Breakfast is truly amazing, above average for the city (I visit frequently and have been to many of the hotels around). Facilities are renovated with an old style but up to contemporary standards. Excellent for the fall, winter and spring seasons but could use some air conditioners in the rooms for the summer.

Only 1 elevator and it didn’t work on day 1 and on day 1 afternoon elevator works only up to 4th flr. Toilet seat cover keeps hitting my back when using it. The breakfast has no eggs or bacon only choices couple of choices on bread, cheese, ham, drinks, yogurt, banana, oranges. No crowd control.

Last minute booking in Fatima. Staff was so amazing and caring. I would stay again. Breakfast was included and was really nice and varied. Carpeting in room needs updating. Maybe vinyl floors. The place is comfy - just needs a facelift

The hotel was all that it advertised to be… my friend and I were there to experience all of Fatima and we were able to do that…we parked our rental across the street and walked 10 minutes to the shrine and shopped along the way! Would stay at this property again should I return to Fatima! The room was clean, hotel staff were pleasant and most helpful!

The bed and pillows were rock hard. Bathroom Sink was cracked in 1 corner and carpet was stained. Street noise from cars and birds were loud so bring ear plugs. There was a tree on the main street just outside the main entrance where there seem to have 100s of noisy birds. Hotel cannot control that but be aware of the noise. Many bus tours there. The positive was the staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby clean. Breakfast area was clean. Walking distance to Fatima and close street parking.

Personnels sympathiques et à l'écoute accueil 5 étoiles. Hôtel propre, literie de confort moyen et salle de bain à moderniser. Séjour de 7 nuits, lits fait tout les jours. Linge de toilette changé tous les jours mêmes ce qui n'a pas servi. Mon avis à l'heure ou nous devons tous se préocuper de nôtre planète, Ce serait judicieux de mettre en place un système pour que seulement le linge qui a servi soit remplacé. The bed and pillows were rock hard. Bathroom Sink was cracked in 1 corner and carpet was stained. Street noise from cars and birds were loud so bring ear plugs. There was a tree on the main street just outside the main entrance where there seem to have 100s of noisy birds. Hotel cannot control that but be aware of the noise. Many bus tours there. The positive was the staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby clean. Breakfast area was clean. Walking distance to Fatima and close street parking.

En arrivant tardivement à l'hôtel, la réceptionniste nous a reçu agréablement. Après une première nuit, quelques problèmes techniques se sont présentés. La responsable nous a proposé une autre chambre Numéro 409 étant donné que le service technique ne pouvait réparer en une journée. Agréable surprise, chambre plus grande, terrasse, lit plus grand. Le petit déjeuner correspond au prix. Le personnel autant petit déjeuner, femme de chambre, réception tous très agréable. Merci à la direction pour avoir réagit rapidement.

Clean and quiet room, make sure to bring your own toiletries or shampoo, the room has hand soap, a liquid soap in the shower, hair dryer, towels, and 2 clothes hangers, bed was comfortable, I would skip the breakfast, 15 minutes walk to Fátima Cathedral

Fantastic value for money. If you have a car it is convenient for Fatima, Ourem, Tomar and Batalha, all of which we visited in a day and all well worth a visit. Comfy bed, warm in February, good breakfast, great value evening meal. Reception staff were brilliant. Only gripe, pillows too hard for the wife’s taste but fine for me. For the price we paid, fantastic value.

Walls are so thin -one can hear all kind of noises. Inconsistent service. During my three days stay, breakfast was not the same -one time there were no eggs, no bacon -other times just basic...one time it was wonderful with fruit, bacon, eggs and beans, plus other goodies.
