Very unhappy I didn’t have blanket on my bed ask for one was told didn’t have any. Key card stopped working 2nd day waited 45 minutes to get it going again, no phone or hangers in the room, ice machine on our floor broken

Our first clue that this was going to be a poor experience is that our room number was literally written on the wall outside our room with red sharpie. I'm not kidding. When we walked in to the building just prior to getting to our room, the stairs leading to the second floor were stripped down to glue on old wooden steps and there was a caution tape ripped and hanging from both posts. I could have gotten past that, but the sharpie room number clinched it. I do have to say, staff immediately offered us another room and while it didn't smell like smoke, it definitely still smelled old and stuffy. We had paid for a room with a king bed and the replacement was only a queen. But staff was friendly and like I said, they offered a new room right away. Overall, would not go back, though. Not worth the $120, sadly.

There are many concerns about this property. Lots of maintenance issues: old carpets, paint flaking, drain leaking, old and musty smell, lack of towels in the room, broken door handles, broken towel racks. It was quite an experience in a not-so-good way....

Ice machine broken

The hotel overall was dirty. The stairways was dirty. We had to change rooms because one room wasn’t clean. The bathtubs were horrible and there were roaches in the bathroom and microwave. I would not recommend anyone to stay there

Avoid this hotel. I would have rather slept in the truck. We arrived late at night. In the process of checking in a person called to confirm a reservation but instead of putting that person on hold we had to wait to check in. We had to interrupt and tell her to put that person on hold because she couldn't find that persons reservation. There were two of us in a room but only one wash cloth. Walking to the room, halls were dirty and it smelled bad. Our room was also dirty. I didn't take a shower because there was mold on the ceiling. There was supposed to be a breakfast included but upon checking out at 7:30am we didn't see anything. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

On my arrival I noticed that all hallways stunk on mold and cleaners tried to add excessive amounts of bleach to keep it from stinking what made things worse. Manager lady tried to downplay everything saying is not for high standards however place is in verge being inhabitable and probably best solution is total tear down

People were drunk and sleeping in open corridors. It scared hell out of my daughter and wife. Everyone blamed me for booking here without much investigation on safety. Never again. This site needs police presence all the times.

How is this hotel even able to be allowed to operate? Absolutely disgusting, hallways filthy, trash, paint chips from the wall, dirt and cobwebs, same with rooms. No toilet paper/tissues, blood stains on the bedding. Smells so bad you can barely breath. Would never recommend, room looked nothing like pictured. These pictures posted must be from the previous named hotel/ownership. The place is not secure, with access doors open to air out the smell. Nicest thing was the breakfast area, and that is saying a lot. Took 30 minutes to try to check in due to no rooms "being ready" at a midnight check in due to travel times. We left after being in the room for less than 5 minutes and getting a refund thru Hotels.com and going somewhere else. Receptionist was nowhere to be found, not answering phone, etc. Disgusting and horrible place...would never recommend.

Roaches in this hotel I told staff and they made it seem normal they didn’t offer coupons for future stay nor did they come to spray

The worst hotel stay I had. Very bad smell in the room, broken bathrooms, very dirty bathroom, no power outlet in the room, broken dirty carpet in the room. There was nothing good in the hotel. When I expressed my concern to hotel staff then he showed me other rooms but all the rooms were in very bad condition. Initially I booked the hotel room for 2 days but I stayed only for 1 day and next day I checked out. I had no option but to book another hotel.

Found bed bugs whithin 10 minutes of walking in the room. Didn’t even stay in the hotel. Check out right away

This property had overgrown grass. The rooms were extremely dirty, we found numerous bugs in the bed and the restroom toilet didn’t flush. People up and down the halls cussing, barefoot, asking what was in our luggage. We did not stay the whole night it was so dirty and unsafe. It needs to be shut down. We left this establishment due to how dirty and unsafe it was and went elsewhere.

It's not worth the price I paid for a night's stay. It's understandable that there is work ongoing, but why can't they even provide clean rooms? The carpet was dirty, stinky, and nasty. There was no fan and AC was only blowing hot air. There was a cigarette smell in the room constantly.

