Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Room is dark, dingy and ugly. Mattress is thin, TERRIBLE, springy thing and doesn’t even fit the bed properly. You can see the bed boards. For the price, not worth it. No blankets provided, just a sheet. No towels in room and no TV either (contrary to room details on Hotels.com). Cleanliness is poor, wall fan rusty. The night we spent here there was a MASSIVE party in the pool area, breaking every COVID rule in place. Looked more like a sleazy high-school prom after party. The teens then spent the next hour just walking up and down the corridor of rooms making all sorts of noise. Not the Sámara experience I was expecting.

Also, the hotel is next to a night club that blast music through the once quiet neighborhood until 2am. People tend to meet at the hotel courtyard after the club closes.

Eigentlich ein hübsches Hotel. Leider schon etwas älter und etwas vernachlässigt bei einigen kleinen Details. Ist aber im Preis berücksichtigt.

La cuisine commune était très sale. Les gens étaient super gentils et accueillants, chaque fois que nous avions une questions, ils étaient toujours là pour nous aider. Je recommande l’endroit, mais seulement si vous ne compter pas cuisiner lol!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The WIFI worked without interruptions. The shower gave cold water only and you could not sit straight on the toilet. The bathroom was too small.

Bathroom was tiny. Very tiny. No hot water which is to be expected here. Hotel was very loud with other guests and security was lacking. Good for a quick bed on your travels.

Let me start by saying that the gentlemen that were there for reception and maintenance were outstanding, professional, helpful and expedient in fixing things that are wrong. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean and in an excellent location. We had some trouble with our first room because the ceiling had leaks. The next morning we talked to Brian at reception and he immediately found us another room. You have to realize though that the rainfall at that time was the most they had had in decades. They were up on the roof that afternoon repairing it. The new room we had was perfect. Any time we had a question Brian or Guillermo were right on top of it answering it or helping us. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had A/C, private shower and toilet and the hotel is within a 10 minute walk to numerous restaurants. So you know though there is only cold water showers. Not bad after a hot day though!

When returning the key and telling them I wasn’t going to stay they didn’t bother asking why or offering a refund.

Decepcionante. La.habitacion parecia de cuarteria. El agua no llegaba para bañarse uno. Demasiado ruido se escuchaba todo. Desaseada mal aspecto. Un ventilador de techo.que no hacia ni tan siquiera viento. Publicidad ebgañosa. No hicieron por donde mejorarme las co diciones. Simplemente expresaron en la recepcion que es lo que habia. No reitegraron el dinero cuidado... es una estafa ese.lugar.

Der Boden war schmutzig, das Bett durchgelegen, wir waren nicht ganz sicher, ob die Bettwäsche wirklich unbenutzt war. Der Wechselkurs war beschiss und sie haben versucht, uns mehr Geld anzuknüpfen als auf Expedia angegeben. Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert

La struttura fuori sembra carina ma le camere non sono camere ma celle di un carcere anguste sporche decadenti indecenti orribili, mi è sembrato di stare in un carcere dell’America Latina, per 45 dollari neanche gli asciugamani l’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è andarmene il giorno dopo !

No tiene aire acondicionado pero es un lindo lugar para quedarse de paso

Overall daytime was great nighttime too loud at this hostel this site is not advertised as hostel if we had known would not have booked here rooms very small .

Almohadas de muy muy baja calidad , puerta del baño no cierra bien.

Staff is friendly. The hotel is terribly noisy. We had a room with No a/c, the ceiling fan was not strong enough to make a difference, the room was very hot. Hard and noisy bed. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, we stayed 1 and moved to an other place. Greg, one of the staff member was great and understanding, he reimbursed us what he could.

Great place when needed to stay close to the airport. Very responsive host overall great value for the price.
