Yes the room needs work, not very clean, dusty, hair on sheets, and floors just feel sandy in room. The shower was rusted and clogging. Just the room was bad the rest of the hotel was great.

Ice facility. However no room service and no bottled water deliver even for a fee which is difficult for senior guests to carry from the bar or supermarket.

Staff was amazing. Servers, beach stuff etc Poor food quality and very limited . Property try to.charge more because package with Expedia.

El primer día nos dieron una habitación que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni el frigobar. Hacía mucho calor, más de 40 grados y fue imposible poder dormir. Luego de quejarnos nos dieron una habitación que funcionaban. No me gustó que una persona entró a la habitación el día del check out a las 6am, aún estábamos en la cama durmiendo

La habitación estaba limpia, complejo muy grande, las habitaciones son tipo villas, la playa muy alejada de todo, la comida bien mas no excelente. La atencion del personal buena, preguntamos por un check out late y no nos permitieron tuvimos que agregar una noche mas a nuestra reserva. Si buscas ir a farsha cafe esta a menos de 5 minutos caminando esa fue la razon de mi estancia
