Nice staff, clean hotel. Nice area outside with tables, volleyball, pingpong, etc. Pool is open till midnight for adults! Hotel is not right in town. It has a nice up north vibe to it. Lots of trees on the property. More of a country feeling

The staff was great, from check in toncheck out, they were great. The only issue we had was that we both woke up pretty stiff, the bed seemed pretty comfortable when I sat on the end ,but when we went to sleep the bed was hard and not particularly comfortable.

We loved our stay at the AmericInn by Wyndham Pequot Lakes/Jenkins! The service at check-in was perfect, and the hotel itself is just a quaint little lodge with a great outdoor space for nice days. The location was super convenient, and the room was so much nicer than our expectations, with a fireplace and jacuzzi. The sheets and bed were super comfy, and everything was very clean. However, we didn't love the pillows or the breakfast. For our king-size bed, there were only four pillows, which were smaller than standard size and almost worthless. The breakfast wasn't very good.The hot water wasn't really hot, and the gravy for the biscuits was not warm either. Neither would have been a big deal, but there was no microwave to heat them up. The eggs and sausage were so flavorless, we didn't even eat them. The highlight was the yogurt and cereal.

It was such a great and beautiful hotel. The breakfast was hot and good selection. The hotel was very accommodating. Had good coffee creamer. Shower was amazing and good complimentary shampoo and conditioner. I loved my stay!!!!!
