A great hotel with friendly staff and fantastic rooms by Japanese standards. The only let down was the dinner menu in the restaurant that had very little choice and very basic. It forces you to go outside the hotel to eat dinner. We did see a lot of guests ordering Uber Eats etc in the evening. Strange though as breakfast was really good. All in all a nice friendly hotel ideally located.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel! The family room was great and a fun experience for my kids. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside is breakfast is very expensive, but we ate at the department store food court down the road for way less, plus there are a few convenient stores close by. The location is close to Disney and there is a park directly across the street that we used. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely area with the bay across the road. Rooms are clean and have lots of storage space for clothing and bags. Bathroom is an ideal size.
