3 günlüğüne kafa dinlemeye gittik. Otel temiz, odalar konforlu. Ancak hizmet kötü, otel çalışanları çok ilgisiz. Havuz küçük. Havuz başını boş bırakıyorlar, yiyecek içecek sipariş etmek için garsonların peşine düşmek zorunda kaldık. Yiyecek menüleri de kısıtlı, akşamki açık büfede doğru düzgün yiyecek bulamadık. Otelde yiyecekseniz ala carte menüyle ilerlemek daha iyi olur.

Splinternieuw hotel. Toen we aankwamen was het nog maar twee weken open. Goede service en ontbijt. Voor een trip naar Galipoli een ideale verblijfplaats. Parkeren kan veilig op het eigen terrein die bewaakt wordt. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker de moeite.

Polite and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location close to the sea with easy and safe walking areas. Food was great especially the pub attached to the hotel, lovely breakfast with beautiful fresh salads, cheeses and hot options such as eggs.

Odalar temiz. Hizmet eden insanlar güleryüzlü. Spa da almış olduğumuz masaj çok iyiydi. Fakat sauna ve hamam gibi bölümlerin ortak kullanım olması kötü olmuş. Saunaya gitmek istedim fakat kadın erkek ortak kullanım alanı olduğunu duyunca çekindim gidemedim.

Otel temiz, oda ferah, kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her akşam kapalı havuz kullandık, havuz çok büyük olmasa da çocuk için çok yeterli ve temizdi. Lokasyon çok iyi, yeni kordon dene alanda. Direkt sahile erişim var, yürüyerek merkeze de gidebilirsiniz. Son olarak özellikle temizlikten sorumlu Tülay Hanım'a ayrı bir teşekkür etmek isterim, bazı eşyalarımızı askıda unutmuşuz, Tülay Hanım bunları ayırıp resepsiyona iletmiş ve sonrasında bize kargoladılar. Bu ince düşünceden dolayı da çok memnun olduk.
Otel temiz, oda ferah, kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her akşam kapalı havuz kullandık, havuz çok büyük olmasa da çocuk için çok yeterli ve temizdi. Eşimle 3 gece konakladık. Odamız sigarasız olmasına rağmen içeri girdiğimizde buram buram sigara kokuyordu. Ama şikayetimizi bildirdiğimizde özür dileyerek ne kadar uyarsak da uymayabiliyorlar dediler. Ozonlu bir makine ile biz dışarıdan gelene kadar odayı dezenfekte ettiler. Odamız denizi görüyordu,keyifliydi. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Eksisi duş şelalesi yoktu ve duş başlığını sabit tutacak aparat düzgün durmuyordu pek keyifli bir duş deneyimi olmadı. Şampuan, duş jeli, saç kremi, vücut losyonu bol bol vardı ve kalitelilerdi. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi. Çeşitler yeterliydi lezzetliydi. Sadece sucuk ve sosisler 3 günde de pişmemiş gibiydi. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Çeşitli restaurantlara yürüme mesafesindeydi, içmek açısından avantajlıydı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz bir daha geldiğimizde yine bu oteli tercih ederiz.

NEGATIV: Wir waren zu dritt in einem kleinen Zimmer, mit einem Schlafsofa und einem kleinen Doppelbett. Unser Wunsch nach einem Balkon würde doppelt so viel kosten und wurde sonst nicht erfüllt. POSITIV: Freundliches Personal und gute Freizeitangebote. Gutes Fitnessstudio und schöne pools. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Sauberkeit des Hotels war sehr gut erhalten.

Harkulade bir konuma sahip bir otel. Yürüme mesafesinde bir çok cafe, restoran ve market var. Hakan Bey bizi güler yüzü ile karşılayıp tüm sorularimizi büyük bir nezaketle cevapladı. Kendisine tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz. Örnek bir çalışan, Odalar gayet konforlu, kahvaltı güzeldi fakat tek ricam oda tuvaletlerinin daha bir õzenle temizlenmesi. Görünürde temizdi fakat maalesef tedavim halen devam ediyor. Oldukça sıkıntılı günler geçirdim tatilimizin hemen akabinde.

