Definitely the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The property was tucked away in the corner overlooking the golf course. Beautiful swimming pool feet away. Quaint bird bath outside the unit that welcomed many different beautiful birds. The unit was as pictured. Clean and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There are 2 air conditioners. We have stayed in many rentals and spent so much money for needed basics during the week. This unit has everything you could need including coffee and filters, spices, foil and plastic wrap, garbage bags, shampoo, clotox wipes, dish soap, paper towels, air freshener, laundry soap and dryer sheets, scissors, 2 portable fans, beach towels, snorkle gear, beach chairs and umbrella. I am sure some things were left by previous visitors but how great that the Hosts left it there. We contributed a few things to pay it forward- we normally ask other guests if they want things or they get tossed. The beach is a walkable distance. You can rent bikes and ride to many cool spots. We would highly recommend this rental.

The condo was clean and well appointed. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels available, even beach towels provided and some basics.. Brought our own coffee. Grocery stores not too far away. The pool is lovely.. Many of the wedding events were at Turtle Bay and we were conveniently located to attend without much driving. could have walked. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent instructions for arrival. We were very happy to find beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear to use. The beach towels were our ticket to use the lounge chairs and umbrella at turtle bay beach (the resort). The condo was not decorated for beach vibes, but served our basic needs of clean, comfortable, and secure. Food trucks were close in both directions. North Shore is very chill compared to Honolulu, which gave us 2 vacations in one, as we split our time between the two.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed. We loved the security screen door that allowed us to feel wonderful cross breeze during waking hours so we rarely needed the A/C. The living room A/C was intermittently very loud which was a tad annoying. Bedroom was well-appointed, A/C worked well and the bed was comfortable. The yard and golf course view was green and pretty and the birdbath brought lots of birds. The pool was very close and pleasant. The beaches at Turtle Bay were wonderful although we usually drove there instead of walking with all our gear and we always found the free beach access parking. Lots of places to walk and bike near the condo and the hotel. It would be a good idea to eventually replace the overly soft couch and the dining set which were usable but very minimal. The TV worked great. Overall, we were very happy with the unit and would be happy to stay there again.

The check in went smoothly. The set up in the kitchen awesome. Everything was nice and clean. Great Wi-Fi access, always up and running! The scenery was beautiful and breathtaking. If I ever come to Hawaii again I definitely would stay in this area.

Never knew that this place was so bad,walked in and checked everything the frig was filthy bathroom was so disgusting the bathtub had soap scum . So we had to go to the store and brought cleaning items to scrub the whole bathroom.Outside lanai needs some update we couldn’t sit on lanai to enjoy the beautiful weather the chairs were worn out n bugs were crawling out of it And not to mention above us was super noisy day and night constantly I don’t know what was going on.People banging doors and moving things at night after 10pm and there is no quiet time there six in the morning the people above us made noise our entire stay.We went there for a wonderful time and to relax but our vacation was ruined paid so much money and got a crappie place . I feel sorry for the next renters .If you charge so much for staying why don’t you have nice things also dishes need upgrades no tea bags or coffee. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.Our vacation meant so much to us but it went so bad whole 2 weeks we just had to bite our tongue and stayed.My experience staying at this place was a disappointment.We spend a lot of money to stay at this condo. But was a bad experience . Lots of things need updating in that condo also cleaning needs to be done thoroughly. We were just not so happy with this place at all .

Excellant location with a 10min or less walk to turtle bay and a 8-10mim drive to the nearest grocery store or gas station. Very nice resturants in the vicinity to walk to (on the expensive side). Only complaint, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. The condo itself is a perfect size for a couple. And is modern enough not to be dissapointed. Would stay again. side).

We can’t say enough good things about this place and Mary, our contact. We had zero issues and she was responsive to the few questions we had. No frills, good price, great neighborhood. No extras promised or provided, but a clean space with all the basics needed plus beach equipment for the conveniently located beach just up the street. It's a good value for the money.

Older property. Quite sparsely furnished and equipped e.g. no coffee table, no bedside table on one side of the bed, no dish rack, no bath soap or shampoo/conditioner. Very noisy bathroom fan. Cat meowing loudly outside bedroom window and faint smell of cat urine.

Great place in a perfect location. Our expectations where met and then some. Josh and Mary were perfect hosts. Not too much but made sure we had what we needed. We’ll be back.

The check in went smoothly. The set up in the kitchen awesome. Everything was nice and clean. Great Wi-Fi access, always up and running! The scenery was beautiful and breathtaking. If I ever come to Hawaii again I definitely would stay in this area.

We can’t say enough good things about this place and Mary, our contact. We had zero issues and she was responsive to the few questions we had. We’ve been all over the world with these places, this property is easily one of the best. That king bed is a win. We’ll definitely try to reserve this again. Thanks! Denise and Steve

Code for lockbox was not noted on email communications. Had to call Manager for Code. House Rules stated there was coffee in the freezer. There was no coffee in the freezer. While there was hair shampoo, there was no bar soap or body wash soap. We had to buy our own. Air conditioning unit in living room is unbearably loud. Difficult to hear the television with it on. We could not turn it on after 8:00 pm for fear of disturbing the neighbors. Couch in living room had an oily feel to the touch and a horrible smell...as though it had accumulated decades of body oil that had not been cleaned. Bedroom closet bi-fold right-side door would come off the rails when opened. Closer inspection showed that the top-right rail bracket holding the top-corner of the door was not secured/screwed in place due to rotting of the top-corner rail. Photos and comments were texted to Manager.

Mary was very helpful at extending our stay. My childhood friend lives in one of the adjacent condos and had some serious medical issues. We didn’t know the extent until after we arrived. She was extremely compassionate and was flexible with our check out date.

The only hitch was initially getting through gate to the unit-not sure what happened but the initial code didn’t work! But the place was wonderful. Good communication before arrival. Would definitely stay there again

We found everything as described. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The extra fans and beach gear were appreciated. Instructions were clear and minimal. The location is ideal if you seek tranquility. We would do it again in a second.

Everything about the condo was perfect! Great location on the North Shore — close to beaches and short drive into Haleiwa. Being in walking distance to the Ritz Carlton was an added bonus as it was a beautiful spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail with a stellar view. Condo itself was very clean and the hosts thought of everything in regard to extra amenities including laundry detergent, well stocked kitchen utensils for cooking, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler just to name a few. Checkin/out process was seamless and easy due to clear instructions provided by the host. Overall the stay was exceptional and I would definitely consider again when returning to the North Shore!

Great place in a perfect location. Our expectations where met and then some. Josh and Mary were perfect hosts. Not too much but made sure we had what we needed. We’ll be back.

Excellant location with a 10min or less walk to turtle bay and a 8-10mim drive to the nearest grocery store or gas station. Very nice resturants in the vicinity to walk to (on the expensive side). Only complaint, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. The condo itself is a perfect size for a couple. And is modern enough not to be dissapointed. Would stay again. side).

Excellent instructions for arrival. We were very happy to find beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear to use. The beach towels were our ticket to use the lounge chairs and umbrella at turtle bay beach (the resort). The condo was not decorated for beach vibes, but served our basic needs of clean, comfortable, and secure. Food trucks were close in both directions. North Shore is very chill compared to Honolulu, which gave us 2 vacations in one, as we split our time between the two.
