Hotel 365 Bronx - Yankee Stadium

Good stay, room smelt nice. You get what you pay for. Parking is very very limited but you’re welcomed to park on the street next to the hotel just pay attention to parking signs

The free parking promise is limited to the first 10 cars that arrive since there is VERY limited space behind the hotel to park vehicles. After they are filled, you are on your own. Lots of trash and debris in the alley and parking lot that gives a trashy/dirty vibe. Towels in the room were very thread bare and small and thermostat was impossible to set. There is no comforter on the bed, only a sheet and a think cover so we were cold all night. The language barrier with the front desk made complaining or asking for assistance a challenge. Room was clean and the room had a very European vibe.

The room was very small and the AC was not working properly is was hot !! They only give you 2 towels the vending machine didn’t have anything in it, Parking was a mess the parking lot is VERY SMALL & is inconvenient. Not worth the money I would've paid less for that space.

The property is not anything like the photos suggest. When we arrived there was not enough space for both my son and I to enter the lobby. It is extremely small! The vending machines in the lobby were practically empty or broken. There was one operating machine that contained only a row of hot Cheetos and a row of condoms. The other two vending machines for drinks were out of order. In the room, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, the desk had no chair, there were no towels, only two very worn pillows on the bed, and the refrigerator was leaking water. The hotel and linens (including the worn pillows) strongly smelled of smoke. There is no closet or space to store your luggage. There is only one microwave for the entire hotel! There is also only one iron for the entire hotel. Do not even think you’re getting an ironing board, they don’t have one! The icing on the cake was the random men that kept knocking at our door at random hours. We quickly found that the hotel rented by the hour and we were near the room of a woman who was “working”! Needless to say we heard banging and the door opening and closing all night long! This hotel was far too expensive to be this awful! Shame on you Expedia for recommending such a place! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

This hotel is located on a dark street. Parking was extremely limited. Advertised that it had a restaurant, but did not find one on site. The rooms are tiny. Kind of a noisy area with police and ambulances going by all night. I think there is a hospital one block away.

Staff was friendly and helped when my key card wasn’t working. Only problem with the hotel is the limited parking, door handle in the bathroom was broken so I had to leave the door open, and the dimmable lights were hard to turn off sometimes.

Staff is useless. Parking is free but spots are limited, unsupervised and reckless, very unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

When we went to check in the “lobby” wreaked of marijuana. I’m not one to be bothered by the smell, I do it too, but this is a place of business and it was clearly the desk person smoking it, and it was an awful smell. The bed was ok, the blanket and pillows sucked. The towels were awful. I guess I expected more for $250/night. But I guess I’m NY, that’s “cheap”. Parking was a nightmare, there’s maybe 8 spaces behind the building. If I chose the same place again I wouldn’t drive there. It is close to the Subway which was convenient. Bathroom was very clean. Overall, It wasn’t horrible, but not the most comfortable.

We didn’t want to spend too much on a room while we stayed a few days in New York and we got what we paid for. The room was fine but we found a few roaches walking around. The towels seemed like they were washed but they were all stained. The upside is that parking was included and since we are driving across the country this was a huge plus. We left the car and used the subway for the most part because finding parking in NYC is its own mission and there were subway entrances close to the hotel. There was also a few delis and fast food options close by so that was convenient.

Dirty room not clean

This is definitely one of the cleaner hotels I’ve been to in the bx. Others have terrible hygienic conditions but the room we had was really nicely cleaned and very spacious. Also, concierge at night saw I left my purse in the lobby and proceeded to go out of his way to keep it safe. Super nice guy.

Non smoking room all sheets has cigarette holes. Floor dirty and damaged laminate. Weed smell came to my room middle of the night. Other room or corridor full of drug users

Very clean

The first room we were given had several issues. TV did not work, toilet handle was broken and sink spout was loose. We were issued a second room. As i was getting out of the shower i saw a mouse run across the room and go under the bed. we checked out just after midnight and made the four hour drive home.

So much noise and the stench of weed even in the bedrooms. Towels don’t absorb anything, bedding is terrible and so much noise.

