The hotel facilities and the super friendly staff are excellent and provide everything you want/need. The room was huge and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! My only gripe is the fact there isn't enough sun lounges in the shade, especially when it's busy so we had to sit in the undercover area on chairs, so we didn't get to 'lounge around' as much as we wanted to which was a shame.

The pool was the best part of it. Kids pool connected to the main pool and th epoolside bar was just ideal. Housekeeping was great, housekeeper Salim did a great job. Food was also really good.

Had wind leaking noise through bi-fold doors making it difficult to sleep overnight during a stormy and windy night with heavy rain.

Great service, really friendly staff. Perfect cleanness in the room and also nice size of room and bathroom. The only negative point was the AC which was really loud. The location is great, awesome beach access (private beach) and a really nice adults-only roof pool on the 5th floor with a nice view over the sea. The area is quiet, however still well located to the „main“ road with most of the bars/restaurants.

Fantastic new hotel, amazing rooms, genuine local staff, wide variety of very well prepared food. Good location on a great beach. Only 2 downsides. Beach jan - June not advisable to swim in because of jelly fish Adults only pool small for size of hotel and offers very little shade in the afternoons. Really good hotel and would strongly recommend. It looks exactly as advertised. Where as two others we booked through hotels.com should be considered miss selling at the pictures and descriptions did not match the reality. !!!

This is a fabulous hotel and Spa. I had the King deluxe room and it was large and spacious with a balcony. The Sizzle on the shore buffet bbq gives a large range of food types with healthy options. The Spa however, is a must go treat for any travel. There is a gym and also an adult only infinite pool. Then also options for families with small children. You are right on the beach which is sandy. HIghly recommend the resort.

Lors de notre 1er jour, nous sommes arrivés dans 1 chambre qui sentait l'humidité et en plus de cela lors de la douche j'ai pu voir qu'il y avait de l'excrément sur le mur de la douche. Notre chambre était situé côté rue et durant cette nuit impossible de dormir a cause des hurlements des chiens. Nous l'avons signaler a Nur qui nous a fait attendre toute la journée en dehors de la chambre avec un enfant en bas age car la chambre été trop humide, elle na pas du tout était réactive et aucun surclassement n'a été fait juste une panière a fruit nous fut donné, vaste blagues. La piscine, réservé votre transat a 08h sinon vous allez rester debout ou bien assis par terre car il n'y a pas assez de place pour le monde présent. Le menage est a peine fait, des traces,cheveux, du sable reste présents malgré les jours passés. Les torchons pour nettoyer sont oublié dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé au bout de 6 jours a changer de drap car des fourmis et insectes ont été retrouver mais cela n'a pas été fait. Le petit déjeuner, très mal organisé. Des cheveux présents sur certains ustensiles pour ce servir. Nous avons demander un drap ainsi qu'un oreiller et pour cela ils nous ont demandés un extra charge.

Amazing hotel with a good location, excellent facilities and amazing staff who are really friendly and helpful. Particularly Aziman, who was really helpful throughout our visit with his help with a few queries and tips on our stay in Langkawi. Breakfast was really nice with a bog variety of fresh food and fruits etc. Only small issue we found, was that the bedsheet and duvet was a little dirty. But was changed straight away.

Deluxe, King Size , Ocean View The room was clean and the toilet was bigger than expected. It also featured a super clean bathtub which my wife loved. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁

They have different deluxe ocean view rooms. The one in the picture is different than given room, sea view angle was blocked by the terrace is not the same. Restaurant's working hours are a bit tricky. Open bar next to the pool and bit too hot and humid.

The room balcony doors have automatic sensors to turn off the AC if it is left open. Great idea for efficient AC usage. However the sensors were tricky to work thus sometimes could be a little inconvenient to get the AC to turn back on.

We stayed in the family suite with our 2 kids (13, 9). The room was spacious and worked well for us as a family holidaying for a week. The resort was exceptional. The facilities are new and very modern. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had. The location was very central to main beach Cenang and dining options. We highly recommend staying here while in Langkawi.

The family suite is not designed practically, if someone turns the lights on in the bathroom it has opaque doors so light comes through to the bedroom, Not ideal for light sleepers. The toilets dont flush properly. Located close to water activities so that is pretty convenient and pool area is great for kids. Adult pool is probably the best feature as you can see right out into the ocean

Love the location of the hotel as it is on Pantai Tengah! The view is simply beautiful and the hotel itself was also beautifully decorated. We love that the hotel has many family friendly activities and even daily beach sports. The swimming pools were really nice as well. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet also, many options. The downside is that they have shortage of staff... They were still clearing the hotel rooms even at 3pm check in time. The staff were very polite and tried their best to handle the stressful situation as many people were wanting to check in. They gave my family a free drink from the bar while we waited. But I think we were only able to go into our hotel after 1.5h wait. Anyway don't let this down your spirits! Enjoy the facilities still :)

The room, hotel facilities were very good. There are things that could have been better. 1. breakfast, coffee was very poor quality, the local tea was great however! I was also not a fan of the pork substitutes but I get that is because of the country are in. 2. The night live singing was not good, it went on for several hours several days and some of the cover songs were terrible. 3. A few times we ate the service was slow, slow to order then mains delivered at different times. 4. Surrounding area needs touching up, I know this may not fall under hotel duty but it does have an impact on guest experience.

We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb. Although all the staff were superb, special mention to Fan at the infinity pool on floor 5 and to our lovely cleaning lady, Liza who did a great job during our stay. The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon.

Om vi skal reise tilbake til Langkawi vil vi definitivt booke oss inn på Park Royal igjen. Rent og svært god service. Perfekt beliggenhet med rolige omgivelser. O resort é novo, com instalações elegantes e bem decoradas. Fica situado numa das melhores praias, convenientemente próximo ao aeroporto, com diversas lojas (duty free) e mercadinhos a poucos passos caminhando. O quarto que fiquei era de frente para o mar, com ampla varanda, muito espaçoso, banheiro grande, com ótimo chuveiro e banheira. O café da manhã é incrível, com muitíssimas opções. Os dois restaurantes são excelentes e o serviço de piscina muito eficiente. Jantar buffet na praia com churrasco de lagosta e camarões. Otima música ao vivo à noite. O resto do dia não há entretenimento, prezando pelo descanso. O diferencial é a piscina imensa de borda infinita no 5o andar, reservada apenas para adultos. Tratamento super cordial da equipe do resort.

Amazing 5 star hotel with superb location.the sizzle by the sea event buffett is fabulous and great entertainment as well. The para sailing and Hidden cage is right next door. Staff is superb with Nor and Ashenee providing best service. Spacious rooms and good gym and ocean views. Breakfast was also tasty and truly 5 star!
