The Fox Tower at Foxwoods

This is a very nice hotel and casino. It's not an inexpensive place though, so be prepared to spend some. There was no continental breakfast that I could find. The coffee shop down near the lobby didn't open until 7am, and it was about $6 and change just for a paper cup of joe. They got a bank of 6 elevators, but it seemed like only one or two was every in use at one time, so they were routinely slow and crowded.

The biggest issue we had was receiving information about the pool closure on Sundays. When we contacted the front desk we were told the pool closes for a ticketed party. We were never made aware of this and when we asked the woman on the phone about the cost of the party she said she didn’t know and we needed to figure it out on our own.

I really enjoyed this resort. It was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The pool was also great. I enjoyed the casino especially since there was no smoking. I will definitely visit again

Definitely free parking come and go as you please no charge and valet parking I really love that that came handy rooms with comfortable service is good it's enough to keep you busy with the stores

Says it has a swimming pool and a hot tub. Didn't know? You have to spend eighty dollars to use it ridiculous

Parking is a joke. It is so confusing. Check in was a joke. I walked in circles trying to find it. The room would have been a 5/5 but a lot of things seemed dirty but not sure if dirty or just outdated. I think it would have been worth it if the cost was less.

Great outdoor pool and food/drink service by the pool! Felt like I was on vacation!

Valet parking was excellent

The ambience was great. One thing I did not like was that we were not able to use the indoor pool unless we had a spa service.

Stayed at Foxwoods tower section. The room was dirty and had blood stains on the black out curtains. Brown, I don’t know if it was a spit stain, food or other body fluids on the wall. Room was a bit run down. Bed and pills were itchy and hard. Also, they charge you a $25 plus resort fee for the pool or whatever other nonsense but check in is not until 5pm and pool closes at 6pm, so if you are staying for 1 night with kids. Don’t plan on using the pool. Most of the staff working the gambling floors are miserable. We ate at sugar factory. For a family of 4 for dinner, not ordering anything huge or special other than a slice of cake for my daughter’s birthday it was over $225 and the food was mediocre at best. Unless you are a hardcore gambler, this place is not worth it. Even the outlets were not that great.

Clean rooms beautiful views from higher floor

We were very surprised that our room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time. We were also missing a piece to the in room coffee maker and we called the front desk and waited for someone to bring a new one. We ended up running out of time almost 2 hours later and had to check out. Our room had a lot of stains on the wall, including coffee spots on the wall in the bathroom.

We booked the directors suite and we weren’t impressed. For the money you’re paying you’d think the room would be spotless and furniture up to date on comfy. The room has a foyer, bedroom with bath and a separate living area. The living area was not clean, couch was very old and worn with spots on it. The bedroom wasn’t much better, looked like the room got a quick cleaning and on to the next guests. Overall cost for what you get isn’t worth it. Beware

Our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk to let them know we needed towels and a cleaning. Spoke with Jenny, who was very nice and cooperative. She asked if we put the door sign out. We asked why. She then asked if we were asked at check-in if we would “want our room cleaned.” We were not asked, nor were we informed it was necessary to put the sign on the door! We travel often stateside and in Europe and have never been required to do this to ensure our room was cleaned! Jenny said she would have housekeeping clean our room right away. We went out and came back hours later and the room was still not cleaned and no towels!!! I went down to the front desk “again” and informed Jenny. She was shocked it hadn’t been taken care of. I said it’s late just give us towels! Finally someone brought us towels in a plastic bag. Insult to injury a few towels were ragged and poor quality. Upon leaving we parked our car in front put our luggage in it. We were going back inside to check-out and a valet confronted us in a rude manner and insisted one of us stay with the car our turn over our keys! He became more aggressive when I asked why? We parked our car there upon our arrival to check-in and no one required us to hand over our car keys! Note: Our car was at the very end and no other cars were parked. When we initially check-in there were four other cars parked unattended!! Again, the valet was a tad aggressive and very rude! The best staff member was Sean bellhop, delightful!

Our room was big but outdated, the view from the window was amazing, forest & nature scenery. The bathroom is big but outdated, needs some work.Not immaculately clean.

This was the first time I’ve ever seen a room that was in the shape of a triangle. The tv was only a foot away from the end of the bed. Really? Just wow! The heat in the room was very touchy. It was either really cold or overly warm. The bathroom was odd because there didn’t seem to be any heating. So, I froze my butt when I had to use the toilet which was right in front of the window and with how cold it was, the cold was coming through the wall and the window. Neither my husband or myself will ever stay in the Fox Tower again. The show was amazing, thankfully. It was the only good part about being there.

