Quality Inn Ashburn

It was good for a one night stay. Not many food options unless you want fast food. They say there is a pool, but they said it was not open. That was one reason I booked the hotel. My daughter wanted to swim.

The TV did not work and the pool was full of algae and unusable.

Expedia showed it had a pool and it did not.

Mouse turds in our room. Pool was in fit to use and had to be shut down.

Grimy, grubby, gross. Doors/handles obvious ick. Pool looked like filled with green gravy. Torn sheets, old mattress

The 'dog friendly' room required an additional fee. Room: toilet/tub room was extremely dirty/disgusting (have photos, if desired). Paint chipped in the main. Fridge barely worked/needed defrost. Management was unaware of a huge stain/spill in the room and that some previous dog had scratched paint off the access door (which did look recently painted). I SINCERELY WISH for a certification document with photo for dogs as hotel guests. Our dog does not bark, get on furnishings/bed, is never left alone in the room, and when outside we always pick up after him. We are respectful guests.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The outside is not the geatest and the pool was not operational. But, cimfortable room and very clean rooms. They welcome pets!

The pool is closed. All the time. Rooms smell. For being an older property it is in ok condition.

Room was quite dated, but not too bad, although did smell like a smoking room. No shower gel provided and pool was out of order. Fair car park size and free parking.

Staff were friendly and professional. However, I had to wear my shoes to walk around the room, the bathroom was filthy (dirty tub with some mold on the shower mold folds, dirty coffee maker, etc.). I can post pictures if needed.

The room itself was about what you would expect for the price. Not the ritz, but ok for a one or two night stay. The night clerk was super nice. Bed was ok as far as comfort. The tub and bathroom are what’s concerning. Black mold on the bathroom walls, ceiling, and bathtub. I debated on whether I wanted to even shower before we left. I’m allergic to mold and woke up sick of course. It could be quite serious for someone with serious allergies to mold.

Wow. Very very very disappointed. Dirty. Chips on the floor. Filthy dust on furniture that was very visible. Dead cockroach on the floor. Toilet seat is sold it is peeling!!!! Blood on sheets. Blood spot on wall. Paint peeling on door. I have photos!

Cockroaches checked in before us! We were so disappointed we canceled our prepaid stay for our return trip.

Nice, clean hotel just off I75. Only complaint would be the extremely stiff bed.

We had 2 nights booked in this hotel and could only stay one night because the bed was so uncomfortable , the springs in the bed were sticking straight in our backs. we packed up at 5am that morning and didnt stay the second night. My back could not take it.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. I am a big guy and it was a little hard to move around.

Clean room, quiet surroundings. Bathroom was very small and air conditioner was a little weak and made noises but overall a comfortable stay and good price.

Location off of I-75 was convenient. Plenty of dining options. Bathroom extremely small.

Small bathroom!!!! Toilet didn’t work well. Room was spacious and clean.

The check in staff was very helpful. The room was clean but the plumbing needed to be repaired/replaced. The outside, especially the doors and doorframes badly need repainting. The staff at front desk in the morning was on his phone making personal calls the entire time. The breakfast needs some hot food not just cereal and sweets. The bananas and apples were a welcome option

I didn’t check in being that the owner at this property was so rude to me about not having reservations even tho I had confirmation and my credit card was charged. I am very disappointed

Courtice staff is an understatement. the night lady feels like an old friend the moment you meet her. You can tell she cares about every customer. She has pride in her hotel and her work. I will stay there again. The room was clean with newer stuff. Great Value

The lady that was there when we checked in in the evening was very friendly and helpful. I'd give her five stars if I could. The man that was there in the morning was very lazy and rude. He was talking on his cell phone when"helping" us check out. There was still over an hour left of breakfast service and he refused to make more coffee and waffle mix, they had run out of both. The rooms were good. The beds and living area were clean, while the bathroom needed some help. There was mildew on the ceiling and the floor of the tub was cracked. Definitely in need of a renovation.

SINGLE WOMAN HASSELED. Do not stay on this property if you are a female. I travel alone with my guide dog. I have severe night blindness and cannot drive at night and could not leave to go to another place. I was placed upstairs between a group of day workers that do not speak English but stay at the motel frequently, according to front desk. About a dozen men harassed me and blocked me from entering my room, when I left to walk my dog and get ice, harassing my dog as well, regardless of my sternness to leave me and my dog alone. I went down to the front desk and she escorted back to my room and witnessed it first hand. She yelled at the guys to not touch my guide dog. They drank, got drunk, and partied until 2 in the morning in front of my door playing extremely loud music. The next morning I heard others complain as well when I finally stepped out to get coffee downstairs. COMPLETELY UNSAFE for any lady. The sweet desk lady could not control them and yet they stay their night after night. I will never return and have demanded the manager contact me. He refuses. STAY AWAY.

Area was a bit sketchy. Ran across the street to get a piece of fruit and ran past 3 “questionable” guys. Once inside, the room was mostly just fine. Bed was comfortable, pillows good, room was basically clean. Needs a little TLC though. They have the bathtub rigged so you can’t fill it 😤. Breakfast was fairly limited, but I’ve had worse. Check-in was quick! Nice frig and micro, but, of course had one of those horrible one cup coffee makers where you are forced to use their coffee, which is AWFUL. I never travel anymore without my own drip pot.

Loved that it was in a sweet town and could walk the dogs in an actual neighborhood and not along a highway. We really liked the town and had a nice dinner nearby, walking distance. The room was fine!

We just wanted a nice, clean, comfortable, cheap place to lay our heads for the night. It was such a nice surprise to find this place that exceeded our expectations in every way. Both the evening and night clerks were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, which was not in the description, had 100% juice, a waffle maker, fresh fruit, as well as typical offerings. Everything was exceptionally clean and pleasant. We couldn't have asked for more, even if we'd wanted to.
