイン前に荷物を預ける際、予約番号を提示したのに再度チェックイン前に予約番号を求められた（何のために事前に確認したのか）・コインランドリーの場所を調べてもらったが、回答が雑。きちんとした位置がわからないのか適当な線を引かれて「ここら辺」とされたので「時間的にはどれくらいかかるか」と聞くと「5分か10分」という適当な回答。ホテルの近くであり、そのあたりの人であれば距離感もわかるでしょうし、5分と10分では距離に大きな差があると思うのですが。・コインランドリーでコインを使用したいので両替をお願いしたら「フロントには現金を置いてないのでどこか店で替えてもらってくれ」との返答・すれ違っても挨拶なし・エレベーターではスタッフが率先して降りる・フロントの1名の客の依頼に2名かかりっきりで、他の客を待たせたあげく、声をかけるまで動かない。急いでいるのでと声をかけると、謝りもなく「ああ」という返事・2泊したのですが、洗面所/シャワーが清掃されておらず、髪の毛が落ちたままでした。部屋は掃除されてタオルも交換されてはいましたが、ここだけ掃除されていない全体的にスタッフが若いのか配慮が不足しており、雑です。ロケーション的には駅のすぐそばで便利ですし、料金も手ごろで良いのですが、スタッフに関わるとストレスになります。彼らに関わる予定がなく泊まるだけであれば、問題ないです。

The best front desk staff! I saw about five different employees and they were all so friendly and helpful. Perfect welcome. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I loved the welcome drinks! The room was amazing especially for the price. Very unique design and high ceilings. Clean. The bed was big (no split mattress) and comfortable. There was no closet or nightstand but I didn't need it (there were hangers and a rod for hanging some clothes). Breakfast was delicious: a pretty diverse and tasty buffet and lots of seating. The hotel is very conveniently located at the end of the train station and a five minute walk from all the bus stops. All in all, I had an excellent stay here for four nights. Don't go near the park across the road.

Es waren zu wenig Plätze vorhanden. Es war ausgebucht, dennoch sollte es möglich sein einen Platz zum Essen zu bekommen. Aufgrund einer Baustelle kein Frischwasser, auf den Zimmern sehr gut gelöst, aber nur ein Kaffeeautomat ist definitiv zu wenig. The hotel is awesome and the staff really nice. The breakfast amazing but the property is located in front of a place in which are always people with drug problems. I sow personally someone playing with a knife in the middle of the day. This is bad and unfortunately the hotel can‘t do anything to change the situation. If you have small kids better choose another location.

It's next to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and there are shady characters loitering around at all times. I checked out around 9 30 in the morning and there was already a heavy police presence between the hotel and train station entrance because two young women got into a physical altercation.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen; das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, jedoch teilweise bemerkbar gestresst. Der offene Mülleimer im Bad ist unhygienisch. An die Reinigung eines unserer Zimmer mussten wir erinnern. Leider gab es zum Frühstück keine Margarine. Rührei aus der Tüte geht für uns gar nicht. Leider wurden teils bis 24.00 Uhr im Innenhof von anderen Gästen Stühle gerückt, laut gebrüllt und gekreischt. Dies beeinträchtigte den Nachtschlaf doch erheblich. Ansonsten waren Service und Frühstück gut.