Rooms are VERY DATED

Room was old, AC did not work well, and had a musty smell.

Would have liked an microwave in the room and more choices on the tv. Room was not a wow for the price, maybe even more moving walking equipment between casinos

Check in was long and arduous. There should not such a long line and wait on a Wednesday at 11:30. Rooms at the Fox Tower were outdated, but bathrooms were very well maintained

The room was newly renovated and was lovely.

The stay was pretty nice, but the bed seemed broken and uncomfortable. One side seemed like it dipped in. Other than that the room was awesome.

If you have the choice choose the other tower over Fox Tower. The walls are thin, can hear everyone and their mother in the halls. The room is older and basic.

Hotel room was excellent!!! However, we had to wait a half hour on line to check in. Only two agents checking people in. Line was over 10 people waiting. From a gambling venue it was poor. Not many tables working and in morning none stall. Had to walk over to another casino-about 10-15 minutes away. Would go to Foxwoods again but never stay in the Fox Tower. Recommend staying at one of the other Towers . That’s where the action and energy is.

We had an accessible room, it wasn’t needed but it was the only room I could book with two beds. We could not figure out how to turn the shower on and called the front desk and said they would send housekeeping up. A half hour later and nobody had come up, so we asked the housekeeping attendant cleaning the next room. He called to see if someone was coming and let us know they were on their way. We waited another half hour and nobody had some yet. We ended up figuring it out, but we weren’t sure if it was operator error or if there was something wrong, and we couldn’t get anyone to come. The tub also backed up and drained extremely slow during showers.

I would like to start by saying that the room was great, bed was better than most hotel beds, not amazing but we did not wake up to sore. The check in was very slow. Hundreds of guests were all checking in at the same time on what seemed to be a busy Saturday with four staff members rocking that line. We waited for at least 45 minutes. This was just one hotel on the Foxwoods property, not the check in for all of the hotels.

The hotel and property were very beautiful and clean. Check in was quick and easy, staff were great!

Line to check in wrapped all the way around the lobby. Took 45 minutes to check in. Not enough staff. Especially for a Friday night.

I always enjoyed staying at the Fox Tower. The rooms are clean and the convenience of location is ideal. We will continue to stay here when we visit Foxwoods.

The walking to the other casino was hard would love to have additional towels and the view from the room was not good

This hotel is super convenient to the Premier theater or if your there for a shopping trip to the Tanger Outlets. Park your car, and everything you need is within walking distance! Beautiful decor! The room was spacious and very quiet.

Great location. Lots to do. We will definitely be back!

Very nice facility, with numerous restaurants to choose from. Lots of slot machines and tables. Extensive property- we’ll have to go back to explore some more.

Upgraded to a directors suite. It wreaks of marijuana. There was still marijuana residue on the bathroom counter top. Bathroom shower handle and plate were all messed up. Didn’t know which way to turn the handle. Zero dining options after 9pm. No idea why we come here. Just always an overall bad experience.

No food anywhere after 11:00 PM being a diabetic that’s a problem. Had to walk over to the Grand Pequot Hotel where I found a Dunkin Donuts to buy some orange juice.

The staff and facilities were fine. Places closed early or were not open. Restaurant that advertises happy hour on the Foxwoods website no longer has happy hour. Bar drinks while playing were watered down. Playing poker at the bar we found the first drink is on the house - another depends on how much we put in machine. I asked for a dirty martini at the bar while playing and was told it would cost an up charge of $3. No waitresses walking around the machines offering water or beverages. I felt like there was a lot of nickel and diming to save money. I normally go to your competition and have never been treated this way. If given a choice I will visit a different casino.

The outlets location is within the hotel. The parking is few steps to the hotel entrance. The Restaurants are good.

I like that it is really easy to park with valet parking! We went to Juniors for lunch the prices were so ridiculous for a sandwich I couldn’t believe it. I know we were in the casino but come on! I’m really tired of people charging outrageous prices just because they can. I prefer Mohegan Sun!

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. The pool was awesome and there's so many fun activities. Loved all the dining options and happy there were reasonably priced options. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed since there was nothing on the menu for room service during week days. I had to leave my room to find good food. Very sad that I could not enjoy my stay and just relax with good food.

Great stay, clean environment, and beautiful view! Only complaint is everything closed at 10pm and I was dying of thirst. I had to walk through the trenches to the pizza place at the food court 1 mile each way. There needs to be a vending machine or something- snacks too.
