Karmir Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

it's 2025 and still in 5 stars resort they don't have free internet it's really shame and cheap to ask extra charge for the internet. the staff at the receptions were rude but the rest of the staff were very nice the didn't mention that you have to go out from the resort and cross the road to reach to the beach it's like 2-4 mins walk, so they have to provide a bus or inform the customers

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully kept common areas and rooms were spotless and well maintained. my room was comfortable, with crisp linens, a supportive mattress and thoughtful little touches that made a difference. The team went above and beyond: friendly at reception, responsive to requests, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great visit. Breakfast was plentiful with good options for all tastes, and the on-site amenities (easy check-in, reliable Wi-Fi) made our trip hassle-free. The location is excellent close to restaurants, shops and transport links which made exploring effortless. Highly recommended for couples, solo travellers or business guests looking for comfort and reliable service.

My experience at Kamir Resort and Spa was a mix of highs and lows. The front desk manager's request for my friends and me to "behave like humans" due to our talking too loud at the restaurant was a bit off-putting. Additionally, being told to take my legs off the chair to sit properly was a bit unexpected. However, I must say that the hotel, in general, is clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. On the positive side, the food at the resort was excellent and truly enjoyable. The culinary experience was one of the highlights of my stay. However, I do feel that the staff could benefit from additional training in customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. One aspect that was slightly disappointing was the need to pay for internet access when in the room. In this digital age, complimentary Wi-Fi is often expected as a standard amenity in hotels. Overall, my stay at Kamir Resort and Spa had its ups and downs. While there were some areas that could be improved, such as staff training and internet access policies, the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the food were commendable. With some adjustments, I believe that Kamir Resort and Spa has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable and memorable guest experience in the future.

Clean place with good entertainment. With all the food provided it has excellent price too.
