Rent och välstädat Barbara och övriga i familjen mycket serviceinriktade och vänliga! Centralt läge med parkeringsmöjligheter utan extra kostnad. Bra frukostbuffé med bl a färskpressad apelsinjuice och omelett. Högsta betyg! Tandborstglas i papp var ett litet minus.

Wir wurden überaus freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde die Umgebung zum Parken und für andere Dinge erklärt. Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung fing schon am Eingangsbereich an und zog sich bis in die Zimmer fort. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es sah alles sehr einladend aus. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und garantiert auch weiter empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Marsuites B&B ist klein und fein. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer ist eher klein aber hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage - zu Fuss in wenigen Schritten am Strand oder im Fussgängerzentrum. Wunderbares Frühstück und hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Achtung: das B&B hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, es sind in der Umgebung jedoch zahlreiche kostenlose und sichere Parkmöglichkeiten. Zufahrtsstrasse ist Sackgasse (unser Navi hat das nicht erkannt).

This b&b is outstanding! My only criticism is the parking, there's not much at all but in all fairness not a lot can be done about it either. There is a huge beach car park 100 metres away which is for free but having a hired car I didnt feel condifdent in parking there, it is also so dusty. Saying that there are places to park elsewhere which is closer than 100 metres away but you need to have a good eye to spot them. The owners are so lovely! Very professional and very welcoming. All the staff are very friendly and just lovely decent people. They go out of their way to give a great service and they speak a few different languages from their own to give guests a bit more of a personal experience, which is so nice. They were so good with my little boy, the best service I've ever come across. They have great knowledge of what to do in the area and are happy to assist you in anything you want. There's nothing more that they could do, it's the perfect expereince in my opinion. Breakfast is a continental type breakfast although they do cook scrambled eggs and bacon for you if you would like. Food is of great quality and the orange juice is out of this world. Dining area is big enough for guests even when at it's busiest and the breakfast times are just right. The family room is clean, spacious and the aircon is great! Beds are comfortable and the shower is pretty good too! Definitely would consider staying there again.

Marsuites is a small and friendly hotel in a fantastic location. Armação de Pêra is a busy and popular holiday town with a traditional Portuguese atmosphere. In August it was hot and we enjoyed the air conditioning in our room. There were controls to vary fan speed and other functions so it was possible to get the room temperature just right. Good AC is important for us; we're not used to 30-40 degrees C in summer (more like 15-25 degrees!). A mini fridge in the room was also welcome and we used it to keep drinks cool. Our room had a high quality mattress that gave us a good sleep each night. The room had a small balcony with two chairs that was nice to use at night for short periods. There is no view from the balcony to speak of, so don't be too worried about getting a room with a balcony. It's more likely that you will want to sit on the beach or in a cafe during the day. The balconies are also not very private as they are close together and your view is not shielded from your neighbours. This was not a problem for us and we did use the balcony a couple of times to sit or dry beachwear, but this B&B encourages you to venture out and explore the town. As others have mentioned, the hotel is spotlessly cleaned everywhere each day. Breakfast is good, and very well managed; nothing ran out. Marsuites is the best in town in terms of easy access to the beach, supermarkets and cafés. Everything is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing!! The property itself is beautiful and clean, the staff is so kind and helpful and the breakfast was great! Perfect town to stay in, and asking distance to the beach and cute shopping and dining options. 10/10 recommend!

L’hébergement est super bien située sur l’Algarve autant pour se rendre aux différentes plages et activités que pour se rendre à Albufeira, Carvoeiro, etc. Petit déjeuner super bon et frais. Que du positif à dire! Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Wonderful family owned B&B. The staff is amazing and so helpful with directions and recommendations for tours. Breakfast was outstanding. Our room was very clean. Very close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Marsuites in Armacao de Pera in the Algarves. A family owned bed and breakfast where the owners’ presence and attention to detail is incredible. We were greeted with genuine warm smiles and they informed us that they are available to accommodate any of our needs. They didn’t disappoint!! They made us feel like members of their family. This lovely bed and breakfast is located walking distance to a beautiful beach, and to a variety of great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. What a gem of a place. We so highly recommend it.

Ganz wunderbar war das Personal - immer freundlich, ein Lächeln im Gesicht und zuvorkommend! Außerdem ist die Unterkunft super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung auf dem Zimmer: mehr Steckdosen, ein Safe und ein Kühlschrank, der schön kalt wird, würden es noch perfekter machen 😉 Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal! 😊

The Marsuites is a newer hotel in a slightly older town. It is run by a nice family, and the breakfast is the best of the four hotels we stayed at during out trip to Iberia. We were unlucky enough to get room 1, which I think is the only one without a balcony. We spent all of our time touring the region, though. Armação de Pêra is a slightly older town than some of the other Algarve resort towns, though.

Marsuites is an excellent small b&b hotel. The owners offer splendid hospitality. The rooms are very clean and tidy, very comfortable bed with an excellent bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfasts are excellent, with plenty of choice of fresh fruit, cereals, breads, cakes and also some hot choices of lean bacon, fried or scrambled eggs. Very reasonably priced, only a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants and the beach. There’s a great local bar where again the owners are very hospitable, serving decent beef and a host of other alcoholic choices, the Portuguese Brandy they serve was excellent. Hopefully we will visit again and we intend to stay in Marsuites once again

The staff were absolutely fantastic - warm welcome and enthusiastic farewells every single time we came or left and totally accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was first class, fresh and delicious and superbly presented. The room was small for the 4 off is with 2 teenagers but we spent such little time in there it wasn’t a problem at all. Cleaned beautifully each day and appreciated having a bay fridge and kettle. Great position as it is off the main strip (so not noisy at all) but still super close to the beach and all the delicious dining. Many thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recommend!

