ホテル専用の駐車場があり、敷地内に入った際空きが数台あり駐車してホテルインしました。チェックイン時にタブレットに「満車」と吹き出しのようなメモがあり、そこで満車だということがわかり、近隣のコインパーキングへ移動しました。何番に利用者がいるのか、チェックインするまでわからなかったので間違って止めてトラブルになりかねないと思いますので、何かしら対策してほしいです。部屋は広く快適で、洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で利用でき、とても大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

Excellent value for the money. Check In / check out automated. Late night door code was mentioned in check in mail, but is easy to be missed. This should be highlighted, so its not to be missed. Washing machine and dryer for free, great ! A little off downtown. Overall nothing to complain and great value for the money !

The one thing i didn't like about this property was the noise because you hear all the cars on the road and that wasn't my main problem my main problem was that I could never get a full nights sleep and let me tell you why. The reason i couldn't get a full nights sleep is because you always hear the person below, on the sides or above you which was annoying and I'm starting to think they were walking or stomping aggressively because when i would walk around my room it never sounded like that. Something else i want to add is that you have to pay for everything like as in extra towels and also when i asked about switching to a quieter room they told me they'd let me know but never did. Another thing is that you have to pay for parking which is a waste because the hotel wants 1500 yen a day when there's a times parking lot a block away that will only charge 550 yen for 24 hours and it takes card unlike most pay to park places in Japan And something else I wanted to add besides the towels is that they never ask you if you need cleaning or anything like that Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone so I'd recommend staying away from that place

I like the property and it is clean. The only issue is that they only clean the rooms once in 3 days and we need to inform the reception desk 1 day before the cleaning. if we are out the whole day, by the time i got back into the hotel, the reception desk is closed so i have no way to inform them when to clean the good. i will prefer daily cleaning. but overall nice hotel, nice rooms and it's clean when we check in.

シンプルチェックインは良かったです。ベッドの寝心地はとても良かったです。エレベーターを降りてからとキッチンの排水が臭かったです。 QRコードのチェックアウトのとき、年配のスタッフさんがいましたけど、なんの一言もなく、あまりにも愛想がありませんでした。お部屋の使い心地は良かったです。

子連れでの旅行で利用させていただきました。他の方の口コミ通り、スタッフさんの対応が丁寧でとても良かったです。お部屋の清掃も行き届いていて、アメニティも揃っています。洗濯機も乾燥機も無料で利用でき、洗剤も柔軟剤も用意されていて、ありがたかったです。駐車場は有料で使えます。広くて使いやすかったです。道路に出る時、縁石の位置が微妙で乗り上げてしまいました。他の方も乗り上げていたので要注意ですね。また、利用させていただきたいです。

Very comfortable stay & it’s right in the middle of the centre of Okinawa. Only down side I would say is the staff isn’t always there and they have an iPad for check-in and out. So it’s convenient for that. However, we had some trouble paying for parking since there was no staff & they came to our room to tell us to pay about 2 days later. Not a deal breaker just something to take note of

環境整體很不錯~住了四天晚上家人都很滿意~床很舒適~只是距離單軌站還要走12分~附近有滑板車可以租借到單軌附近的飯店可以還滑板車還不錯~只是我們沒有租借~有需要可以試看看~飯店對面有大間超市到晚上11點算很方便只是大條馬路車子數量也很多晚上偏暗~要小心 .如果有時間可以走到遠一點的AEON超市~也有LAWSON跟7-11 整體算方便!再遠一點有激安殿堂開到凌晨三點~^^

2泊しましたが施設は綺麗で良かったです。不便を感じたことは室内にも鏡が欲しかったことです。トイレの手洗い場の蛇口レバーもキツくて水が出しにくいと感じました。 9Fのごはん屋さんは良かったのでまた利用したいです。全体的に良い施設だと思います。

夫婦と小学生高学年１人の合計３人で利用しました。ベッドが３台ある部屋にしたので、狭さを感じることはありませんでした。風呂トイレも別々で、古さは全く感じませんでした。部屋に電子レンジがあり、近くにスーパーもあるため、ちょっとしたご飯には困りませんでした。近くの飲食店は少なめです。パジャマはないので、準備しておけば問題ないです。他のホテルに比べ、安価に宿泊できたので満足してます。また機会があればお願い致します。
