Very good hotel very close to one subway and within easy walking distance of two others, so ideal for getting around Berlin. Nice range of eating options close by as well. I was initially put off by the somewhat 'curt efficiency' of the woman at reception, but all subsequent encounters were more like my earlier stays at the hotel with warm and friendly staff. I especially appreciated the unexpected birthday surprise of cheese cake!!!

Staff is friendly, but hotel is in need of maintenance. Bed was horrible the first night but this was fixed. - Leaky shower - Floors in room are worn of and in desperate need of replacement - Gym is very limited in what is present in equipment, no music, only a few towels, old gym equipment and very small. - Breakfast is very good with nice staff, a lot of fresh and healthy food. - Location is great - Can someone explain the very unhandy furnature pience standing for the counter in the reception?

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar area was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was a tad soft for our taste. I enjoyed the hotel very much but not 100% sure I’d stay again due to the location. Not much in close walking distance at night. In fairness, there is a subway across the street, the hotel will call a cab for you, or download the Bolt app.

Hier und da gab es Verschmutzungen oder defekte Teile im Zimmer. Der Service könnte besonders an der Rezeption freundlicher sein. Auch die Zimmerkarte funktionierte zwischendurch nicht. Dafür ist die Lage und das Design des Hotels aber interessant. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker aber auch teuer. Der Sportraum und die Sauna sind relativ klein.

A nice hotel with an industrial style/ asthetic. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, there was a strange smell in the room we couldnt get rid of. The smell was likely due to a dirty mop used to clean the floor. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge range of food available, including fresh cooked to order omelettes and pancakes. I would definately stay again. The fitness room is small, but useful for a quick workout.

I was in Berlin for 3 days on business and the Catalonia was perfect. Centrally located, near lots of great restaurants and walking distance to where I was having meetings. Perfect gym and sauna for the mornings and the breakfast service is an excellent value.

Excellent overall. Very nice room. View was not very good, even bad (sorry to say), but the room was overall excellent. The decor, and very stylish and comfortable furnishings, including the beds, were outstanding. Bathroom was beautiful, and well-appointed. Service was exceptional, especially at the bar and breakfast buffet...absolutely worldclass excellent. Technology with the TV in the room was very poor. Needs a serious upgrade. No reason to provide only local programming in German in 2023. Hotels can easily provide the ability to Cast personal devices to TV/monitors, thus allowing Guests to access their own content any time a d in any language they desire. Love, love, love the lobby and entrance atmosphere, and the Bear outfront.

Hotellet er ok men rengøringen på værelset var dårlig. Støvet og nusset, nullermænd i hjørnerne, ved og under sengen så man ikke havde lyst til at gå på bare fødder eller lægge noget på gulvet.

The hotel is in a good location, very near the U bahn giving access to the whole city. There a good restaurants near by as well as excellent options for breakfast. Our one complaint was the aircon only blowing warm air which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Other than that the room was reasonably big, the bed comfortable and the over bath rain fall shower was decent.

Well located in the center area, next door to a Metro station, several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious and very quiet. Only downside was the lack of wardrobe in the bedroom and the very limited options of room service (basically options of pizza and very few others non-pizza)

Vi havde tre fantastiske døgn på Catalonia. Personalet var venligt og servicen var i top. Både værelset og fællesområderne var dejlige. Morgenmaden var suveræn. Beliggenheden var i top - tæt på flere seværdigheder og på offentlig transport. Jeg vender meget gerne tilbage.

Vår långweekend i Berlin började lite olyckligt med en ointresserad och nonchalant yngre tjej i receptionen. Därtill så hade vi bokat detta hotell eftersom det var ett "VIP Access Hotel" för Gold-medlemmar, det utlovades därför bl.a. "1 gratis flaska mousserande vin per vistelse", vilket visade sig vara en 20 centiliters flaska för två!! Detta blev nästan lite löjligt & pinsamt, inte för oss utan för hotellet! "Falsk marknadsföring"! Dessutom erbjuds i reklamen "Gratis rumsuppgradering i mån av tillgänglighet", vilket heller aldrig kom på tal. Bortsett från detta så var det ett trevligt hotell i något "udda" kvarter, ca. 20 minuters promenad från Alexander Platz. För oss som älskar tysk husmanskost och framförallt "Schnitzel" så fanns det inga restauranger i närområdet. Vi hade ett stort och trevligt Superiorrum. Frukosten var nog det allra bästa med hotellet. Fantastisk äggröra, pizza, hembakade kakor m.m. m.m. och naturligtvis med god Cava på detta spanskklingande hotell... Nästa gång så vill vi nog dock bo mer centralt!

Ich hatte mir die Unterkunft nahe des Veranstaltungsortes gesucht. Angenehm überrascht war ich von der Ruhe, da mein Zimmer zum Hinterhof ging. Der Zustand des Zimmers war allerdings dringend Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Tür zum Bd hatte einen massiven Wasserschaden. Schade war, dass der Zimmerservice Respektlos mit der Nachtwäsche umgegangen ist und diese einfach auf den Nachtisch geworfen hat. Am zweiten Tag wurde der Badvorleger vergessen. Ansonsten waren alle sehr freundlich.

Dans l’ensemble mon séjour à cet hôtel a été très agréable. Par contre, un soir on a soupé au restaurant de l’hôtel et la nourriture n’était pas mangeable en dépit du prix élevé. On avait commandé des pâtes (lasagne et spaghetti) et ça n’avait pas bon goût. Toutefois le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très varié. Le personnel était gentil également
