Both my father and I slept great. Parking is a little tight if you are pulling a trailer but there was just a enough room on the side of the hotel for us to squeeze in. The steakhouse next door is excellent.

I booked my stay there because it had a hot tub, but at 5'2 it was impossible to get into it there was no knob to turn it on either, and no towels.

We loved this little getaway. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Thanks for a clean environment

Property was nice looking and clean. Pool was cold and chemicals very heavy in hot tub made our eyes water. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast great.

Good stay. Friendly employees. Good breakfast. Small hot tub but was just what we wanted to relax after a busy day. My only complaint is just petty. There was only one elevator and it was a bit on the slow side. But this is coming from a person with little patience so not really a big deal.

The pool was a perfect temp . The hot tub was nice . But needs extra step in and out. Laundry room was nice and machines easy to use. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel is better than most in the area. Staff are friendly. However, the shower is stained with mold.

Good stay. Paid attention to my request to be close to the door. I was close to the elevator. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked, stuff on floor, spots on vanity, shower funky slime, big piece of floor tile busted out.

The lobby smelles like cigarettes and cheap perfume. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and in disrepair. At one point the front desk person was sitting on a couch in the lobby cuddling with guy. The entire place needs updating.

The property is in disrepair. The lobby area was nice but halls, fitness center and our room were in poor shape. The room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Very dusty, not vacuumed, tape and streamers on the walls from a previous guest, a hand print on the bathroom door from lotion or soap. They did provide toiletries in the showers but the body wash was empty.

There was bed bugs in the first room we were in and I am extremely allergic let alone very disgusting! Not pleased at all! They left a note for manager to call on monda

We checked in and the staff could not find my reservation that I had made through Expedia. Once they eventually found it, we went up to our room to find a dirty towel crumpled up by the bathroom sink and garbage in the trash can. Wifi didn't work, there was no remote for the TV, the sheets were dirty, the curtains on the windows did not shield out any light and there were two parking lot lights shining directly into our room. It was noisy with banging around all night in rooms around and the hallway. When I went to the lobby to discuss these issues with staff, there was a group in the lobby all yelling very gross, sexual things and the staff let it continue on without ever asking them to stop this or quiet down. I had a couple in front of me complaining about issues as well. When I finally discussed the issues with the staff, they gave me attitude and acted like I was in the wrong or causing an issue. After mentioning that I would happily call corporate support if their team could not accommodate me, their attitude changed and they tried to help a bit. They moved us to an ADA room that they said was "all that was left". This was better for the most part, but still had neighbors pounding walls and loud all night. I tried to call the front desk, but realized they turn off the front desk phone lines at a certain time so no guests can call with issues. I went down to the front desk around midnight to find all of the lights were turned off and staff member was roaming dark halls..

Shower was disgusting! Black moldy stuff in the bottom of the shower and growing up the tile. It was reported. We got a discount. Big deal. Coffee maker didn't work. Also reported. Nothing done. Won't be back.

I booked a double room for myself and one of the beds blanket had a BIG YELLOW SPOT on it…. GROSS. You could see every single spot they spot-painted and the walls looked super tacky because of it. Couple things on the floor that made me think they hadn’t vacuumed. The “clean” bed was really comfortable. But I won’t be staying again. Especially for $140 a night. You can easily find a nicer hotel for the same price.

The room was a nice size. Glad there was a portable crib. Would have liked a microwave in breakfast area to warm up butter.

Walls were thin because we could hear walking and slamming doors on the first floor. However, it didn’t make the trip an issue if us. No other issues for us

Our bathroom had 2 lights burnt out and the fan barely worked. The tv wouldn't work. Went down to the desk where I was given a new remote. We followed all the programming instruction, but still nothing worked. Could turn the tv on and off and control the volume, but NOTHING else worked.

