Luxe Lake Sinclair Living: Private Dock & Beach!

This was our second year staying at this lake house. The view is one of the best on the lake. From the screened in porch, you can watch the sunrise over the lake. The host, Rachel, was great to work with. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The landscaping is great with a concrete sidewalk going all the way from the house to the boat dock.We have stayed at a lot of lake houses on Sinclair over the years and this is one of the best. We will definitely be back.I have to be honest - I do not know what Evolve does to help the overall booking experience. Any answers to questions I asked Evolve were either AI generated from the listing (which I had already reviewed) or we were told to contact the host (thank goodness for Rachel).

Beautiful landscaped yard, house checked all the boxes for our needs, boathouse, dock was great, awesome view of water, wear/tear items in house( windows, doors, decking,railings) are starting to age and need repairs done ASAP. Overall great fun was had and would use it again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our spring break lake trip. The house was awesome and had everything we wanted and needed. The location on the lake couldn't have been any better. Would love to return!

Great house with a fantastic view of the lake. Full basement with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Very clean with a well manicured yard. We stayed in the upstairs master bedroom which had a private bathroom. The thermostat is down stairs so the master bedroom got a little warm but not too bad. A mini split system for that room would definitely fix the situation. The screened in porch with the view of the lake was awesome. We would definitely come back again.
