Très bel ensemble de bâtiments avec des vues magnifiques sur la vallée. Nous avons profité du spa qui était parfait ! On peut se rendre facilement à pied au centre de Saint-Martin-Vesubie ou rester au calme après une belle journée en montagne.

Notre séjour était absolument parfait, l’hôtel, ces chalets ont été réalisé avec goût. Le choix des matériaux et la décoration du lieu sont très chaleureux et donne à cet endroit un lieu idyllique. Mention très particulière au spa, les 2 jacuzzi extérieur et intérieur sont source d’apaisement et de relaxation !! L’ Accueil du Personnel était parfait.

Tout était parfait, un très bon week-end qui nous permet de couper, de se détendre. Nous avions aussi réservé le spa qui était lui aussi très bien, un moment agréable.

An sich eine super schöne Anlage die sehr neu ist. Gerade deswegen ist es aber unverständlich, weshalb man in die Chalets keinen Aufzug gebaut hat. Wir mussten unser gesamtes Gepäck die Treppen runter und wieder rauf schleppen. Weiterhin ist es schade, dass der Spa Bereich nur von 13:30 bis 19:00 Uhr auf hat.

Personnel très agréable. Bel appartement. Pas très bien insonorisé, surprise de voir des radiateurs électriques. Accueil agréable, le personnel est très avenant. Très belle déco, les chambres sont belles , la literie est très bien . Dommage que le spa ne soit pas compris dans la tarification. Le spa est à faire , surtout si vous pouvez le privatiser. Jacuzzi extérieur face à la montagne enneigée : un pur bonheur. Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, très récent et bien équipé. Le cadre est magnifique, nous nous sommes garés facilement au parking de l’hôtel où 18 bornes de recharge sont disponibles. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est correct et varié. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa de l’hôtel. Concernant les points négatifs, nous avons trouvés cela brouillon pour un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très courtois, cependant vaisselle sale dans le lave vaisselle de la suite à notre arrivée, un lave main sans savon ni essuie mains dans le toilette, traces de doigts sur les vitres et aucun passage de femme de chambre durant notre séjour pour faire la chambre ou vider la poubelle. Pour un 4 étoiles je trouve ça étonnant.

Top notch property. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant at the property serves a set course meal worth of a Michelin star. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Unfortunately check in is at 5 pm and check out at 10. Pool does not open until 1 pm and closes at 7 pm so you need to stay at least 2 nights if you want to use it.

Séjour parfait , accueil en réception pour remise des clefs , chambre très propre et confortable , petit bémol sur le nom de la télé qui ne nous correspondait pas et au départ où on me demande de régler taxes de séjour et petit déjeuner déjà réglé la veille. Repas au restaurant un vrai régal . Un peu de bruit tout de même à cause de clients fetards et peu courtois qui s imaginent être seul . Très beau cadre . Excellent buffet pour le petit déjeuner .

Notre week-end a été plus que réussi grâce a la qualité du service proposé par cet établissement. Les locaux sont irréprochables, tant en terme de confort, de propreté ou encore d’esthétique. Le personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au spa, se montre chaleureux et attentionné. Le rapport qualité prix est à mon sens justifié ! C’est sans hésitation que je reviendrai et que je recommanderais ce séjour. Il est possible de se restaurer sur place, mais de nombreux petits restaurants se trouvent également à 2min à pied. L’emplacement est idéal, et le Parc Alpha, situé à 15min en voiture, vaut lui aussi le détour !

Quand vous arrivez, c'est superbe. Bon accueil. C'est après que ça se gâte. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée, mais le tissu du sommier tapissier est tout effiloché et le lit est très mal fait, on est loin du lit au carré! Il y a un ventilateur posé dans le hall d'entrée et pour cause, il n'y a pas de clim. On a droit à une bouilloire avec du thé et du café lyophilisé, une machine à dosettes serait la bienvenue. En dessous, il y a bien un frigo, avec des petites bouteilles d'eau mais il devait être réglé au minimum ou pas branché. On a une très jolie vue, dommage qu'on soit obligés de fermer les rideaux occultants pour éviter d'être vu par les clients qui passent, puisqu'au rez-de-chaussée on donne directement sur une route. C'est principalement la salle de bain qui pose problème: hygiène plus que douteuse, les joints de carrelage sont sales, même en faisant attention, l'eau de la douche sort directement sur le tapis de bain qui est complètement trempé l'impression de patauger. Aucune tablette pour poser la trousse de toilette. Le fond du WC était sale de tartre. Nous croyions être dans une résidence 4 étoiles, mais on nous a précisé que le bâtiment D n'était pas classé (4 étoiles), donc bien faire la différence.

Området er helt perfekt til en aktiv-ferie. Men værelset var ikke super godt - der lugtede underligt. Man skulle bede om rene håndklæder hvis man ønskede det, men vi skulle spørge /rykke mange gange før de kom med håndklæderne. Da vi ankom var terrassen som hørte til værelset meget ulækker med cigaretskodder, rødvinsrester og toiletpapir overalt. Vi bad flere gange om rengøring af terrassen og det skete bare ikke. Morgenmaden var simpel men rigtig fin - god kaffe. Flot udsigt fra restauranten over området.

The hotel is gorgeous! The view is amazing, the rooms are big and very confortable. Luxury and modern, a real treat! A great place to see the Park and all its activities. The 2-bedroom appartement had everything we needed! Awesome example.

