Boyne Mountain Resort is a fabulous locale for an easy, fun family vacation. Check in is seamless, wrist bands are great for kids, Avalanche Bay is wonderful, nighttime fire, s'mores, lawn games, chairlift, wooden bridge, lake, canoeing.....there is so much to do all within a mile or so. We found Boyne last year and are committed to coming every year now....so this was our 2nd visit in the summer. Simply love the overall look and feel of the hotel and property.

Beautiful grounds and hotel! Really nice room with a big bathroom. Service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Enjoyed being able to walk to the Skybridge, the water park, and the shops. Very nice resort!!

This was our first time at Boyne and it did not disappoint! Everything was wonderful, we could walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. Outdoor pool and hot tub were both at perfect temps even though it was cold outside for this time of year. We will be back for sure.

Chalet Edelweiss was an amazing experience. Everything about the room and the property felt like a proper European winter getaway. It was the perfect balance of real of ski-in, ski-out and walking distance to the village and other amenities. Definitely try the Sauna! We can't wait to go back!

It was a relaxing stay with lots of activities. Only complaint would be the beds weren't as comfy as they could be, for the price we pay per night. Other than that everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and the amenities were really nice

Stellar service, staff, and atmosphere. Extended stay cuz it was soooo good. Older facilities, but clean and accessible. Card only (that’s rt, NO CASH. Other than tips) was a bit inconvenient, but they do provide conversion machines cash to card. Can’t wait to come back in snow season.

So they did not clean my room on sat. Unacceptable. Has to ask for clean towels late at night. Ugh. Unmade bed dirty cups full wastebasket too. Other than that good

Everything was beautiful. My only complaint was when the cleaning staff came they didn’t give us more coffee and creamer. They also didn’t wash the coffee or wine glasses.

Property was great. The host that brought us to our room was great. Room was very small and very loud. Very hard to get a restful sleep as every time a door closes or someone flushed a toilet in a surrounding room it would wake you. The worst part is you pretty much have to beg and steal toilet paper. I would go back but would try to get a different room and unfortunately need to bring my own toilet paper.

I loved being able to access amenities like the pool and hot tub. However, the beds are not very comfortable at all. After days of intense skiing, it would be nice to relax on a better mattress. Also, breakfast not being included with your room rate is just ridiculous. You’re paying an insane almost $100 price (2 people) for subpar breakfast. That almost makes me not want to come back soley because of those things. Other than that, very convenient to stay right on the property.

The property was beautiful and very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful, everyone in our family/group was able to find something for entertainment. The only problem I had with my stay was my room had very noisy plumbing. My room in the Edelweiss Chalet was on the ground floor and whenever someone above used the sink, flushed the toilet or used the shower the sound of water flowing through the plumbing was very loud. For a room that was $300 / night, I don’t believe I should be woken up by very loud plumbing.

Very disappointed in my recent trip. Check in is at 5 pm the line was long and very chaotic. Not enough staff to accommodate the guests . Our room was on the 3 rd level . It was very noisy we could hear other guest from the hallway and in the room next to us. Our room was short a blanet and a chair , when asked the staff seemed borhered by our request The scenic lift closes early afternoon The brochure states it open until 9 pm we were very disappointed that the lift closes so early as in 4 or 4:30 pm .Don't do the buffett breakfast ,at Everetts they were short staffed and couldnt keep it stocked or clean . Not worth the $25. Heated Pool and hot tub was wonderful but was filled with local teenagers that weren't guests of the hotel. Hotel has no one there to monitor the entry so the locals come in to enjoy the amenities and leave . Very disappointed in this visit will likely be our last. Because no one there cares.

We had heating issues and they responded quickly. Boynehof is quaint, but updated. Pool and hot tub were plusses. The mountain is pitifully short - less than 400' vertical, so if you like long runs, you won't find them here!

Wonderful hotel with so much to do. They have a great staff throughout the resort The Sky Bridge is a must see. Close to Boyne City and Petoskey but you never really need to leave. There is so much to do! We've been there twice and will be back.

Since I’m visiting near post snow season, parking is easy and the resort is not crowded. Hard to find dining options apart from the cafe and restaurant in the lodge. You have to drive 30mins to Petoskey or Boyne city to eat. Hotel room is clean but old. And the staff are nice on cleaning the room. It’s not far to walk to the lift especially they have lift-side ski valet for free to securely keep your equipment.

We had a room in Chalet Edelweiss which is unique because it is located right on the ski slope near the Grand Lodge. You can ski right from your building! The staff was more than helpful and always told us how to get information or help, if needed. They openly shared their knowledge of the resort and that added to the experience.

Loved the property and amenities. Food/ dining options on site were overpriced and not good. I spent $30 for a breakfast burrito, muffin, donut and coffee. The burrito was barely edible and the pastries were stale. All locations on site offered the same hamburger for $21 that looked awful. We drove to town to eat.

We had a fabulous time at Boyne Mountain! The skiing conditions/trails were absolutely perfect! We happened to be there when they had extended skiing hours which was such a bonus! All of the food and drinks we had was excellent, albeit expensive. The property and facilities were clean. We loved loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs, they were clean, hot and spacious. I had read a prior review about the hot tub being taken over by a bunch of teenagers which did happen the first night, however, there was another smaller one that we were able to enjoy that night. Each and every staff member we encountered were extremely helpful and very nice. The atmosphere was cozy with all of the fires going and the lights at night. We had the best experience and I am so thankful that we added these couple days onto our trip!!!

Boyne was a wonderful stay for us. We were in the Chalet, so we could enjoy the sauna and were able to ski in and out. Boyne didn’t have much options food wise for someone with food allergies. I felt very limited with what I could eat since I cannot eat gluten or dairy. Kind of a disappointment in that element. Everyone was very friendly and housekeeping was wonderful!

Very nice and inviting place. Has many amenities and many activities in and around the resort. Dinning is a bit price. Always add breakfast to your accommodation it is much cheaper.
