Absolutely Loved Our Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking, waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream! The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and well kept. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for a mid-day dip. The spa was also a great touch, spa pool had jets and was well-maintained. There were plenty of loungers scattered around the property too, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet dinner each night was fantastic, a great variety and consistently tasty options. We also tried the on-site restaurant and were blown away by how delicious the food was. Can’t recommend this place enough, we’ll definitely be back!

Loved staying here! The staff was amazing and I loved the pool area and amenities. We had an 8pm flight home and it was super convenient to store our luggage, lay by the pool all day, and then shower and change with their locker rooms. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and super helpful staff. I just wish there was 24 hour room service available. Also the pool doesnt open till later at 10 am. Everything else was perfect. Easy to get cabs in from staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel was outstanding and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean modern hotel. Breakfast was amazing and had just about everything you can thing off. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds to relax and the saxophonist on a Sunday afternoon was the best to chill. We would definitely return.

This was a really nice hotel, with good amenities. The hotel is clean and in walking distance to the old town and party district (approx. 20 min walk). The breakfast is good. Lots of variaties and the pool and spa are excellent. If you book on their own websites you’ll get the spa facilities for free. Else it’s €18,-

Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location! Different DJ every day playing disco tunes by the pool, a lovey relaxed vibe! Yoga on Saturday and Monday mornings while overlooking the water. The hotels.com listing calls out that the rooms are soundproof, which isn’t true. You can hear everything in the hallway (guest talking, housekeep carts, etc…) the room above and sometimes the rooms next door. This didn’t bother us but wanted to flag incase that was a main reason for anytime booking this hotel. Loved it so much, looking to go back in September!

Milk pack was open in our room. Around pool was so dirty, after using the bed my towel and bathing suit changed to brown. Single beds only. One day they give you fresh squeezed juice on day they will give you squeezed juice from morning which didnt taste fresh at all (because they didnt have time) for this price there are better hotels out there

Mon séjour dans l'ensemble s'est pas trop mal déroulé ...Excepté 2 choses j'ai paye plus de 400€ par nuit pour une vue semi mer mais j'ai eu en partie aussi droit à une vue travaux en face de ma terrasse avec du bruit insupportable toute la journée et secundo même pas de peignoirs prévus pour notre séjour ...j'ai utilise le service nettoyage 2 fois pendant le séjour de 5 nuits et j'avoue après avoir vérifié quelques détails cela n'a pas été fait dans son ensemble en profondeur

Beautiful resort. Very central. All forms of transportation available. There were a group of noisy teens that got into an altercation with a senior couple but they checked out the following day. Parents need to watch their kids. Otherwise, very nice and helpful staff. Excellent food options. Rooms cleaned but not thoroughly dusted. Splurge on a balcony room.

The public areas / pool were nice and the outside of the hotel looks very modern. Food was good when we ate at lunchtime in the pool restaurant, drinks service was good. Staff all very friendly and super helpful. Overall rooms were good but a little tired in places and not quite up to the standard expected for the price. We had a really nice 2 night stay at the hotel which was only 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel was kept very clean, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the sunrise from our balcony. The pool area was lovely and there was live music for some periods during the day. Lots of breakfast options available for different dietary requirements and although there was drinking water at breakfast, there were no water filling stations during the day. Located in a lovely area by the shore close to some lovely beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with a 30 minute walk to Old Town.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Very clean. Within walking distance of both D’en Bossa and Ibiza town, with a promenade of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. Only drawbacks we found were a small gym, and corridors can be noisy at night / early morning. Would recommend not having a room near the lifts

We stayed here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel had a very corporate feel about it, not welcoming at all. The beds were very uncomfortable and could hear door slamming all through the night. The staff are not friendly and not helpful. We also didn’t find the location great- quite quiet and a long walk to other areas. The food was average and drinks were over priced. We would not stay here on our return.

Great customer service, clean beautiful hotel! Super friendly & helpful staff, i was able to do eveything speaking English. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options, from fresh fruits to delicious chocolate doughnuts! I enjoyed the fresh pancakes and chocolate con curros!! Pool and pool area was georgous, was always able to find a chair poolside! highly recommend a pitcher of sangria to enjoy by or in the water! Spa service was amazing, i throughly enjoyed my relaxation massage by the water. Loved how i could ask the front desk to order me a cab and they would show up so fast, made it so easy to hit the town. All around great hotel with beautiful amenities! Highly recommend!!

While the hotel property is very nice, they apparently did not put as many resources into training their staff. Not sure if others had this experience as well but our feeling is that the staff was poorly trained (had trouble checking in for no good reason, they wouldn’t accommodate the fact I had skin cancer by giving us shade, room service barely responsive) and had trouble with English. The breakfast, aside from omelette station, was also very mediocre with some of the worst fruit I’ve had in Spain.