None of the amenities listed were actually available, we had 2 bathrooms but 1 didn’t even have a sink for people to wash their hands so the kids were in our restroom whenever they needed to use the toilet, no AC when above 31C and poor room air circulation. Staff were also fairly rude.

Location is stunning. Rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and attentive. For the quality of the hotel and the price, the breakfast was a little underwhelming, just a bread basket, a limited selection of cereals, with cheese and charcuterie for a supplement (no fresh fruits, no eggs, juices weren't fresh etc). The hotel lacks a gym / fitness space. I found this quite strange for a 'spa' resort.

Quand vous arrivez, c'est superbe. Bon accueil. C'est après que ça se gâte. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée, mais le tissu du sommier tapissier est tout effiloché et le lit est très mal fait, on est loin du lit au carré! Il y a un ventilateur posé dans le hall d'entrée et pour cause, il n'y a pas de clim. On a droit à une bouilloire avec du thé et du café lyophilisé, une machine à dosettes serait la bienvenue. En dessous, il y a bien un frigo, avec des petites bouteilles d'eau mais il devait être réglé au minimum ou pas branché. On a une très jolie vue, dommage qu'on soit obligés de fermer les rideaux occultants pour éviter d'être vu par les clients qui passent, puisqu'au rez-de-chaussée on donne directement sur une route. C'est principalement la salle de bain qui pose problème: hygiène plus que douteuse, les joints de carrelage sont sales, même en faisant attention, l'eau de la douche sort directement sur le tapis de bain qui est complètement trempé l'impression de patauger. Aucune tablette pour poser la trousse de toilette. Le fond du WC était sale de tartre. Nous croyions être dans une résidence 4 étoiles, mais on nous a précisé que le bâtiment D n'était pas classé (4 étoiles), donc bien faire la différence.

Very cozy hotel with god breakfast. Front desk person, Loan, was so forthcoming that when she realized that we have two heavy suitcases to bring one floor down in a chalet with no elevator, she immediately changed our rooms. Great service.

The view of this property is incredible. Food was great. Our room was beautiful. If you’re North American though be warned. 3/10 of the workers we encountered were kind or decent with us. My best friend and I are from Quebec and speak French, I have a preference towards speaking it and my best friend prefers English but we are bilingual however, one lady pretended to not understand us and I refused to speak to her in English but she would with me. This was the least of my concerns though. The bar staff was cold and not inviting. When people visiting the property who were French from France would speak with them though, they were accommodating and polite. The property is a bit of a walk but if you don’t mind, it’s beautiful. You are given no information about your room, spa or nearby activities. Towards the end of our stay they were more cordial with us as they realized we were not American. Which is a problem in itself. Would I suggest this resort to anyone wanting to stay in the mountains? It depends on your intentions. This was a good spot to have a home base and a stay away from the city but not practical for everyday travel in and out of it. It seems to be a family friendly resort so that’s definitely a bonus. Notre week-end a été plus que réussi grâce a la qualité du service proposé par cet établissement. Les locaux sont irréprochables, tant en terme de confort, de propreté ou encore d’esthétique. Le personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au spa, se montre chaleureux et attentionné. Le rapport qualité prix est à mon sens justifié ! C’est sans hésitation que je reviendrai et que je recommanderais ce séjour. Il est possible de se restaurer sur place, mais de nombreux petits restaurants se trouvent également à 2min à pied. L’emplacement est idéal, et le Parc Alpha, situé à 15min en voiture, vaut lui aussi le détour !

Great accommodation, staff were quite unprofessional. Answering the phone whilst I was checking out, didn’t give me a receipt vos too busy on the phone whilst checking me out. Didn’t even say thank you of goodbye. When my husband checked in the reception staff had an argument with each other in front of him!

C’était notre deuxième séjour à cet hôtel, cette fois-ci pour 4 nuits contre 1 précédemment. Nous aimons sa localisation sur les hauteurs de Saint Martin Vésubie mais à queques minutes à pied du centre-ville, son style ainsique le confort de ses chambres. Le seul point d’amélioration pour nous serait au niveau du petit-déjeuner surtout pour le prix facturé: mieux avec quelques légumes, un peu de charcuterie et pas uniquement du pain blanc!

Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est correct et varié. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa de l’hôtel. Concernant les points négatifs, nous avons trouvés cela brouillon pour un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très courtois, cependant vaisselle sale dans le lave vaisselle de la suite à notre arrivée, un lave main sans savon ni essuie mains dans le toilette, traces de doigts sur les vitres et aucun passage de femme de chambre durant notre séjour pour faire la chambre ou vider la poubelle. Pour un 4 étoiles je trouve ça étonnant.

Un excellent séjour avec toute ma famille en été. Beaucoup d’activités à proximité pour les enfants. Le bar propose du snacking (planche de charcuterie et fromage entre autre) idéal quand on est fatigué après une journée et qu’on ne souhaite pas ressortir. Le personnel est attentionné. Nous reviendrons !

Mycket bra hotell. Härlig utsikt och spännande design. Ett tydligare värdskap och engagemang skulle göra det ännu bättre. Och frukosten är inte på topp. Pulvermjölk till kaffet och bakeoff bröd borde inte finnas här då de har utmärkta bagerier nära.

A really nice stay in this charming village. It was hot so a fan wasn't sufficient to have a 100 % comfortable night. But I do understand why they don't invest in AC at this location. What can be a good investment, is to give the staff an English course. That would help a lot. But all in all this is the hotel we surely would stay if we come back to this area.