Maalesef saat 15 te giriş yapılan bir otel olmasına rağmen o saatte bile oda hazır değildi. Odalar balkonsuz olduğu için boğucu oluyor. Temizlik ve düzen çok başarılı. Oda servisi süper hızlı. Fazla müşteri yoktu kaldığımız dönemde o sebeple olabilir ki her gün sabah akşam aynı yemekler aynı şekilde çıktı. Akşam yemeklerinin fiyatı makul tutulmuş. Spa ile odalar arası geçiş hiç düşünülmemiş direkt lobiden otel giriş kapısının önünden buz gibi soğuktan geçiyorsunuz ki ben de seyahat sonrası üşüttüm zaten. Konumu ve hemen kordona geçiş ve manzara harika. Personel kibar fakat az sayıda oldukları için grup gelince zorlandıklarını söyleyebilirim. Normal şartlarda başka otele iyi puan verirdim fakat bu eksiklikleri yaşamamak için Hilton tercih ettim ama A Hotel den farkını göremedim o yüzden hayalkırıklığıydı diyebilirim

Le manque de rangement a été gênant en particulier dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre ( chevet à droite en particulier) Le parquet devant le lit est détérioré ce qui est étonnant pour un hotel récent L’accès au balcon était impossible la porte fenêtre étant bloquée Chambre grande mais impersonnelle. Le petit déjeuner était assez médiocre comparé à des établissements comparables: croissant non au beurre confitures lamentables très liquides sans fruit. Seul point positif l’emplacement face à la mer et l’accueil agréable

Havuz başını boş bırakıyorlar, yiyecek içecek sipariş etmek için garsonların peşine düşmek zorunda kaldık. Yiyecek menüleri de kısıtlı, akşamki açık büfede doğru düzgün yiyecek bulamadık. Otelde yiyecekseniz ala carte menüyle ilerlemek daha iyi olur.

At front desk, room service were very kind and helpful , room was very good but no one helped us with our luggage , we are three with suitcases but concierges run to help two guys with no luggage, which seems they were expecting them and more important. We don’t mind if there is no help, but if there is, should consider all guests the same.

Polite and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location close to the sea with easy and safe walking areas. Food was great especially the pub attached to the hotel, lovely breakfast with beautiful fresh salads, cheeses and hot options such as eggs.

Booked a non-smoking room six months in advance but got a room that a smoker had used the hotel did try to rectify by giving it a deep clean but a day later the smell was back again. We put up with it for the extra three days of ou stay, breakfast was just possible for Hilton hotel I would’ve expected more Good shopping centre across the road from HOTEL extra shout out to Mustafa the bell boy who was extremely helpful with all our needs. Going the extra mile to help with our needs and requests. This hotel also accommodated coach parties which is a bit like a bun fight in the morning. No yogurt must mornings. I think unacceptable for turkey. Where there is gallons of the stuff everywhere. Try harder Hilton.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet établissement très récent avec un personnel très professionnel surtout le responsable de la réception (Monsieur Özhan). Les accommodations sont très corrects, le petit déjeuner fut décevant par le manque de variété ( buffet occidental). L’accès à la promenade sur la digue est un vrai plus pour promenades le soir en famille avec des restaurants de qualité à proximité.

The best hotel in Cankkale with the impressive Hilton design and management. The room was excellent and clean, the restaurant is a must. The only thing we missed are the massages in their nice Spa, but unfortunately everything was fully booked. Breakfast could be better at such a lovely place. A bit far from the city center.

Otel temiz, oda ferah, kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her akşam kapalı havuz kullandık, havuz çok büyük olmasa da çocuk için çok yeterli ve temizdi. Lokasyon çok iyi, yeni kordon dene alanda. Direkt sahile erişim var, yürüyerek merkeze de gidebilirsiniz. Son olarak özellikle temizlikten sorumlu Tülay Hanım'a ayrı bir teşekkür etmek isterim, bazı eşyalarımızı askıda unutmuşuz, Tülay Hanım bunları ayırıp resepsiyona iletmiş ve sonrasında bize kargoladılar. Bu ince düşünceden dolayı da çok memnun olduk.