First off, the hotel is in a very dirty area. There was no blanket on the bed, no hangers, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, or a working vending machine for water. There was however a mouse in my room digging through the trash can in the middle of the night, about which the hotel claimed they never had complains about, and could do nothing about it at night.

Not terrible inside but not located in the best area. Hotel doors slam shut so very loud when sleeping. Noisy location.

ImQuiet and clean, I've stayed at several hotels recently, and this one has the most comfortable beds—even compared to a local hotel where I paid twice as much for my stay!

I had a room by the train tracks.

Light Switch to overhead lights didn't work so lights were on 24/7. Shower slider door missing. Main door swing bar lock & deadbolt were both broken.

Hot water comes late and the price between online and in person are unclear. Everything else is good including the view from the window, cleanliness, tv, AC and Heat, fridge, beds and floors. Overall luxurious

The air conditioning was on the entire night making it hard to feel comfortable. It was extremely cold and couldn’t adjust the temperature. The front desk suggested adjusting the thermostat which was attempted multiple times. even though it said it was providing heat, it wasn’t the case. Somebody was supposed to check it out but no one ever came.

I didn't like how small the room was

The staff was cool with making changes if needed.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was so nice. She allowed me to look at two rooms she had available for options. The rooms are small but super cute and clean. I only stayed one night and enjoyed my stay. Parking was tight, but I came early enough to get one.

The customer service at this hotel was nothing short of shocking. Do NOT stay at this hotel. They were extremely rude to me and the overall stay was horrible. Wish I stayed somewhere else.

Everything, the parking and the front desk clerk was not helpful at all.

The staff was super helpful and for the most part the room was really clean. The shower had a large hole near the shower head pipe in the tile. However for the price point it was good. Area not the great but they are building it up. The subway is super close so that was a huge plus.

Room was clean and bed comfortable especially for short stay and walking distance to Yankees Stadium

The hotel room cost is very good (reasonable) for New York. It has been upgraded very nicely. Staff is very nice. The only down side is the surrounding area is not very appealing. My wife felt uncomfortable when we arrived. Once we were in the room, she felt more comfortable.

Over all decent place to stay. Close to trains clean rooms WiFi working air conditioning. Nice staff.

This place had nothing but traffic in and out of the hotel. The area in which is location is not safe. The parking space says, "park at your own risk." I checked in and checked ritlght out. The lady working in the front was rude and not apologetic to me. I would never return to this place.

Do not stay here. They charge a lot for a crappy hotel in a crappy location. We were looking for something close to LaGuardia & Expedia suggested this place. Not a nice place.

Visited 11 National parks in NYC and surrounding area. All done by subway or bus. Hotel was inexpensive and centrally located. Room was no frills and a place to sleep

Location was good. Good spot for a weekend getaway for a yankees game. Subway right around the corner from hotel.

My deluxe bedroom and bathroom were very clean but some of the laminate plank flooring in the rooms need to be replaced. Room size is ok - typical NY hotel room size (or a little bigger). Free Parking was a big plus. I wish they could truly enforce the "no smoking" policy because the smell of weed (or something like it) would hit you as soon as you walk into the hotel and on different floors. Staff was helpful, "ok friendly" and not rude. Given that the hotel does not offer breakfast, I wish they would offer, at least, some free coffee & hot water / hot cocoa packs for clients in the small lobby area.

It was a clean room no microwave or fridge though.

Rooms were a bit small & a bit dirty especially after I had to pay $80 for advance service (early check-in), I expected more! Vending machines were out of services so we had to walk to the store unfortunately.

Hotel room was beautiful and clean. Very basic for the price. The only things I could say about the service is that we didnt have any housekeeling done in between the two nights we stayed and the roku tv was being controlled by someone else at 730am. Also the vending machines had very very few selections. Otherwise it served it's purpose.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was updated and clean. The downside: noisy as there is no sound barrier for the hallways and other rooms. The elevator dings loudly all night long. There is a small parking lot that doesn't fit all cars, so beware of parking in the neighborhood late at night.

The hotel room was so nice and clean it was so much better then how we expected it to be. The place was very modern the only thing that you must keep in mine is that there is no free water for drinking and we didn’t realize till it was very late and had to buy from the vending machine which only takes singles that we also didn’t have.
