The room was clean. My only issues were no ice machine. During 90 degree weather! No lobby. Even at 6pm, you have to use the walk up window.

Parking is very limited. No ice machine or coffee makers!

I didn't get my refund back. The pool needs to be cleaned. Also the outlet in my room by the sink didn't work. Just feel that they should do a more thorough inspection of their rooms.

Pretty good experience all the way around. We booked a 1 night stay to wake up the next morning for Formula Drift. Wanted somewhere close to Irwindale Speedway. Booked last minute the day of checking in because I was reading through mixed reviews from Hotels.com, Yelp, & Google. Decided to pull the plug & didn’t regret it. The motel is in the middle of a miles long strip with anything needed from gas, groceries, food, stores, etc. We checked in pretty late around 7pm. Was greeted & assisted by Mike. Mike was extremely kind, professional, quick, & efficient! I asked for his name because I wanted to include him in my review. Found & checked me in easily with my online reservation. My ID & a $20 cash deposit was required. Was in & out in 5mins. No pets/visitors allowed. No ice machine, only soda vending machine. Went to grab ice @711 a few blocks away. There’s also a taco truck located in front of the motel. I felt safe throughout my stay. Might not be able to say the same for ppl not used to that environment. Lol. Parking area felt safe. We stayed in room 205 upstairs which was pretty clean for the most part. Didn’t look old & outdated. The remote was low battery & didn’t have a back cover. Which gave us a difficult time using it. The microwave needs to be replaced (although working) & tub floor needs a deep clean. Has a mini fridge with updated vanity mirror. There was an old napkin beside the bed & the room needs a deep clean but overall it was a good stay. Would book again!

Plenty of Parking

This is a motel, not an in $20 cash deposit. No receipt given looks like a pay by the hour kind of place room was fair price but needed basic maintenance walls were mismatch paint cigarette burns on bathtub mold on edges of shower. “Pool”on property looked more like a swamp than a pool.

Plain and simple it was dirty. Chose this place as a last minute booking just to sleep for a couple hours but everything was dirty. It did had a lazy attempt of cleanliness but one of our pillows had make up and bloody drool stain. Random hair everywhere; linens, toilet, shower, sink and table tops. Walls are paper thin. I could here adjacent room conversation and in the early morning some short lived passionate love making, that woke me up. Which defeated the whole purpose of the room, to get a little sleep.

Stayed two nights at this motel and cannot recommend it. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean, location was convenient. That's about it for the good parts. Room was really outdated, dirty, found little roaches in the bathroom. Let front desk know, staff went it to do some inspection/cleaning and thankfully no more bugs seen. However, we did not see cleaning crew around the motel, who knows how often they clean rooms. Microwave had filthy greasy fingerprints all over it, clearly it has not been cleaned in a long time. There was no deadbold on the door, felt really unsafe that someone could enter our room at any moment. Second night there was a large party on the street that was loud and disruptive. Not hotel's fault, it was not on their property, but it speaks to it's location. They took $20 to ensure we return key cards. We checked out around 8 AM on Sunday morning, no one was at the front office. I had to ring the bell multiple times and waited a while untill someone finally showed up and was upset that I rang the bell more than once. They did give me my $20 back. Not worth saving a few $ to say here. Thankfully we were only there to sleep overnight.

We found hair on the sheets , tables were dusty,floors were dirty, sheets are too thin , and you can hear the next room showering . Shampoo and bar soap provided don’t lather . At 10:30 am we got a phone call from the front desk asking if we’re checking out . They ask 20 dollar in cash for deposit when you check in . NEVER AGAIN

Pillow cases has a lite of stains, pillow are dirty and old. Something wrong with the shower and bathtub is dirty.

Pretty dirty room and was run down. The bathroom had mold.it is what it is for a low budget inn.saving 50 bucks just wasn't worth it.

Overall it was good. there is some wear and tear on furniturue but nothing major. it was good for a one night stay. bed and pillow was a little too soft for me.