The bed was extremely comfortable

The mattress just had a really low spot on one side, more like a hole that really sunk, so gave the 4 star rating. It was bad enough that the mattress should be replaced

The room was cool, clean and didn't have a musty smell or sticky carpet. We could have used more towels since we had 5 people. Was nice having a suite all 5 of us could be in one room for our girls night out. 👍

I liked that I was able to have my dogs with me. I didn’t like the charges per night to keep my dogs. Also this hotel had by far the worst internet connection that I have ever had staying in a hotel. It kept crashing and freezing up. I had to constantly sign in because I got booted.

We checked in at 3:00pm on Tuesday. Around 7:30pm, a random man entered our room. The front desk has assigned him our room and gave him a key to get in. When I called the desk, she laughed about it and said she would look into it. We never heard back. When I left the room to get ice in the morning (Wednesday) both keys had stopped working. When we went to check out at 7:30am, they still had not fixed the room situation and could not give me a receipt for check out. They had us under a different room number in the system than they had given us at check-in. She wrote “checked out” and her initials on a torn off corner piece of paper as my receipt. She claimed she would email me a receipt once her manager fixed the issue, which has yet to happen.

We were staying 3 days - on day 2 while getting ready we had a maintenance man walk into our room with a key and walk in on us and gave NO REASON just said maintenance and left. We called the front desk and she had no idea why he would have came by but did admit it was the maintenance guy. We asked for a manger to call us and were told he was away for the weekend and would call us Monday and it’s been 4 days since Monday and the manager never called.

Hotel billed me direct even after i had paid-ahead. It has been repeated calls and still no resolution.

the decor was nice. the breakfast was good. It took the front desk staff half an hour to return so I could check in. I couldn't get the t.v. to work. front desk would not answer phone or was not at the desk to help me. someone had switched the input, which took half hour to figure out. I don't know what a person would have done if there was an emergency. dirty towel in bathroom and used pod in coffee maker. very upsetting to deal with these situations.

Upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a reservation. I contacted hotels.com, and spent the next 20 minutes on a chat with a customer service representative who had absolutely zero authority or ability to do anything other than to tell me 'they are sorry for the inconvenience' but there was nothing he could do other than refund my prepaid room in the next two weeks. Luckily, the staff at the hotel was fantastic, and patiently worked with the CSR from hotels.com, who never provided any guidance or support. The hotel staff was able to assist us, and get our stay arranged. It is rare to find staff this helpful, this persistent, and this accommodating when they could have simply turned us away like the CSR from hotels.com had done.

Check in was great, front desk receptionist was absolutely awesome. I am horrible with names but she definitely went above and beyond from check in to calling to make sure everything in the room was okay. This was our second time staying here and it won't be the last.

The location of this property is ideal. A person can walk to a series of different restaurants and a mall.

There is a frequent number of trains that are audible. I was not impacted but something worth noting if that affects you. I’ve stayed here multiple times, but on this visit there was an odd sound that persisted that can only be described as someone blowing through a kids toy-almost like a deer call or party favor. Sort of unsettling. The complimentary breakfast is on point and worth the stay and after a long day on the road I’m greet always greeted by Jesse who is friendly and polite and accessible.

Nice stay, breakfast was okay! Coffee was cold!

There was no coffee either morning we were there. Management said the coffee makers weren’t working. I got the impression this was an ongoing issue. I would suggest going to Walmart and buying cheap 30 cup coffee makers. Also, the pancake machine was not working both mornings. With 2 children, that was a disaster.

The property was somewhat clean. The kitchen staff though was not very friendly. It was about 30 minutes before end of breakfast time and they said they had ran out of batter for pancakes and that they couldn't make more egg because it took too long to warm up the machine. Later, more people came down for breakfast and for them, the lady did make more breakfast.

The stay would have been a 100% satisfied but there was no breakfast on Saturday. We had to leave and go by breakfast. Very disappointed.

Prompt ans friendly welcome at check-in. Breakfast was understaffed and food was not available and had to wait on due to staff working multiple locations.

Breakfast was out of everything at 8:45. No OJ sausage looked like it was made at 4:00 and dried out from being in the warm all morning or all night.
