Iberflat Apartamentos Trinidad

Iberflats was great! Location was perfect and much to get to in the area whether you wanted to dine out or eat in as the kitchen was good. Made pasta and burgers in house and went to Le Otto (best pizza in Spain) literally a few minutes walk away! Ease of entry into the apartment was great! Public parking close by and groceries a block away. Well worth it!

The apartments are quite nice, practically new, and the location is perfect with parking options nearby. I agree with other reviews regarding the sewer smell that can sometimes be noticed in the bathrooms, but this smell is persistent in much of the city, especially in the center, so it’s likely not an issue with the accommodation itself but rather with the city. I also agree with the opinion that there should be more kitchen utensils. If I’m renting an apartment with a kitchen, it’s because I intend to cook and make use of the facilities. If I didn’t want to cook, I would just stay in a regular hotel. We didn’t have any issues that required contacting customer service, but on a couple of occasions I had questions and communication was quite difficult — they almost never answer the phone. If you’re going to stay here, I recommend having everything arranged before your arrival (online check-in, security deposit, etc.) so you don’t need to rely on customer service at all. Overall, the whole process — price, condition of the accommodation, location, etc. — is perfect. When I come back to Castellón, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. That said, I would bring a couple of kitchen utensils to be able to cook more comfortably.

Aparcar cerca es muy difícil. La atención por teléfono muy buena

A beautiful, well equipped apartment with availability of washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine amongst other things. However, here was no kettle. There were no instructions for the boiler, safe or blinds. We abandoned the safe as we felt the area was secure. We worked out how to get hot water and heating. But we could not open the blinds so it was a bit dingy.

Al llegar al apartamento me encontré las ventanas abiertas... en pleno mes de enero! El apartamento estaba helado. Encendía la calefacción que emitía más ruido que calor así que tardó horas en calentarse. Al ir a dormir puse 2 mantas (porque ni siquiera había un nórdico en la cama) y aún así no podía dormir del frío. El colchón es demasiado blando y las sábanas no llegan a rodear el colchón así que es imposible sujetarlas y la cama está siempre deshecha. Muy incómoda. La luz de la mesita de noche no funcionaba y todo está al mínimo (no hay ni un poco de lejía para echar en el WC) y el jabón de ducha está sujeto de forma que es difícil presionarlo para que salga. Tengo que volver más semanas por trabajo pero seguro que no repetiré en ese apartamento.

Beautiful property, recently remodeled. However, no one met us at check-in to show us the features, how things work, etc. Everything including door code, wi-fi sign on, wi-fi password was done via internet Checked in at 3pm on a Sat and did not have internet til we woke up at 7am Sun, even after we contacted the host via text message. Coffee Pot and Toaster Grill did not work; there were no paper towels, napkins, etc. Property set-up is basic for a one-night stay, not for longer. Ended up leaving one-day early. Would not stay here again.

Die Buchung über das Portal verlief problemlos. Kurz vor Anreise schrieb uns die Vermietung jedoch noch an, dass wir eine Kaution hinterlegen sollten. Vor Ort durften wir erst zum offiziellen Check-in die Wohnung beziehen. Leider hatten wir wegen technischer Schwierigkeiten über längere Zeit keinen Zugang zur Wohnung. Glücklicherweise trafen wir zufällig eine Spanierin, die uns aufschließen und Kontakt zur Vermietung aufnehmen konnte. So erhielten wir schließlich mit etwas Mühe Zugang. Die Wohnung ist schön und großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Leider liegt dieser zum Innenhof, sodass man keinen Ausblick genießen kann. Die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich gut, jedoch gab es in der Küche nur eine einzige Tasse, und das Geschirr in den Schränken war verschmutzt. Zu bemängeln ist vor allem die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung: Nachdem wir den defekten Badabfluss gemeldet hatten, erhielten wir lediglich eine Rückfrage, welches Apartment wir beziehen. Eine weitere Kommunikation oder eine Lösung blieb aus. Leider gab es keine Verbesserung oder ein Entgegenkommen seitens der Vermietung. Das fanden wir sehr schade, denn obwohl die Wohnung an sich schön war, trübten diese Umstände unseren Aufenthalt.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento. Tenia de todo lo que necesitábamos. Plancha, secador, sartenes, platos, vasos… de todo!!

I had a 10-night booking advertised as “accommodation with city view”. Upon check-in, I discovered the apartment was actually facing a wall at the back of the building, with no city view at all. This was clearly misleading. I immediately contacted Hotels.com, who were very professional and changed the booking request. Unfortunately, Iberflat showed little to no concern, ignored the request, and I was forced to spend the first night in that apartment despite the issue. On the second day, thanks solely to the excellent support from Hotels.com, they escalated the issue and effectively pushed Iberflat to move us to another apartment. Sadly, the second apartment was also 😟 concerning We had to cover the shower drain due to an overpowering sewage smell, otherwise it was impossible to sleep. The mattress protector smelled of urine. The air conditioning system was extremely dusty, clearly not cleaned or maintained for a very long time. Overall, this stay was stressful, unhygienic, and far below expectations. The lack of accountability and care from Iberflat was disappointing. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious and verify everything in writing before if they care

Great location. Very clean. One thing which did let this stay down was the fact that we didn’t receive any check in/access information. As the booking said ‘staff would greet at front desk’ we didn’t worry too much. However there was no front desk so we were a bit stuck and had to call the provider. Otherwise a great stay.

I loved my stay here. It’s right in the center of Castellón, lovely neighborhood. The interior is modern with big, open kitchen/dining/living room. The management office is 200 meters away abs very responsive. My next trip to Castellón, I’m staying here.

If I didn’t want to cook, I would just stay in a regular hotel. We didn’t have any issues that required contacting customer service, but on a couple of occasions I had questions and communication was quite difficult — they almost never answer the phone. If you’re going to stay here, I recommend having everything arranged before your arrival (online check-in, security deposit, etc.) so you don’t need to rely on customer service at all. Overall, the whole process — price, condition of the accommodation, location, etc. — is perfect. When I come back to Castellón, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. That said, I would bring a couple of kitchen utensils to be able to cook more comfortably.

This was a great place to stay while in town visiting my daughter. The only thing I can suggest to make it better is to upgrade the beds. The were a bit hard for my liking. Otherwise a great experience.

Estancia perfecta, todo nuevo y en perfecto condiciones. Todo tipo de utensilios. El único problema la comunicación los días antes de ir.
