Very nice rooms and nicely structured property. Personnel is very friendly but needs some training in terms of service, attentiveness, and attention to detail. E.g. we were never introduced to the special dinner menu (not mentioned in their app nor anywhere else on the multiple ad posters and panels or in the digital menu of the Restaurant) only by asking if they offer any fish or seafood, where were introduced to this special menu, I don't understand how you cannot promote this or at least simply tell guests such menu is existing. Room service took more than 1.5h for delivery. The offered application for services is not monitored properly and requests are simply overlooked and need to be placed again via Phone. Not a big deal but either you offer an app service and deliver, or you just stick to classical phone service. However, our request for additional water was always fulfilled and also other direct orders were taken care of instantly. Beach beds with "used look", tables on the beach beds are not useable as the wooden parts are distorted so that you cannot place your glass. Glassware at the pool is plastic (which is fine) but pretty outworn. Overall we had a good stay but the Level of service is lacking behind other 5* properties which can be easily solved by some additional training and some attention to details/renewing glasses, tables etc.

Animations and entertainments are missing. A very calm location.The spa benefits services are excellent. The hotel is not informing in advance that sea swimming during monsoon season is not allowed. The swimming pool 72meters long compensates. Taxi services from hotel to restaurants are rather expensive. Room is very modern and spacious including the balcony. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Utrolig smukt hotel med mange grønne områder. To dejlige pools og to lækre restauranter, der dog har det samme på menuen. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, med stort udvalg. Eneste minus var, at de lod os vente 2 timer på at få værelset, på trods for at hotellet ikke var fuldbelagt.

This is a lovely boutique resort that has everything you need for a restful holiday. From the pools to the soft bedding, the selections at breakfast to the gorgeous gardens, it is a respite from the daily grind. Highly recommend. ps: We were told that there are 100 rooms in total, & as the hotel was not full, it was a great experience for us. We do wonder if it would get too crowded if the hotel is at full capacity given the size of the resort.

Amazing property and amenities, the staff were lovely too. The food quality could be slightly better, other hotels in the area of similar price range had better restaurants but other than that the hotel was still amazing, very tranquil and calm place and the layout makes it feel more like a hideaway or sanctuary than just a hotel. And the spa was great too, both the team and the quality of the treatments.

My stay at Meliá Phuket was an unforgettable experience. I went with my husband for our honeymoon, and the ambience of the hotel was very calm and romantic, perfect for the occasion. The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. Also, the breakfast options were varied, making each morning special. The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend it!

The overall stay was OK, the room is spacious, with a little pool and outdoor bathtub and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed few hours in the public pool with drinks. We were served by a girl who is always helpful and sweetly during our breakfast time. However, the shower room opens to the pool area without door. Mosquitos, flies, and other bugs can go to the washroom area though the shower room. I could see many bugs in my bedroom in the evening and I woke up very very early around 5:30 am because a cicadidae flied inside so I cant feeling relaxing enough during my stay. Hotel may think about how to minimise insect comes.

The resort is new. Reception is open air place and there are not enough fans, so it turned to be sweaty check in, this should be fixed. We got our room, pool room, nice room, with little pool, but, room was full of flies. When i opened the shower doors, i understiod why, the shower is open to the pool area, meaning this is the place where we need to take a shower, in the open air, this was a big bummer, and i will explain why, in front of our room, there was another room, and from the second floor, it was easy to look on us getting shower, in addition, in case of rain, you get shower with rain and wind.., on top of that, this means that mosquitos, flies, and other bugs can easily get inside the room. I suggest to have a windows which can close the shower and whoever wants to take a shower out side, can open the window. The pool was dirty. The houskeeeping didnt clean the shower and toilet. The resort missing vibes, i dont know how to explian it, but it felt sad or forsake at the evening. Its quite big resort, and you dont see any employees in the way to the restaurant over the beach. At the checkout, it simmed like there was not enough reception employees. The resort is remote, but in 5 minutes car drive, you can reach to turtle village, which is nice place to eat and shop. I would expect from the resort to provide complimentary shuttle for this place. Breakfast was very good!

The gardens are immaculate and the location's serenity a rarity in Phuket - amazing. Sadly service is woeful from inconsistency at breakfast through to random housekeeping - well below 5* standards. Also these are not villas - they are an ok sized ground floor room. Do not understimate the comments re bugs!! Insufficient "fogging" etc means that in the garden part of your "villa" you will get severely bitten!! These are v uncomfortable but luckily do heal in a couple of days

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und auch stylisch. Das Zimmer und die Terasse wirklich toll. Auch der Poolbereich, obwohl das Grundstück in diesem Bereich sehr schmal ist. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Einziger Nachteil war der teils späte Zimmerservice trotz Beschwerde beim Hotelmanager.

I stayed at Melia Phuket Mai Khao for a solo getaway and chose one of their villas with a private outdoor pool and bath - and it was absolutely worth it. The villa was beautifully designed, quiet, and felt incredibly romantic and serene, even though I was traveling alone. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for peace, privacy, and a touch of luxury. While my original plans for activities were cut short due to rainy weather, I still managed to explore Old Town Phuket, which added a nice cultural contrast to the tranquil vibe of the resort. Thankfully, room service was reliable and tasty, and although the breakfast selection is on the smaller side, everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared. A heads-up: swimming at the beach isn’t allowed as it’s part of a national preservation zone - but that also means it’s beautifully untouched, peaceful, and great for long walks or just sitting and taking in nature. Animations and entertainments are missing. A very calm location.The spa benefits services are excellent. The hotel is not informing in advance that sea swimming during monsoon season is not allowed. The swimming pool 72meters long compensates. Taxi services from hotel to restaurants are rather expensive. Room is very modern and spacious including the balcony. Otherwise we had a good stay.

