The hotel is tucked away out of sight, not too much happening in the area where it is located, but, only a few minutes to the centre of all activity, with easy access to the main sightseeing interests . The rooms are sufficiently adequate, the younger staff in particularly, were always helpful.

I stayed one night at the Trakya City Hotel and the staff members were lovely and helpful! The otel itself is very close to the city center by walking. Totally recommand :)

Very rude staff on the reception, I made a reservation for 2 guests and somehow the reservation has been changed to only 1 guest so they tried so benefit from this and make me pay more. After I payed everything, the other day they didn't want to let us have breakfast, they wanted to pay more as a breakfast tax, although I have paid everything on the check-in and they told me that the breakfast is included. The only good worker there was the hotel porter (who helped us with the luggage) from the first night, he was really very friendly and a nice guy. Totally the opposite from the reception guy.
