En época de verano el área de spa estaba en servicio/mantenimiento y no se puede usar. El desayuno incluido está bastante limitado. El personal amable; recomendaron un restaurante cercano, pero no muy bueno. Creo que por el precio que cobran podrían ofrecer mejor servicio. No consideraría que es un hotel premium.

Le seul bémol c’est l’accès au spa impossible Pour tout le séjour pas de réservation possible … l’accès étant ouvert pour des personnes venant de l’extérieur ! Il me semble que les clients de l’hôtel devraient avoir la priorité.

L'hôtel est proche du pont du Rialto (5 minutes à pied). La chambre que nous avons eu été superbe. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec vue sur le canal. Le spa n'est pas en reste lui aussi. Il a une très jolie terrasse avec vu le le campanile de la place St Marc et les massages sont top. Le personnel est lui aussi au top.

This was an amazing property, central to all of the Venice sights and very easy to navigate to and from. The room was exquisite - spacious and very well appointed and we made ample use of the gym facilities. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Strongly suggest visiting the restaurant on prem if you can as it is amazing.

The Property is located on a quiet street. The water taxi can usually (depends on tide) take you right to the door. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean. The staff is very Welcoming. The breakfast was great. Our room was beautiful despite being on the lower end for the hotel. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The location cannot be beat. It is 6 minute walk from St. Marcos Square. It is about 5 minute walk to the vapporetto station that can take you all around. You are 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. It is so close to everything but not in a busy section as on that particularly small street the hotel is the only thing until you cross a bridge almost at the doorstep of hotel and then you have a lot of cute shops and restaurants. We spend 4 nights in Venice and walked around a lot and always said we were thrilled we were staying at our location it was truly the easiest access to everything while not being in a busy area. Highly, highly recommend staying here and will do it again.

The AC was not working, the room was very hot! We were not informed about the issue, and we had to switch rooms, one of the rooms had a bad smell of humidity and my daughter got an allergic reaction from it. The other room had a very small bed and me and sister barely fit on it. The day after the AC still was not working and we had to switch hotels. The experience was terrible

It took us a while to research and chose a hotel in Venice for our stay and Hotel Ai Reali did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is in a great central location but also tucked away from the hustle. Our room was plush, clean and cosy - we enjoyed coming back to it each day. The best part of this hotel by a mile though is their staff - each and every one of them is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the most lovely stay.

A equipe da recepção é muito competente e solícita, nos ajudaram tirando várias dúvidas e nos auxiliando com transfer do hotel para o aeroporto, mesmo sendo muito cedo na madrugada e um domingo, não tivemos qualquer problema ou atrasos O quarto estava impecável quando chegamos, muito organizado, o banheiro estava muito limpo e com todos os toiletries de ótima qualidade. It is an old building, which is charming, but really feels very under-maintained. The front desk staff were all welcoming and consistently friendly while assisting with reservations, transportation, suggestions, etc. My small complaints are overshadowed by the professionalism of the front staff. A bit disappointed in our bedroom decor and space. Rather dark/dreary and uncomfortable (the chairs useless, which only served to crowd an already small space). But, who stays in their room in Venice! The AC system temperature not consistent during the night. This was a challenge. Location convenient to explore.

Upscale 4 star hotel in the heart of Venice, right next to the water and close to a lot of sites and restaurants. The staff are really helpful and friendly, assisting with arrangements for a water taxi to the airport. The included breakfast is top notch, with so much variety that we had 2nds and 3rds. Our spacious rooms had heated bathroom floors, comfortable beds, and evening turndown service.

Staff at Reception and waiters during breakfast could have been friendlier. We asked for help with directions and we're basically told go straight, turn left, left then right and left and then right. Very confusing and no street names were given. During breakfast I asked if they had raisins. I was told no by a waiter who sneered at me. I went upstairs to get my own and when I returned some raisins were sitting at my table. These are little things and overall the hotel was very nice, but it was also very expensive and I think more attention should've been given.

Wow! Beautiful! The staff is beyond amazing! Our first time in Venice and the recommendations for restaurant’s sites and little off beaten spots made our trip! Room was amazing. The Property is located on a quiet street. The water taxi can usually (depends on tide) take you right to the door. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean. The staff is very Welcoming. The breakfast was great. Our room was beautiful despite being on the lower end for the hotel. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The location cannot be beat. It is 6 minute walk from St. Marcos Square. It is about 5 minute walk to the vapporetto station that can take you all around. You are 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. It is so close to everything but not in a busy section as on that particularly small street the hotel is the only thing until you cross a bridge almost at the doorstep of hotel and then you have a lot of cute shops and restaurants. We spend 4 nights in Venice and walked around a lot and always said we were thrilled we were staying at our location it was truly the easiest access to everything while not being in a busy area. Highly, highly recommend staying here and will do it again.

L'hôtel est proche du pont du Rialto (5 minutes à pied). La chambre que nous avons eu été superbe. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec vue sur le canal. Le spa n'est pas en reste lui aussi. Il a une très jolie terrasse avec vu le le campanile de la place St Marc et les massages sont top. Le personnel est lui aussi au top.

It’s was perfect! Beautiful hotel, perfect location and friendly staff. Get a water taxi from the airport straight to the hotel and you’ll feel like royalty! Walking distance from all the main attractions, lovely shopping and amazing restaurants around! We highly recommend!

A equipe da recepção é muito competente e solícita, nos ajudaram tirando várias dúvidas e nos auxiliando com transfer do hotel para o aeroporto, mesmo sendo muito cedo na madrugada e um domingo, não tivemos qualquer problema ou atrasos O quarto estava impecável quando chegamos, muito organizado, o banheiro estava muito limpo e com todos os toiletries de ótima qualidade. The hotel is beautiful, room decoration/style is amazing, location is great close but not too close to main areas of Rialto/San Marco. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Only 2 things we disliked was the additional charge for cooked eggs at breakfast (considering the price of the hotel) and we had a problem with air conditioning in room. The room was too hot, air conditioning just didn’t click in or work, opened window during night which was a mistake and ended up with insect bites next morning. Raised it with reception and they gave us fans to help keep us cool which worked but this was the only thing that let our experience down, I’m sure from quality of hotel and staff service that this is probably a one off and lets be honest things sometimes go wrong everywhere. We would stay again here as it was lovely

Da un hotel di questa categoria 4s affiliato SLH mi è sembrato strano: - La colazione termina alle 10:30 ma già arrivando alle 10 il buffet non viene rimpiazzato. A rilento alcuni prodotti, che, considerata già la poca offerta di varietà delle referenze di qualità standard, aggiunta ai vassoi vuoti con qualche minimo residuo, appare molto sotto tono rispetto alle aspettative. - Fa sorridere che le capsule di caffè in una Junior Suite, seppur omaggio, siano surrogati della Nespresso. A mio modesto giudizio risultano inutili cadute di stile rispetto al prezzo della stanza e della colazione.

I can’t recommend the hotel and staff highly enough. I can’t fault it. The breakfasts are very good with an excellent choice across the board. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. Although close to the Rialto (easy if you need/want to use water transport) it is in a quiet spot. It is ideally placed for good restaurants too. The hotel does have an excellent restaurant but it is for a special occasion rather than everyday food. Excellent food! I look forward to the next time I can stay at this hotel.
