The hotel is situated around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the coast and city center so very convenient. The check in process was via my phone and it worked perfectly and I was greeted on entry. The foyer and room were clean and tidy. I was sent photos of the room showing the condition before I arrived and it was clear that these were recent and not "stock" photos. The room is basic but as advertised. The only negatives (and these are small) are that there isn't a safe in the room and there is hardly any storage (small desk, 2 bedside shelves and hanging rail) a small set of drawers would be useful. Overall, I would say that the hotel offers value for money but is best suited to short stays. I would definitely stay again.

Extrêmement bruyant (nous pouvons comparer à un hall de gare. Impossible de dormir!!!De plus, un accès dans l’établissement et à la chambre très compliqué et très stressant à l’arrivée. Nous ne recommandons pas. Nous éviterons une prochaine fois. Très mauvaise expérience!!!

There is no staff at all at the hotel. To enter is all digitally.Also from the customer service no one was reachable before to answer questions. Also they did not answer mails. No service at all. To get into the hotel and room was difficult with information they sent us. Luckily there was another guest who helped us to get in. We were disappointed.

Should have read reviews before booking. Place is not as shown on pictures. Sheets stained on arrival, bathroom looks like I interrupted the builders halfway, scratches on every surface and the room door was too short for the frame which resulted in light and loud noises from the hallway. Incredible someone would put their name on this place. 1 star for service though, they came and changed sheets first thing next day I notified them.

Bettlaken waren dreckig/fleickig, Boden sowie Bett voller dunkler Haare und Sand/Steine. Haus sehr geräuschvoll, man hört jeden Schritt, jede Konversation oder andere Dinge im Haus. Die Eingangstüre zur Straße wurde oft offen gelassen, so dass jeder ins Haus hätte können.

La habitación no podía estar más limpia cuando llegamos, José Carlos hizo un trabajo estupendo. El acceso al edificio es fácil y rápido, al igual que a la habitación.

The bathroom is unbelievably hazardous 1. It’s so tiny 2. I barley fitted in the shower & im a small person 3. No place for the water waste to go 4. Bathroom is so tiny and uncomfortable in function my elbow keep hitting the walls 5. The shower water got so hot and it burnt me. It’s so tiny there’s not even room to move 6. At least add some hooks in the room 7. I couldn’t sleep from all the noise of the next door neighbours absolutely inconsiderate people. But having soundproofing should be hotel effort too. 8. The location is excellent that’s the only good part 9. It’s my birthday and I was hoping for a better experience

El hotel es pésimo, parece eso un hostal de mala muerte, me sorprende que tenga 3 estrellas, no hay nadie que te atienda, las habitaciones tienen 3 toallas y da gracias que hay papel higiénico, porque ni gel en monodosis ni nada, tuve que ir a comprar un bote de gel, se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones, no había intimidad porque el ventanal que tiene que da a una terraza es común para todas las habitaciones de abajo, no hay nada que las delimite, por lo tanto no puedes estar ni en ropa interior con la cortinas abiertas para que entre luz porque si no te ven los otros huéspedes, la persiana estaba rota, cuando te duchaba ponías todo perdido de agua, el colchón era de muy mala calidad y por último las puertas tanto de la entrada del hotel como de la habitación no daban seguridad ninguna, seguro que no voy a volver ahí, al final es lo que dice el dicho “lo barato sale caro”. Por último que se me olvidaba para saber dónde está el hotel te lo tienes que imaginar porque no tienen ningún rótulo o cartel que indique dónde está y cuando lo ves a simple vista parece una casa más de las que hay en esa zona.

l'accès est extrêmement compliqué et peu rassurant ( enregistrement de cartes d'identité et empreinte de carte bancaire obligatoire pour avoir accès à la chambre ) c'est un scandale, c'est contraire à la protection de la vie privée. De plus la chambre ne ressemble pas du tout à la photo, elle est toute petite, très mal isolée du bruit, pas de lampe de chevet, et les serviettes de bains sont tachées ... Bref une expérience qui ne vaut clairement pas son prix et que nous regrettons amèrement ....