Shower in morning, handle broken and no water. Could not turn on tv. Toilet seat dirty (pee on it).

No one was at the checkin desk when I arrived. Had to sit around waiting until someone showed up. My room key worked when it wanted to. Only one thin sheet was on the bed in cold Indiana in late November. Sheets and bathroom were dirty. The phone and one lamp did not work. A random guest was able to open my closed door without the use of a key card. Luckily, he left quickly when he realized he had the wrong room.

They key wasn’t working and no lock to the door

TV didnt have any reception. There was no hot water so we couldnt shower. When we told the front desk they said sorry and that was it. The staff was friendly but did nothing to fix our problem.

This establishment is absolutely horrible. First off, they gave me a key to an occupied room. Once I put my key into the door and opened it a man yelled out what are you doing! I was totally caught off guard, I'm so happy things went okay I apologize and close the door immediately. I'm so grateful that perhaps that person didn't have a gun and could have shot me because I actually just intruded on his room. Afterwards they gave me another room and guess what, the key didn't work so the managers came up and tried to help me, they couldn't get it to work and I ultimately ended up in another room. Okay now I'm in the other room, guess what, the TV doesn't work, the free Wi-Fi that they advertised is non-existent. I can't wait to get out of here in the morning please stay away from this hotel.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and one side of the room had no electricity which was crazy

I was put in room 111. Then moved to room 110. Because I wanted a room that did not smell like an ash tray. This was not logged into the system. So at 1:30 am they are trying to open my door an put someone else in my room. None of the keys work with the doors. At least there was ent bed bugs

The checking at this property was absolutely horrendous it took them 40 minutes to give me a room I went into the room and the room had been used by another occupant it then took them 25 minutes to change my room to where someone else was already staying so on the 3rd attempt they send me to a room that they cannot unlock and at about 12:00 from my original coming on to the facilities premises at 9:00 the four room was opened and there were no washcloths drying tiles and no remote control for the TVs but that was in any of the rooms that they had tried to put me in as well no ice bucket no cups yet there was a coffee maker one room had no bedspread but had a sheet another room had sheets but no bread spread or pillows this was a horrendous waste of money and I believe they have been falsifying documentation to Expedia in order to make a speedy think they are better than they really are I do not recommend anyone staying here if you do it is at your own risk

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! WHEN YOU WALK IN IT STINKS . BACKSTORY: SINGLE MOM 2 KIDS SAME DAY HAD TO URGENTLY FIND SOMEWHERE TO GO TO AVOID SLEEPING IN CAR SO HAD FEW OPTIONS. THE MALE @ FRONT DESK SWIPED MY CARD & IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME IT DIDNT GO THRU WHEN MY NOTIFICATION POPPED RIGHT UP WITH DEDUCTION WHICH I SHOWED HIM . STAYED FOR 3 DAYS . THERES MOLD IN THERE , THE CARPET LOOKS DINGY, IT STINKS , I SAW A ROACH, THE TUB WAS DIRTY, THE MICROWAVE HAD NO TURN TABLE , THE TOILET DIDNT FLUSH !! I LITERALLY TOOK PICS OF EVERYTHING, COMPLAINED TO FRONT DESK ALL HE OFFERED WAS A ROOM NEXT DOOR THAT LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME WITH A BROKEN FRIDGE . I THEN COMPLAINED ON EXPEDIA.COM . DAY 3 MY CHECK OUT DAY.. A LADY COMES BANGING ON MY DOOR SAYING I NEVER PAID WHICH AGAIN WAS FALSE I SHOWED HER . SHE THEN HARASSED ME STANDING OUTSIDE MY DOOR FOR 15 MINS SAYING SHE WILL SAY THERE UNTIL I LEAVE & REPAY. I POLITELY REMINDED HER ITS NOT CHECK OUT TIME YET & THAT AFTER I PACK ALL 7 HEAVY BAGS IN CAR & 2KIDS THAT I WILL COME DOWN TO DESK TO DISCUSS, SHE STILL NEVER LEFT MY DOOR . I THEN STRUGGLED OUT OF MY DOOR WITH KIDS & BAGS WHILE SHE FOLLOWS BEHIND ME OUTSIDE TO MY CAR & SHE NOT ONCE OFFERED TO HELP OR HELD ANY DOORS …. I THEN ASKED HER ONCE MORE TO HOLD ON BECAUSE I HAD TO RETURN TO ROOM ONCE MORE SINCE MY DAUGHTER LEFT HER PHONE UPSTAIRS WHILE WALKING UPSTAIRS SHE CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN ! WITHOUT MY PER ISSION SO NOW I WAS CHARGED A TOTAL OF $430 .PLEASE NEVER STAY HERE !!

