Our stay was PHENOMENAL! I was in town for 3 days for an art festival and the moment I walked into lobby I knew that I would not regret my stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and new! The staff were so friendly and this will be our go to whenever we're in the area. Our room was extremely spacious and I loved the fact we had a full kitchen (even a dhishwasher) and laundry/dryer is included. My husband was in awe of the gym.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect for us. The little bit of extra space and kitchenette was very helpful for our long weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Not a ton of choices, but even the picky eater was able to find something. The pool was clean, but a little chilly. We appreciated the outdoor sitting area for some down time. It was located in a great area with lots of restaurants close by and even the nicest Walmart I've ever seen. We will definitely consider coming back the next time we are in the area.

Amazing hotel. Amazing location. Everything you need to shop, eat, relax…it’s all within a 3 minute drive. Very clean hotel. Very quiet. FREE LAUNDRY was so nice for the 2 week stay.

The pool was very dirty. Not cleaned well. There was also a frog on the side of the indoor pool! We reported that! The room had the diahwasher running when we got the room! Not vacuumed...got grit on your feet. The TV was next to one of the queen beds, not in front of the beds for easier watching for both beds. Positives: lobby was clean, bathroom was clean. Beds were "good" comfortable. Games at front desk you could take to your room. Front desk girl was very nice.

This is our regular hotel near where our daughter lives. We've stayed here at least 5 times and it's always wonderful. The staff is friendly, the ladies who prepare breakfast in the mornings are wonderful! The pool was a little chilly, but it was about 100 degrees outside and it was a welcome coolness. It was quiet, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

My husband and I stayed here due to celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was super clean, and we loved the idea of having a fire pit for people to use(although we didn’t). The staff was very nice and this will be the hotel we stay in if we are ever in the area again. Highly recommend it!!!!

The property was clean and it’s always nice to have so many amenities at this hotel. The breakfast was free and good. We had to set up the pack and play and there was more than enough room. The only complaint is that the bottom of the shower did not look very clean and the baseboard by the curtains. There was actually a small ball in the corner.

Arrived in my room noticed pillows looked like someone had slept on them, pulled back covers and bed sheet was dirty with short dark hair, long hair and crumbs. Absolutely disgusting. Cleaners obviously hoped we wouldn’t notice. They gave us another room, but was to weirded out to use anything in kitchen. Towels also were a very poor quality. Overall don’t recommend.

My first stay at this hotel, just over a month ago was fantastic. I had no concerns about my recent stay. I called earlier in the day to ask for an early check in, which they readily agreed too. Got there around 1:30 for early check in and the lady behind the desk was incredibly rude. At first she said I couldn't check in. Then she tried to tell me I didn't have a reservation. Once she realized she was wrong, she tried to be decent but still incredibly rude. During check out, I was waiting by the desk (no one was there) so waiting patiently a couple of minutes same lady as the night before came around the corner and said in a very loud voice 'Why isn't anyone out here'... I was taken aback than she spat out 'what do you want'. So so rude. Not to mention room was not great. Mold on ceiling, toothpaste on sink, something white and thick was in the board below the sick. Highly doubt I'll be back

It was a good stay but you need to offer directions for your tv because it is very time consuming to find channels and a listing of what is currently playing on those stations. It is there but you have to scroll through every channel one at a time to find it!

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. It was very well kept and clean. They have rooms that accommodate the needs of the disabled. The room was very comfortable. It took me a while to figure out how the TV worked, which was a bit confusing. My room was a suite that had a nice kitchenette, but, unfortunately, was not stocked with kitchen utensils. I booked my room on Expedia and got a reasonable rate. The hotel is in a nice location with lots of good restaurants close by.

Best hotel we have stayed in in a long long time. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was awesome and very quiet and the fan for hearing it air conditioning was perfect when it was on, I like noise when going to sleep. The nightlight in the bathroom was awesome and something I was thinking all hotels should have.

The service was great, the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and big. The only downfall was that the people in the room above us was stomping around on the floor all night long which in return made our dogs bark all night long which keep us up all hours of the night.

I have family in the area. I always stay at Staybridge. It is always very clean, and I love the XL shower! I love the kitchen. I use it each trip to make whatever dish I am bring to the family event. I had an afterhours A/C need. I called the front desk, and the young lady apologized, came to my room and took care of it right away. She is amazing!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We made our uncle’s dream of going to see his favorite team the Cincinnati Reds come true and the suite was part of the experience. The adjoining rooms were very clean and roomy. Breakfast was a plus since we were able spend family time in lieu of searching for a breakfast place. Definitely would stay there again. Thank You to Parker at the front desk for his assistance with finding other places to visit.

We stayed at Staybridge for a wedding. Very nice. A few of our family members had issues with their air conditioner, but they were taken care of quickly and actually upgraded. Everyone one was pleasant and breakfast was great. comfortable beds and clean rooms.