Mit ophold på hotellet var desværre en skuffelse. De billeder, der blev vist online, gav et langt mere indbydende indtryk end virkeligheden. Værelset var meget lille, uden skab til tøjopbevaring og uden hylder eller opbevaringsmuligheder på badeværelset, hvilket betød, at vi måtte placere alle vores ting på gulvet. Sengen knirkede konstant ved den mindste bevægelse, hvilket gjorde det svært at få en god nats søvn. Alt i alt levede hotellet ikke op til forventningerne, og jeg ville ikke vælge at bo her igen.

Keine Personal scheise konnte leider nach 4 Stunden nicht ein schecken keine Antwort auf mein imail so das ich andere Unterkunft nehmen musste und trotzdem diese beschissene Unterkunft bezahlen Muss Auch Expedia keine Auskunft die einem helfen würden Also schnell verdientes Geld kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen

Une très mauvaise expérience. L'hôtel n'a pas envoyé de clés sur mon email à temps. Une personne a ouvert ma chambre à 7h du matin parce qu'elle avait réservé la même chambre que moi. Et pour le comble de malheur, l'hôtel ne répond jamais aux appels téléphoniques.

AZ Hotels wanted me to yield up my credit card details through a 3rd party website (which hotels.com prudently warns against), and this as a supposed security against any damage incurred during my stay. Yet the offer of a cash deposit as another method of securing any loss on AZ’s part was also present. Next, AZ sent me a message of registration which only allowed for surrendering my card details through the 3rd party website. So, instead, I followed the link to contact AZ. I explained the situation to the AI responder, which, quite surprisingly, apologised for the cash deposit option and was going to see about removing it. The logic of my predicament appeared to escape it. A human responder finally took over and gave me no recourse whatsoever and bumped me off the system; I got no refund or access granted due to their error of advertising.

Struttura molto abbandonata, e assistenza assente. Ho provato a contattare la struttura più volte via email, ma nessuna risposta. Stanze molto piccole, letto e cuscini estremamente scomodi. Totale assenza di armadi. L’unico lato positivo è la ragazza delle pulizie che è stata carina nell’aiutarci con il check out, nonostante avessi appunto provato a contattare i titolari.

There is no staff at all at the hotel. To enter is all digitally.Also from the customer service no one was reachable before to answer questions. Also they did not answer mails. No service at all. To get into the hotel and room was difficult with information they sent us. Luckily there was another guest who helped us to get in. We were disappointed.

The hotel is situated around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the coast and city center so very convenient. The check in process was via my phone and it worked perfectly and I was greeted on entry. The foyer and room were clean and tidy. I was sent photos of the room showing the condition before I arrived and it was clear that these were recent and not "stock" photos. The room is basic but as advertised. The only negatives (and these are small) are that there isn't a safe in the room and there is hardly any storage (small desk, 2 bedside shelves and hanging rail) a small set of drawers would be useful. Overall, I would say that the hotel offers value for money but is best suited to short stays. I would definitely stay again.

La casa es muy linda, difícil llegar para una persona que no conoce el sector y como no hubo una relación arrendador con arrendatario, hizo más complicado poder llegar a la estadia. Otra cosas, yo me retire antes de lo contratado porque la paredes son tan delgada que la vecina no me dejo dormir, al parecer estaba enferma y tenia una tos muy fea y al parecer le faltaba el aire. Esa situación fue todo la noche.

Only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, good location, easy to access and handy that I had to use my phone to open the doors etc rather than carrying a key card around, the room was spotless and got an email before check- in of photo’s of the room. For the price I can’t fault the place, however if you are a very light sleeper I wouldn’t reccomend just because you could hear people in the hallways. Overall great place, very comfortable and in a good location