Family run and it shows with the personal care and friendliness. Breakfast buffet was very nice. There was an issue with no hot water one afternoon, but it was tsken care of efficiently. The room is quite plain and they could give us more hanging and cupboard space, but very good value for the money. And really close to everything in town.

We throughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Marsuites, which is located less than 5 mins from a beautiful sandy beach at the end of the road. The property and welcome from Marco and Ana was truly amazing. Everything in this fantastic B&B looks brand spanking new and everywhere is very clean. Our room was exceptionally clean as well as being cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. The daily continental breakfast and coffee/tea facilities included was of good quality and set us up very well for the day. Ana even baked the traditional Pastel de Nata one day for breakfast, which was really delicious. The area of Armco de Pera is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the beach and has some great restaurants to try Portuguese dishes and any other cuisine of your choice. We would highly recommend this great B&B and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful family owned B&B. The staff is amazing and so helpful with directions and recommendations for tours. Breakfast was outstanding. Our room was very clean. Very close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely fantastic - warm welcome and enthusiastic farewells every single time we came or left and totally accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was first class, fresh and delicious and superbly presented. The room was small for the 4 off is with 2 teenagers but we spent such little time in there it wasn’t a problem at all. Cleaned beautifully each day and appreciated having a bay fridge and kettle. Great position as it is off the main strip (so not noisy at all) but still super close to the beach and all the delicious dining. Many thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Very cute boutique hotel! Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk area with tons of phenomenal restaurants and little stores. The beach is huge, super clean and has a lot of fun little activities going on. Breakfasts every morning was wonderful, fresh and delicious! We were there for 8 days so it would have been nice if the breakfast menu changed up a bit. Staff overall was amazing! Every person working there was positive, kind and super friendly. Shoutout to Barbara who managed the breakfast every morning and was so welcoming to us! They also give great recommendations for the area and can book any tours you’d be interested in. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this to friends and family. We miss you Marsuites already! 💜

Family run and it shows with the personal care and friendliness. Breakfast buffet was very nice. There was an issue with no hot water one afternoon, but it was tsken care of efficiently. The room is quite plain and they could give us more hanging and cupboard space, but very good value for the money. And really close to everything in town.

This b&b is outstanding! My only criticism is the parking, there's not much at all but in all fairness not a lot can be done about it either. There is a huge beach car park 100 metres away which is for free but having a hired car I didnt feel condifdent in parking there, it is also so dusty. Saying that there are places to park elsewhere which is closer than 100 metres away but you need to have a good eye to spot them. The owners are so lovely! Very professional and very welcoming. Marsuites is a small and friendly hotel in a fantastic location. Armação de Pêra is a busy and popular holiday town with a traditional Portuguese atmosphere. In August it was hot and we enjoyed the air conditioning in our room. There were controls to vary fan speed and other functions so it was possible to get the room temperature just right. Good AC is important for us; we're not used to 30-40 degrees C in summer (more like 15-25 degrees!). A mini fridge in the room was also welcome and we used it to keep drinks cool. Our room had a high quality mattress that gave us a good sleep each night. The room had a small balcony with two chairs that was nice to use at night for short periods. There is no view from the balcony to speak of, so don't be too worried about getting a room with a balcony. It's more likely that you will want to sit on the beach or in a cafe during the day. The balconies are also not very private as they are close together and your view is not shielded from your neighbours. This was not a problem for us and we did use the balcony a couple of times to sit or dry beachwear, but this B&B encourages you to venture out and explore the town. As others have mentioned, the hotel is spotlessly cleaned everywhere each day. Breakfast is good, and very well managed; nothing ran out. Marsuites is the best in town in terms of easy access to the beach, supermarkets and cafés. Everything is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended!

The hotel was located in a very convenient location. We were steps away from the beach and shops. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Das Marsuites B&B ist klein und fein. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer ist eher klein aber hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage - zu Fuss in wenigen Schritten am Strand oder im Fussgängerzentrum. Wunderbares Frühstück und hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Achtung: das B&B hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, es sind in der Umgebung jedoch zahlreiche kostenlose und sichere Parkmöglichkeiten. Zufahrtsstrasse ist Sackgasse (unser Navi hat das nicht erkannt).

The Marsuites B&B is lovely! The hosts are lovely and very friendly. The room and public areas were very clean and the breakfast was so well taken care of! The bed was amazing and shower had the perfect water pressure. If we have to give one pointer, the coffee could be a little better, but that’s a small detail!

We had an amazing stay! Very cute boutique hotel! Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk area with tons of phenomenal restaurants and little stores. The beach is huge, super clean and has a lot of fun little activities going on. Breakfasts every morning was wonderful, fresh and delicious! We were there for 8 days so it would have been nice if the breakfast menu changed up a bit. Staff overall was amazing! Every person working there was positive, kind and super friendly. Shoutout to Barbara who managed the breakfast every morning and was so welcoming to us! They also give great recommendations for the area and can book any tours you’d be interested in. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this to friends and family. We miss you Marsuites already! 💜

The room and the property was very clean and decorated so nicely. The location was excellent, just down the street from the beach. It was very easy to find as it had several signs leading the way. Barbara at reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included was amazing! There was everything anyone could ever want in a breakfast. Would definitely recommend Marsuites B&B!
