The village of Espinosa de los Monteros has 2000 inhabitants and has all the main services, with many bars and restaurants. It has a rich history and the last nomadic village in Spain lives here: the pasiegos. We offer you a wide selection of adventure activities such as paintball, climbing, potholing, paragliding, rafting, etc. The northern area of the municipality, right in the Cant?brica Mountain Range, is the most interesting to practice mountain climbing. Due to the lack of marked paths, the changeable weather and the dangerous and complex relief, the hard ascent to La Churra, Pe?a Lusa and the mythical ascent to Castro Valnera summit are reserved only to experienced climbers.