The room was very clean, sheets clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice. There was no safety lock on the door. They did not specify there was a $20 deposit required at check in. Surprisingly, there was no place to hang clothes except on the shower. The toilet was broken, running water all night, very noisy, and would not fill up the tank so I had to fill it up with water with the cups provided. The staff was very friendly but one of them talked so fast I thought I was listening to a commercial.

Great room for the price. Little water dripping from the room upstairs towards the entrance of the room, no shower curtain, and could have used a little better floor mopping. Other than those little things it was a great size room with a jacuzzi tub for $106

Average. parking space is good. environment pretty quiet. I complain there are not enough pillows, they reject to solve my problem. and no hanger for my clothes, but the room is big enough.

The rooms are new , the only thing they don't have is a safety door lach and hangers to hang a jacket or shirt ...but other then that all fair...

Customer service was so poor coming from a female employee.. Was so rude and arrogant.

I have stayed at hotels across the country. I travel for work so I'm in hotels 340 days a year. I have never been treated the way I was treated by this hotels staff. They made me give them my driver's license as a deposit. I asked to cancel my booking and they said that there is a charge of half the price if cancelled. There was nothing stated in my booking that a driver's license was the form of deposit. If I had to leave or decided to go to dinner I would be without my form of identification. What if I was pulled over or needed id for any reason? I'm certain that if I explained that my hotel is holding it for a deposit wouldn't be sufficient. The staff then stated that there are absolutely no visitors. Multiple times. Like made me feel like I was incapable of following directions or was competent. That being said the following should be taken into consideration. I paid for my room. I own the block of time that was purchased. A normal human lives under a set of morals that should make this acceptable. Also what if I was to be in the area to meet family? They were not allowed to visit me at my hotel?!? Also there was mold/mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling. The floors were soft and had duct tape on them. The beds were as hard as the floor. In conclusion I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Unexpected cash deposit or ID for “collateral”. Phone calls pushing for early check out “before 11am”.

As always, warm and welcoming staff. Convenient and quaint little place always clean and will continue to return every time I am in town!!

Just a fair warning for anyone with their deposit. These office desk criminals will try to pull any excuse possible to not give it back. Especially if you are minority. While my wife was trying to get the deposit back they tried to use some whack ass excuse to not pay back my deposit. But there was a white person in front of her that was given back their deposit. No questions asked, not even a room check. But when it came to me, an Asian and my Mexican wife all of a sudden old excuses flew out. To anyone who sees this message in case they try to delete it, if you felt you were wrong in some sort of discriminatory way, get into contact with me because I have a relative that works with the BBB. We are currently working up something against them. Don’t be afraid to contact us if they want they discriminate.

They are extremely bossy no visitors no one but the 2 ppl staying in the room they big you to check out my room phone was ringing at 10am about check out at 11am

Loud music played early in the morning from pickup trucks behind the nearby strip mall to the left. Finally, called the sheriff and they shut them up 30-45 minutes later.

The area does not seem very safe. The office is heavily protected by class. There is a big party going on after 1AM in the big parking lot nearby with a lot of noise and people smoking pot.

Don’t recommended at all!!! While checking in about 10 pm the person in front of me was renting a room by the hour. That should have been my first clue.. The room smelled clean but the walls/baseboards in the main sleeping area and bathroom were gross. There is no safety latch on the door so I had to prop a chair under it. There is an ally way that runs along the property and that seemed to get a lot of noisy foot traffic. The parking lot next store was so loud and I’m pretty sure people were doing burnouts either in that parking lot or in the street. If we didn't arrive so late I would have left that place to find another! The area is NOT safe! Not sure why Expedia has this property listed and at the rating of exceptional for a double bed room type! Not one things about this place was exceptional! Very misleading!

Property was ok at best , the room was kind of dirty and had bugs in the bathroom and shower . Hotel staff were nice but not freindly if that makes sense . Wouldn’t go back due to how far it is from downtown LA . And because of the conditions of the hotel
