There was no room service did not come to change bed sheets or clean the room or the bathroom So I asked them to change my room which they did but the same problem no service Then the dining area the food was not marked what it is also there was hardly any food for vegetarians all I had for seven days was rolls and chips so was not the holiday we wanted after ten years

Everything was Very good except Russian music playing all the time

The staff is very rude

Service is bad housekeeping comes in as they please also told us to leave half an hour before check out when i complained to reception they said we were not the only ones that it was happening to. They walked in on us 3 times we could have been getting changed or anything really... thats why people have private rooms. Dining is always dirty tables and everyday we walked around at least half an hour looking for somewhere to sit at every meal. Not much is all inclusive alot is extra money and owned privatly inside the hotel. Not even icecream is free only the ones you can get at convinience stores and limited flavours. Just dont stay here.

Overall the hotel was ok, especially the staff. Any issues I had were dealt straight away. The staff were very courteous and always welcoming. I didn't feel the status of the hotel and the level of cleanliness fell below expectations. When ever the room was cleaned it felt more rushed and not done completely. Facilities were 1st class, with the pools although would have liked to see more ladders installed to get in and out of the pool, as it was difficult to get out without them. Rooms were quite spacious and had 1 x double bed, single and a sofa bed. Food was ok, but would have liked to see more variety and changes each day as it was the same everyday during my stay in the main restaurant. Would have liked to see more ice cream available throughout the day rather than the 2 hours and only in a single place. Very disappointed with wifi only being available in the lobby area and was very slow. If you wanted wifi in your room, you had to pay extra.