We found this the perfect hotel for our stay in Ibiza. We were here to both sample the clubs and have some time by the pool relaxing. The hotel was classy without being stuffy. Upmarket without being too expensive. Close enough to walk to both Ibiza town and Ushuaia / Hi, but peaceful enough to relax during the stay. The pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fantastic (we stayed in a Superior). We stayed one night in a 5 star hotel nearby, and much preferred Torre del Mar... enough luxury without being too pretentious!

We traveled from Canada and stayed at Hotel Torre del Mar with high expectations — sadly, we were let down. Our friends booked a room for 3, and Expedia said we could add a 4th guest for an extra charge. But when we arrived, the front desk said it was “impossible,” gave us a hard time, and made us book an entirely separate room. Only suites were available (much more expensive), and no discount or help was offered. Staff were cold and unhelpful. Later, we left a half-full bottle of alcohol in our room after some drinks, expecting to finish it that night. When we returned, housekeeping had cleaned the room — and the bottle was gone. After being transferred between five people, we were told it was found but “almost empty.” At the desk, Ramon brought out the empty bottle and accused us of lying, saying it was already empty. He offered no apology and refused to escalate the issue, claiming the manager was gone for the day. The next day, during checkout, the manager was kind and apologetic. She replaced the bottle and offered a restaurant credit — but it was too late, as we were leaving. Unprofessional staff, poor communication, and zero accountability ruined what should’ve been a fun trip. Would not recommend

The hotel is absolutely stunning and situated in a great place just a few minute walk to some bars and restaurants. It has great facilities and we specifically liked the pool area. The only downside is that the service is so slow and even being out of peak season it wasn’t busy so expected it to be a bit quicker. All in all a really lovely hotel though.

Hotel was lovely. Easy walk to Ibiza old town but plenty of restaurants close by. Would stay again. Downside was that the concierge wasn’t very well informed. We asked about the Saturday Hippy Market but on arrival found it was closed until May. A 40+ minute drive wasted so we were very annoyed. We felt this should have been known.

Worst experience I have ever had with hotels and resorts. They refused to change my check in dates 3 days before I check in. I was suppose to check in on the 2 of November and called them on the 31st of October to change my date which is three days in advance.even when their policy clearly states you can cancel for full refund 72 hours before. They said I can’t push my check forward literally by one day because they will be shutting down the hotel and refused to refund or offer me credits. Horrible customer service and biases. If I could give zero star I would. They ruined my experience in Ibiza.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The hotel rooms, lobby, bar, pool were excellent. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Figuretes and the Old Town. I didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. I would definitely recommend.

We dined at the restaurant at the property and it was the worst food I had. We ordered the garlic prawns and they were drenched in oil with no flavor. We also ordered the tuna roll and it was the worst tasting sushi I ever had. Later that night we wanted to order room service since the check in guy said it’s 24/7. They told us they were closed and only had microwave food. We asked if they had anything like bread and butter and they said no and wouldn’t service us.

I stayed at Hotel Torre Del Mar with a group of friends and all of us enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues that we feel could be addressed to make future stays much better. The 'Partial Seaview Room' -was just that, partial and rather disappointing considering we upgraded to a superior room. The view overlooked the parking area and road and wasn't a pleasant view at all. There is no pool service in terms of drinks or snacks as you have to go to the bar yourself or go to the restaurant if you want to eat, which again would be nice if you could enjoy your Pina colada or daiquiri on your sun lounger. The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Most of the orders were deeply saturated in fats and the cheese was that terrible plastic cheese you see squirted out of a bottle. The Poke bowl would have been lovely if it were not for the copious amounts of mayonnaise it was drowning in. Overall, I would have expected a much better quality for this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the actual grounds are lovely and kept to a high standard. Overall I think this hotel is very nice however the food really let it down as you can't always just pop out when you want to be poolside.

Just back from my second stay at Torre Del Mar Hotel and it honestly just gets better. The hotel is absolutely stunning – luxurious but relaxed, with beautiful attention to detail throughout. The food is incredible – every dish is high quality, and I have to give a special mention to the chefs who cook your eggs exactly how you like them in the morning, and serve up some seriously tasty specials in the evening. All the staff are genuinely lovely – friendly, efficient, and always on hand if you need anything. The yoga teacher is also brilliant – really experienced and makes everyone feel at ease. Can’t wait to go back again.

Quarto nota mil, vista de tirar o fôlego. Café da manhã muito ruim, poucas opções de frutas e não eram fresca, só vi salmão um dia no café da manhã e estava velho, não estava fresco. Péssimo café da manhã, parecia de um hotel bem simples. O outro hotel que fiquei em Ibiza do mesmo valor tinha café da manhã incrível com espumante. A academia não tinha bebedouro de água. Nunca vi uma academia de hotel não ter água.
