Very good location for the centre of Meribel. Our room faced the centre and was overlooking the main road which was fairly noisy. However, room was very clean, good showers and facilities. Staff were very helpful and engaging.

Our 4th time there, spotlessly clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool facilities, convenient for supermarket, Copina bar, ski hire and the escalator for the slopes.

Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base.