I waited over 2 hours for check in with no type of explanation and also was never given back deposit and also the room was more then terrible

We got there around 3pm to check in. When we got to the room the phone and tv didnt work, there were no towels or wash rags and smoke alarm kept beeping. We called the front desk and she hung up on us. Finally brought towels and said she would send maintenance. We went to an event and got back around 1am. Nothing was done. Called again. They acted like they didnt know we called earlier with issues and again got hung up on. A guy came said they couldnt fix the phone, check the tv, couldnt fix it and asked what we wanted him to do. The smoke alarm was still beeping. Asked for another room. Said they didnt have one. I told him to remove the smoke alarm and he argued but finally did. There was water and mold in the halls and carpet, the toilet wouldnt flush, just filthy. Upon check out asked to speak to the manager. The front desk clerk said ok but never got her. We asked her to and she said she was in a meeting. Never got her. Finally just left. Called back and asked to have her call me and never got a call. Want a full refund. Worst experience ever.

The staff was nice at the start. We came about 5p and didn't get into a room till an hour later. First room smelled like urine, whole hotel looks run down and needs updated. Hotel smells old , and mildew . 2 rooms the keycards didn't work at all. The owner sent her daughter to check out the next room like we were lying. Toilets didn't flush in several of the rooms. Air didn't work in one. I had four rooms I changed room 3x , my other room changed twice. My son with the single room walked into a dirty room. This hotel should not be on Expedia. I should be refunded some if not all of my money.

I absolutely loved this Hotel! It was a pleasure to stay here. The front desk receptionist Latonya made me feel very welcomed and appreciated as a guest. They even had hot breakfast. Definitely gonna make this a top hotel to stay at on my list.

I would recommend sleep inn suites to anyone the staff is great the hotel is very clean newly remodeled Stacy, LaTanya, Mamtha are all very friendly helpful and caring staff!! The staff make sure that you're comfortable and if there's anything that you need they try to do their best to accommodate you.

This place isn’t even open!!! I showed up to broken windows and doors and cops busting up a bunch of druggies. The kicker, Expedia won’t refund me for having to go find another hotel and the inconvenience!! Horrible and terrifying experience for my daughter and I.

Great Location, really pleasant and clean rooms but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.Highly Recommended!

This was the absolute worst hotel that ive ever stayed in! If I wasnt so tired from travel and not wanting to go around in pouring rain to find a new hotel, i wouldnt have stayed. NOTHING in the room was clean, some things were downright filthy (like the phone and floor) and the hotel itself was no better. Many things seemed to be literally falling apart. Check in was very slow (had to wait for a front desk lady to appear) and had to change rooms since the 1st one didnt have a working door handle. The room I got didnt have a working fridge or coffee maker. Thankfully the bed seemed to be clean enough and was comfortable enough... The pictures are NOT accurate to what the place looks like at all. Nothing at the breakfast bar was there or working other than the waffle machine that was put together by a random guy that seemed to know his way around that area. Thank you waffle batter man! This place should definitely be taken off the hotels.com website and needs a major rehab to make it even halfwar decent again.

Every thing is old and in poor conditions. I would not call what they provided breakfast. Poor service.

I.have stayed here numerous times in business trips and I know the area well. My problem is THE FALSE ADVERTISING!!! If you advertise towels, refrigerator and microwave in the room...then have it there. If you advertise free breakfast, then have it.