The overall stay was OK, the room is spacious, with a little pool and outdoor bathtub and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed few hours in the public pool with drinks. We were served by a girl who is always helpful and sweetly during our breakfast time. However, the shower room opens to the pool area without door. Mosquitos, flies, and other bugs can go to the washroom area though the shower room. I could see many bugs in my bedroom in the evening and I woke up very very early around 5:30 am because a cicadidae flied inside so I cant feeling relaxing enough during my stay. Hotel may think about how to minimise insect comes.

This is a lovely boutique resort that has everything you need for a restful holiday. From the pools to the soft bedding, the selections at breakfast to the gorgeous gardens, it is a respite from the daily grind. Highly recommend. ps: We were told that there are 100 rooms in total, & as the hotel was not full, it was a great experience for us. We do wonder if it would get too crowded if the hotel is at full capacity given the size of the resort.

The resort is new. Reception is open air place and there are not enough fans, so it turned to be sweaty check in, this should be fixed. We got our room, pool room, nice room, with little pool, but, room was full of flies. When i opened the shower doors, i understiod why, the shower is open to the pool area, meaning this is the place where we need to take a shower, in the open air, this was a big bummer, and i will explain why, in front of our room, there was another room, and from the second floor, it was easy to look on us getting shower, in addition, in case of rain, you get shower with rain and wind.., on top of that, this means that mosquitos, flies, and other bugs can easily get inside the room. I suggest to have a windows which can close the shower and whoever wants to take a shower out side, can open the window. The pool was dirty. The houskeeeping didnt clean the shower and toilet. The resort missing vibes, i dont know how to explian it, but it felt sad or forsake at the evening. Its quite big resort, and you dont see any employees in the way to the restaurant over the beach. At the checkout, it simmed like there was not enough reception employees. The resort is remote, but in 5 minutes car drive, you can reach to turtle village, which is nice place to eat and shop. The gardens are immaculate and the location's serenity a rarity in Phuket - amazing. Sadly service is woeful from inconsistency at breakfast through to random housekeeping - well below 5* standards. Also these are not villas - they are an ok sized ground floor room. Do not understimate the comments re bugs!! Insufficient "fogging" etc means that in the garden part of your "villa" you will get severely bitten!! These are v uncomfortable but luckily do heal in a couple of days

We had an incredible stay here, unfortunately it was only for one night before we flew home but wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful, the room was stunning and we were even upgraded to a pool room. The food was good but the beach was the absolute highlight for us. One of the best beaches we visited in Thailand. So quiet, untouched and beautiful!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und auch stylisch. Das Zimmer und die Terasse wirklich toll. Auch der Poolbereich, obwohl das Grundstück in diesem Bereich sehr schmal ist. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Einziger Nachteil war der teils späte Zimmerservice trotz Beschwerde beim Hotelmanager.

My stay at Melia was nice, I went on a birthday trip, they are lovely people. The only thing was upon checking in I had a unfriendly worker at the front desk called “nas” or “naus” a male. He was just very unfriendly and quiet rude from the get go which was mentioned to the duty manager that day and she was lovely. Apart from that the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful time staying here and would stay here again if I do return back.

Very nice rooms and nicely structured property. Personnel is very friendly but needs some training in terms of service, attentiveness, and attention to detail. E.g. we were never introduced to the special dinner menu (not mentioned in their app nor anywhere else on the multiple ad posters and panels or in the digital menu of the Restaurant) only by asking if they offer any fish or seafood, where were introduced to this special menu, I don't understand how you cannot promote this or at least simply tell guests such menu is existing. Room service took more than 1.5h for delivery. The offered application for services is not monitored properly and requests are simply overlooked and need to be placed again via Phone. Not a big deal but either you offer an app service and deliver, or you just stick to classical phone service. However, our request for additional water was always fulfilled and also other direct orders were taken care of instantly. Beach beds with "used look", tables on the beach beds are not useable as the wooden parts are distorted so that you cannot place your glass. Glassware at the pool is plastic (which is fine) but pretty outworn. Overall we had a good stay but the Level of service is lacking behind other 5* properties which can be easily solved by some additional training and some attention to details/renewing glasses, tables etc.

My stay at Meliá Phuket was an unforgettable experience. I went with my husband for our honeymoon, and the ambience of the hotel was very calm and romantic, perfect for the occasion. The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. Also, the breakfast options were varied, making each morning special. The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend it!

This resort was beautiful and well thought out. The botanist did a wonderful job. Staff was courteous and responsive. Nothing walking distance but there is restaurants and a small outdoor shopping center ten minutes away. Would recommend but never felt like i had a great meal outilside of a Thai dinner on property.

Beautiful resort for vacation connecting to the Mai Khao beach where we saw the most amazing sunset during stay. 20 mins by car to the Phuket airport, hotel and room are really great. Not a place with convenient shopping but definitely a Top place if you are looking for a peaceful and memorable staycation. Will come back next time.

The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. Also, the breakfast options were varied, making each morning special. The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend it!

Utrolig smukt hotel med mange grønne områder. To dejlige pools og to lækre restauranter, der dog har det samme på menuen. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, med stort udvalg. Eneste minus var, at de lod os vente 2 timer på at få værelset, på trods for at hotellet ikke var fuldbelagt.

Amazing property and amenities, the staff were lovely too. The food quality could be slightly better, other hotels in the area of similar price range had better restaurants but other than that the hotel was still amazing, very tranquil and calm place and the layout makes it feel more like a hideaway or sanctuary than just a hotel. And the spa was great too, both the team and the quality of the treatments.
