I was taking my friend back to America for medical treatment. He needed a wheelchair and we didn’t have one. The staff let us borrow one for our 3 night stay and helped us every time we entered the lobby and exited the lobby and helped me get him into the taxi

This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two.
