HOTEL ALTINNAL

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When we arrived, the room was in an unacceptable condition. There was a spider in the room, hair in the bed, unflushed human waste in the toilet, dried toothpaste on the sink, and the bed linen looked as though it had not been changed or washed. There were several other cleanliness issues as well, and we have photos documenting everything. The room was so unhygienic that staying there simply wasn't an option. We had to leave immediately and find another hotel at short notice, which ended up costing us significantly more than our original booking. What made the experience even more disappointing was the hotel's refusal to take responsibility or offer a refund despite the condition of the room and the evidence we provided. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.

Oda çok pisti. Bir gün konaklama için gelmiştim ve sadece gece uyumak için kullandığım bir otelden bu kadar mutsuz ayrılacağımı düşünmezdim. öğlen giriş yaptım ve havluların, çarşafların pis olduğunu farkettim. Resepsiyondan odanın tekrar hazırlanmasını talep edip otelden çıktım. Gece geldiğimde hala çarşafta lekeler olduğunu gördüm. Sarı lekeler kırmızı lekeler... Biri sizi zorlamıyorsa kalınacak bir yer değil.
