It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again.

It was near the airport and quite a number of eateries nearby. No shopping mall around though. The lifts didn’t work throughout our 3 nights there due to some issues with the water pipes. Imagine going up and down the stairs :( However, we were given complimentary breakfast as compensation.

Room cleaning is really punctual. Unlike some hotel where staff is short handed and room cleaning takes place in the evening. Staff is very friendly and the gym is fantastic with trackmill facing the SPICE arena view

The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We loved the pool and the gym. The Xmas Eve buffet could have been better with more quality seafood. Somehow, the seafood tasted bland. We honestly wouldn't mind to pay more for that. There is mould inside the shower cubicle, which signals a deep cleaning is overdue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Bad experience even though it is a new hotel. First, the system was down and caused me took a long time to check in. And because of system down they can’t provide me a deposit receipt. They should either use manual receipt or just don’t ask for deposit as a 4-5 star hotel. Second, when I enter the room, there was a dirty cleaning towel left on the cupboard. Third, they cut off the electricity supply at 1130 before the checkout time reach, it was like they are rushing you to check out asap. Fourth, check out is slow because of the deposit refund without receipt.

Everything about this hotel is close to perfect. Cleanliness, comfort bed, breakfast selection, distant to airport…, except one: the sound proofing of the room facing main road has room for improvement. The motorcyclist ramping sound in the midnight woke me up a few times. Next time I come back I will request rooms facing the other sides so that it is away from the main road traffic noises.

However, two other staff members were giggling throughout our check-in, which felt unprofessional—especially since there is plenty of space behind the desk for chatting and laughing away from guests. The concierge service was to be complained. I have honestly never stayed in a hotel with such bad Concierge service, especially the person in charge of the Concierge were rude and not doing his work properly . We couldn’t find our hand luggage in our room after checking in . We were worried as we have some important costume inside which need to be use for performance the day after. None of the people in the Concierge know where they put it., and only after 30 minutes of searching they found in a secret cabinet inside the room . The supervisor then speak out rudely to my friend, he said :” what’s the big fuss about this ? You don’t have gold in your hand luggage , you have only dress. !!” Point is , we never told him there were dress inside ! So we assume he must have looked into our luggage before he send over and hiding it in the secret cabinet instead of putting it out in where it should be .

I left my power bank in the hotel. The staff actually text me and told me about it. Luckily I am still around to go back and collect it. I was amazed by the honesty where I don’t think other hotel will even bother to inform me. The room was clean, big and comfortable and they serve a wide variety of choices for breakfast. Not forgetting the friendly and honest staffs Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Excellent service!

Good location and nice new hotel but service was not the best. FB staffs need more training and be more hospitable, also check in staffs can be trained to be more informative. Also during my stay there is loud renovation noise going on.

Housekeeping is not efficient enough, room was not clean up even the make up room notice is on. Whole hotel got blackout, during that blackout all lift not functioning, emergency door EM lock not released and room phone not functioning as well, if there is fire broke out we will be BBQ inside and this blackout last for 10-13 minutes. Daily buffet breakfast with limited choice and food is tasteless. The only thing is the VIP check in/out due to staying at suite room. I hope the hotel management will seriously look into this matter and this will tarnished the image of Amari hotel group.

Breakfast service can be improved. 1st day - over easy eggs were with broken egg yolk 2nd day - no more egg at 830am 3rd day - I was told how to order my eggs when he is not listening when I place my order 4th day - over easy eggs were burnt in 1 side and with broken egg yolk Very disappointed
