Die Unterkunft liegt von der Anbindung her sehr gut. S-Bahn und Ubahn sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer selbst war in keinem guten Zustand. Beim Kleiderschrank kam uns die unter Schublade direkt entgegen und war anschließend auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Blende über dem Geschirrspüler viel ebenfalls direkt beim ersten öffnen des Geschirrspüler, ab. Beim Bett war das Bettlacken leider falsch herum aufgezogen. Ich finde für solch einen Preis müssen die genannten Dinge schon passen. Wichtig wäre auch zu wissen das die Parkgebuhren für einen Parkplatz vor der Tür, bei ca. 35€ am Tag liegen. Das gilt für alle Parkplätze in der Umgebung.

My family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. Spacious and clean and warm for December. Very big overall and 6 free washing machines downstairs a massive bonus. Access was easy via Wedding station straight over the road and there is an excellent cheap supermarket next door. Good kitchenette to prepare meals is awesome. My only gripe was the pillows were awful. Huge but so flat.

Excellent room, comfy bed and pillows, great shower pressure and room. Kitchen was very nice with quality pots and pans, starter cooking supplies. Public transportation (with elevator) very short walking distance. No steps to property 2 elevators. Excellent laundry. Very clean.

Aunque el hotel queda alejado del centro de la ciudad, su cercanía a los diferentes medios de transporte te acerca a los sitios de interés. Es un apto amplio, cómodo, nuevo. No es fácil al comunicación con el encargado del alojamiento la que se tiene que hacer por medio telefónico pues no hay recepción, fue para nosotros nula porque no hablaba sino alemán. No hay instrucciones para usar la lavadora, no pudimos acceder a la zona, no dejaron claves y las claves de acceso al edificio y habitación no servían. La limpieza al apto no es limitada, es que nunca fueron a hacer aseo.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist sauber, die Kommunikation war bei einem Problem vor Ort recht schnell, die Lage ist in Ordnung (Umgebung nicht so berauschend, aber direkt an der Haltestelle Wedding - man kommt gut überall hin). Was aber nicht sein sollte: Der Toilettenpapierhalter fällt von der Wand, der Handtuchhalter ebenfalls, eine Geschirrablage ist so stark verschmutzt, dass wir sie nicht nutzen. Es könnten auch ein paar mehr Geschirrspültabs da sein (es gab 2 für 5 Nächte). Pro Person 2 paar Handtücher für 5 Nächte wäre ebenfalls schön. Insgesamt 4 Sterne

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und ordentlich eingerichtet .Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel . Check in und Check out hat sehr gut funktioniert . Guter Preis für Berlin . Umgebung nicht besonders schön ,aber vollkommen ok. Einzige Kritik, der Fußboden war nicht gereinigt. Bin in Strümpfen gelaufen und hatte nicht meine Haare und Schmutz dran.

Pros - 1 min walk from tram stop. 1 min walk from shop. Accommodation clean. Cons - WiFi did not work. Smart tv did not work - could not access Netflix or any streaming app. unable to contact property despite it saying “available 24/7” yet they supply no means of contacting them. I tried texting via number listed on Expedia but received no response. Thankfully our issues were minor but would have been awful if we had a big issue and no one to contact.

Helt nyt byggeri med perfekt lydisolering selvom det ligger klods op af trafikeret vej og S Bahn. Med både U og S Bahn lige uden for døren er det nemt at komme rundt i Berlin. Gode takeaway steder og Edeka med stort udvalg lige rundt om hjørnet. Køkkenet havde det nødvendige udstyr til let madlavning

Der Check in Prozess war Mist. Erst drei Anrufe später konnte geholfen werden. Die automatische Email mit den Check in Infos kam dann irgendwann doch noch.... 1 Tag nach Abreise.

Eine einzige Katastrophe. Um 2 Uhr früh wurden wir aus unserem Apartment ausgeschlossen . Der Zugang zum Haus mittels Pin funktionierte nicht. Nachdem sich schon 4 Zimmer verzweifelt vor der Tür versammelten schafften wir es die Nothotline zu erreichen. Es folgte eine Odyssee durch eine Tiefgarage und ein Labyrinth durch einen undurchdringlichen Rohbau. Mein Ansinnen auf eine Entschädigung für diese furchtbare Nacht wird Ignoriert. Ein Techniker sollte zwischen 11 - 15 Uhr zu uns ins Zimmer kommen um eine Inspektion durchzuführen. Falls wir nicht da wären sollten wir doch dafür sorge tragen unsere Wertgegenstände mitzunehmen. Alles ein Witz den ich in dieser Form noch nie erlebt habe. Werde mich jetzt an die Geschäftsleitung wenden und eine Mail an Expedia verfassen. Sehr schade.

Das größte Problem war der Zugang zum Gebäude ,trotz mehrfacher Eingabe des Zugangcodes war eine Türöffnung nicht möglich wir waren nicht die einzige Gäste bei denen es nicht geklappt hat und man wartet musste bis jemand herausging erst am letzten Tag unserer Buchung war das Problem behoben,das Bad war außerdem sehr spärlich bestückt es fehlt definitiv eine Ablagemöglichkeit ,in der Küche fehlte eine küchenrolle und kleenextücher waren auch nur wenige vorhanden ich war schon mehrfach Gast in ihrem Haus und muss eine erneute Buchung erst überdenken da es ja auch nicht besonders günstig ist Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Während meines Aufenthalts mussten Techniker hinsichtlich des Brandschutzes das Zimmer betreten. Dies wurde 24 Std. im Voraus mitgeteilt. Meiner Ansprechperson ging leider nicht auf meine berechtigte konstruktive Kritik ein, einen solchen Termin mit mehr Vorlaufszeit mitzuteilen und es lag ihr auch fern, ein Wort des Bedauerns hinsichtlich meiner Punkte mitzuteilen. Es gibt einen Blumenstrauß an Möglichkeiten seinen Kunden bei berechtigten Ärgernissen, niedrig- bis höherschwellig Wertschätzung zu vermitteln. Limehome hat dies in meinem Fall leider nicht geschafft.

I planned to train | walk from here to places I was keen on (it is right across the street from the Wedding stop). I came home late (after midnight) and the area was a touch dodgy. If I was a lone female traveller, I’d have been neevous. Unit is clean and has a stocked kitchen. I’d stay again if Mitte was overbooked | overpriced.

The keyless check in and access was so easy. (no worries about arriving too early/late) The location is just beside the U and S bahn stations, for quick and easy links to the airport and the city centre. There is a supermarket next door/around the corner so essentials could be easily bought. The room was large, with well equiped kitchenette and large shower room.
