Rooms are fine, staff is friendly, but the vegan no gluten options were bad. For the bread, as it is freshly baked, I needed to wait 10 minutes, but still, one half was baked well, the other was not.

We enjoyed our stay however we did find the lack of tea and coffee making facilities where troublesome, being brits we like to have a cup of tea in the afternoon! But the room was very clean, serviced everyday and pretty certain we had fresh linen on the bed everyday. Didn’t try any of the food or drink options, the filtered water in reception was a god send and the receptionist who checked us in and out was delightfully pleasant to deal with. It’s a bit of a walk to the station but location wise you can reach everywhere in the city pretty easily!

Perfect location, only a short walk to the nearest train station. Couple of nice coffee places a short walk away, as well as a supermarket only a few minutes away. Room was great size, this hotel really had everything I needed!

It’s wonderful here and I am so glad I chose Urban Loft for my stay in Berlin. Rooms were clean and nice. I loved the amenities and the restaurant is delicious. My only complain are the towels. Wish they were thicker.
