This hotel has beautifully designed communal spaces and peaceful surroundings. However, we wouldn’t stay again as we experienced serious issues with cleanliness and felt the staff could have done a lot better to put things right and make us feel welcome. Their communication also needs to improve (for example, we booked some activities and there were far from forthcoming with the details). The hotel assured us it was family friendly but the restaurant doesn’t open until 9pm in the evenings and has a very limited menu.

Great property, wonderful environment, good food and service! Was dissapointed that spa was closed and this was not mentioned on FB or website. Was told they tried to tell me in email (not received) which misses the point as by then its already booked. Would still return though as overall experience positive!

Superb location with possibility to take long walks in the surrounding hills, excellent and attentive staff who did all they could to make me feel at home. All I could complain about is that the gym didn't have a lot of options but apart from the all was top notch. I highly recommend!
